DS Lawn Care in Olathe

Greg has been ignoring me for over a year. They never finished the job, let things die, then didn’t honor their guarantee that came with the sprinkler system. Now they’ve disappeared from their office. Complete trash for follow through on their work.

Fantastic service, DS has made our yard/landscape look amazing. Our grass is GREEN, THICK and FULL. Our weekly mowing looks fantastic, as small business owners, rarely do we have "free" time to dedicate to our own lawn care. DS makes it so nice to come home to a beautiful looking yard. We have been in our house roughly three years and have used DS Lawn Care for our landscaping and lawn maintenance the entire time. They've always provided outstanding work. Recently we decided on doing some hardscape expansion and I worked with Greg at DS to plan out a new patio for our back yard. I wanted to share my experience as I couldn't be happier with the outcome. After deciding we were going to build a patio and seating wall out of pavers, Greg got his team assembled and right to work. His crew was on time each morning and were so professional and convenient, not only for us, but also for our neighborhood. They never left a mess that our neighbors would have to deal with and the same for us in the area in which they were working. The amount of precision they put in to creating the patio and making sure it perfectly level and uniform was exceptional. The final product turned out amazing and we've received nothing but rave reviews from friends and family. If you are looking for a company that is on-time, efficient, fairly priced and all-around great people then DS Lawn is the company you should use. Takes forever to return calls.... If they do. Finally arrived at house to bid after weeks and informed me they would be back to me within a couple days to provide estimate. You guessed it, never phoned, never returned calls. Extremely unprofessional.

Very responsive to requests. Willing to go extra miles to help! The payment is set up to be electronic, which is very convenient. Glad I am using their service.

Called and set up an appointment with Greg for a quote. Greg came out and gave some options said he'd text me some photos of work they did and get back to me by mid week with a quote. This was 3 weeks ago. If you can't even keep your word on giving a quote how can anyone trust anything else you say.

This is our second year with them and we couldn't be happier. Our neighbor uses them also and our yards look great. The employees are friendly as well.

We hired this company to do complete lawn care and maintenance on our lawn. The first time around they did not edge the yard in all places. It was sloppy work. We brought this up to the owners attention and he said he'd come out and look at the work and assured us it wouldn't happen again. He never came out to look at the work. The following week they butchered some of the edging leaving 2 inches of dirt and other places didn't edge at all. I again brought this up to the owner and he got offensive and rude. We've never worked with any company who was this sloppy and unwilling to resolve any problem. And their "friendly rates" are the same as other companies so no benefit there.
