Wonderful company with great employees. My lawn looks great, when people drive by and I m outside working they often stop and tell me how nice my lawn is. I always make sure to tell them who I use for my lawn care.

Good communication with your office and technicians that work in our area. Technicians text when theyre coming, we are able to communicate with them regarding any problem areas and they take care of them and text us when work is complete and they are leaving; which we truly appreciate.

They do a great job at keeping our lawn weedless and happy.

You have been prompt to come out when you say. You also have returned to treat areas that are not doing well or has weeds. (Except for my last call. Still no-one has been out) But would still give you a 10 compared to other companies

We started using Willis a little over a year ago when our yard became overrun with stickers. Our children couldn t even play in the yard. A year later there are no traces of stickers or any weeds. Our bald patches are almost gone and our yard is beautiful. Willis always has the best customer service and communication. I ve never had to guess when they are coming or if they actually did anything.

Excellent service friendly staff

Willis Lawn Services has been taking care of my lawn the past year or so. Theyve been very timely, responsive, respectful, and fast. Writing this review today because Kyle came out to service my lawn and although I still had some tree leaves in a corner that I was concerned might get in the way he gave reassurance it wont be a problem and even helped move it out to ensure the product was applied properly. Very nice guy and happy to have him out here every time.

Communication was perfect and on time. Look forward to seeing the results!

I had a abrasive weed that would not go away, my previous lawn weed control company could never even phase it, well first time Willis Lawn Service sprayed my yard, seriously the first spray these dang pesty weeds shriveled up and died and I have not seen there ugly face since, I highly recommend Willis

This company does a great job. The yard is neatly sprayed, no overspray on sidewalks or driveway. They send you a notice when they will be at the house. Then the service person sends a text to let you know they are on the way and another text to let you know when they have completed the work.

Our yard looks better than it ever has since using Willis. Guess what--they actually respond to phone messages and texts! Also, the techs are very courteous and communicate re appointment. Positive

Willis Lawn Services stood by their word that if they could not repair the damage to my grass by an accidental chemical mistake, they would replace it with new sod. During this time they did not charge me for service which almost took 1 year and my grass came back green and beautiful. Brandon is a joy to work with and always professional and takes time to talk with you as needed and offers great advice.

Very customer oriented. Always respond promptly to my phone calls/texts. Works hard to make applications when Im going to be home to unlock gates. Their people are good about listening to any concerns that I have about yard treatments. Price is RIGHT! Could not be more satisfied with their service. Try them, youll like them! They use a leaf blower to remove pellets from concrete areas. I dont track it in the house and animals dont walk on it getting it in their paws. Positive Professionalism
