I wish I could give 0 star, their accounting people have no idea about what they are doing The service is horrible, trust me, stay away and find another company, this is the worst company I have ever worked with.

Aspen did a great job on my recent lawn care treatment. Communication was excellent, weeds were controlled, they blew fertilizer granules off of sidewalks and driveway after application and were able to kill hardy locust sprouts my previous lawn care company said couldnt be treated.

I have a buried gutter downspout whose egress point had sunk a good 4-5 inches. Jacob Cook is our pest control guy. I met him when he was scrutinizing our 30 pine tree for bag worms. I had no idea that tree got bag worms and agreed to have Aspen treat it, as well as two huge Arborvitae. He completed our pest control and we haven t any creepy-crawlies. Looking forward to them treating our trees in the near future!

Technician was very prompt, professional, knowledgeable and fast-working (even though they charge by the hour). Their prices are actually less than Suburban, who installed and has always maintained the system, but is temporarily out of that business. I think Ill switch to Aspen in the future.

Aspen is the most reasonable and professional lawn service I have worked with. I had them out about 5 weeks ago to remove a large diseased spruce tree. The tree was removed 2 days after I called (great job AJ). Last week, they removed and replaced a section of collapsed irrigation pvc. This was also completed 2 days after I called (great job Austin). This morning I see them out applying the regularly scheduled lawn treatment. Great service and professionalism is the difference between this company and most others.

They replaced and raised the tap, installed a winterization port, installed a new backflow, and started my sprinkler system up ran through each of the zones adjusted all the heads and programed the controller for spring watering. They were diligent in their work and did an amazing job. Thank you Aspen but specifically Austin and James!!!

Russell came to help our sprinklers that were leaking and some buried in the ground. Not only did Russell do a speedy job but he also educated us. So helpful, Russell was great!

Russell was excellent. Went through thoroughly why and what was needed to repair my sprinkler system. Once the system was up and going, he went through each stage of my system to make sure they were working properly and made adjustments as needed. Will definitely be calling Aspen for any future service calls and will request Russell if I can.

Ryan came to spray our yard for weeds and gave me a thorough explanation of what he was spraying for and its effectiveness. He was very helpful!

I am usually 100% satisfied with Aspens service and personnel. I think they are very customer service oriented. Anytime I have called the office, they are very helpful and respond immediately. But: . Not long ago, Aspen sent out an employee to treat our yards with weed killer. It was the windiest day of the week. It seemed like the worst possible decision. And since then I ve lost two perennials to chemical kill.

Austin did a great job of explaining my irrigation zones and how he set them. I ve been using Aspen Lawn and Pest for 20+ years.

Austin did a good job of thoroughly checking our sprinkler system while activating it for the warm season ahead. He replaced some defective sprinkler heads and answered my questions promptly.

I continue to be frustrated with Aspen follow up and customer service. They routinely do not reply until 2-3 days after contacting or leaving a message. They have installed and maintained my irrigation system for over 7 years, and recently indicated that I need to replace all 40 controllers because incorrect ones were installed initially, which would cost over $500.

Russell from Aspen was at my home today replacing a leaking water line to my irrigation system as well as a new backflow valve and a new shut off valve along with moving everything in new valve boxes and making everything much more homeowner friendly. Russell also replaced a sprinkler head and adjusted the rest of them for the best coverage.He cut the grass in sod like pieces and replaced it all back where it came from. The yard looks great. Ben was awesome. He repaired my broken sprinkler head, reset the timer as I requested, re-positioned the heads so that they were watering in the correct location for maximum efficiency. People who work here are very nice. They mow my lawn every week. They came out to aerate and at the time had their tree expert look at two trees in my front yard that have started dying from the top down. I was told that they would cut the dead off the tree that day. Not only was the tree not cut when they left, but I had to follow up and ask them what s going on, and I was told they d be in touch with me the next day. I never heard from them and now my tree is almost 100% dead. They were also supposed to come back and reset the sprinkler timer but I haven t heard back on that either. I ll call someone else to cut the tree and blow out the sprinklers. Disappointing.
