Weedman has done a great job with a yard that hasn t been taken care of in years and in one summer I ve been able to cover all of the weedy bare spots in my yard. The pesky crabgrass is slowly dying off but they are on top of it as usual. I ve used other companies that aren t tru to their word and Weed Man is! Thanks Weed Man I can t wait to see my yard after year 2 and more!

No not use Weed Man...i dont care which franchise rhat must you the same corporate programs and policies. I used Weed Man and the sprayed everything the same on my wooded property and killed my shade grass. I called to complain and they didnt do anything to resolve the issue so i refused to pay the bill. They turned it over to collections and now its on my credit report. No of rhese would have occurred if i had chosen not to use this company. User beware!

So happy w/results Weed Man achieved in my poor backyard (ignored by lessee while outta state) overgrown w/nothing but weeds; tried five diff otc products (all guaranteed ) only seemed to aid the evil grass in overwhelming our Bermuda--nothing worked until we called WM. The first three treatments did little & confess was ready to cancel contract find someone else with stronger weed killer/knowledge base BUT Nathan (our tech) promised he knew what the prob grass was & his product/plan would get rid of it. Skepticism ruled but he was so earnest promised myself id give him one more treatment & then find diff company (full disclosure my front yard was already looking so much better my neighbors commented on those results) & voila Satans grass began to die off and, with some raking of dead satans grass, allowed the Bermuda to grow back in!! Today Nathan rang bell to remind me to water in todays treatment in 24 hours but also took time to ask if I was happy w/backyard & any problems he should look at??? I was floored he remembered my backyard & he went extra mile to ask if had any issues to address. Appreciate this level of service & have already confirmed next years signup for contract treatment plan. Hope WM will continue to hire/send out professionals like Nathan- he made the diff in my yard & kept me believing my backyard didn t need to be firebombed

Recently had our 3rd service, paid for the annual package up front. We have had a good experience with the sales and technician teams. It has been a positive experience, and bonus and BLUF - the yard is looking better than it has in 10 years. We have even had folks drive by and complement.

Gaba is a lovely man; he bends forward and backward to satisfy customers with his services. I would like him to do my lawn services from now on.

We couldn t sit in our garage or on our patio without being attacked by mosquitoes or flies, but thanks to Craig, he got us taken care of! It s nice being able to sit outside and back in the garage in peace! Highly recommend their treatment!

WeedMan spent time answering my questions and walking around my yard offering advice!

We have used Weed Man for a number of years, we were not happy last year but blamed it on the weather. This year we have more weeds than ever and expect crab grass to show up when it gets warmer. When told them they assured us they would spot spray but since the WHOLE yard is a weedy mess it was pointless. Very unhappy this account is under my husbands name, James Homer.

I am overall pleased with the experience from initial discussions about the weed problem being my worst in 14 years to the initial treatment with post 2 week spot control to receiving todays witches brew to control Grubbs (which I need), insects, weeds, and fertilize. The weeds are effectively controlled it seems. The field crews are friendly and informative. Thanks for the help Weed Man!

I joined serviced with a large yard, almost an acre, and was quoted $109/service. Amazing deal right? Wrong! After 1 service they came and told me they were supposed to be charging me $211/service and would have to charge the correct amount if service was performed today. I asked why and all they could tell me is that because they didnt have someone come out and hand measure they had to go off of google maps, which measured incorrectly. So due to thier system error I am having to pay double what I was quoted and promised for my year of service! Zreo communication of the increase until day of service so I had no time to move the extra funds to the account I use for lawn care. They saw this review and immediately tried to call me back, just to tell me they dont appreciate the open feedback online as they have done everything in thier power to right this wrong. The way the made it right was allowing me to get 1 last service under the original price then cancel my account. The people were all professional and courteous though.

Nathan Outon is amazing, professional and did my entire property even after it was found to be very under measured. Although this was our last treatment due to said mess up and the company not sticking to my original quoted price.

Weed man service my yard for the last 4months and I have weeds real bad . I have been calling asking for a Mgr to come out none showed up and then called office to cancel services and office hung up in my face ,because I am telling her my yard has been treated for years. I only can to them because the company I used before closed up my yard was manicured very well! Now have yellow big p Do not consider Weed man period!!!!atches ugh!!

From the employees at their office to the technicians working in the field, they are professional, courteous, and respectful of both my family and my property. And to top it off the results on my lawn are incredible, we bought this home two years ago and the lawn was overtaken by weeds and two years later there isn t a weed to be found. With this preemergent treatment I had text concerns on some resistant areas! So today I was able to show him the areas, we discussed it and he addressed them today and noted for future reference! I have been using Weedman for about seven years and have absolutely loved it. Theyve taken great care of my lawn and are always available to answer even the dumbest questions! Or come and see what the problem is. A great group of people...doing a great job!

During COVID ran into a rough patch when we tried to connect with this vendor, he failed to call back and did not give us notice. Well he turned us over to collections for 50 dollars that we attempted to call on. The stuff did not even work on our yard and my neighbors yard look like a hot mess too. 50 dollars was not worth it. Our numbers have been the same for over 20 years. Whatever.

My beautiful lawn is damaged/destroyed since using The Weedman!! was referred to them because of their discounted rates! My yard was plush and green with my previous Vendor!! Lesson leaned, a few dollars saved wasnt worth my lawn being damaged!! I called and reported the damage twice and both times The Manager blamed it on crab worms and tried to upsell me on addtl upgraded treatments. There was no evidence of crab worms in my lawn, property nor my neighbors or neighborhood for that matter. So I canceled months ago praying that with the season changes/water sprinkler/aeration(costs) that my previously plush yard would return. Nope grass looks like dehydrated hay that a farm animal wouldnt even graze on. Distraught!! Stay clear of the Weedman!! I now have to re-sod $$$$ Who has sued? I will gladly join In on the class action suit!!

We have just started using them this season (spring 2023) and have been very pleased. Their communication is awesome and they always let us know in advance when they are coming to treat our lawn. Before we started with them our lawn was overgrown with chickweed s and now we are seeing beautiful green, plush grass. They explained the entire process and cost in the initial consultation. Would highly recommend Weed Man

We use them for the weeds in our lawn and have great service. Recently started having problems with our Bermuda dying out in places. The manager came out quickly and working on fixing the problem.

Arguably the worst company on the planet. Billed me for work they didnt perform (cameras around the house showed they never even came by which is why they were fired.) Havent used these guys in over two years and just received a collection letter from American profit recovery saying I owed them $98. Called weed man, told the woman what was going on and she just hung up on me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! YOU WILL REGRET IT. This company seems to be habitual in unjustified billing practices.

Unfortunately I m starting to wonder if Weed Man is actually planting weeds in my yard. Just kidding but they are definitely not successfully eliminating anything. We ve been using their service since 2020 and our yard has gotten worse than when we started.

In my opinion, their sales team does not communicate and explain their charges well enough. Did not enjoy speaking with their customer service. The young guy who came out to spray my yard the first (only) time was super friendly and professional.

Not very pleased! Performed and charged for insect control treatment that we didn t authorize! Still trying to get this charge removed!

Had service with Weed Man last year and cancelled because the tech wasn t spraying weeds in my flowerbeds or lawn. They got me back on board to try again this year just in the flower beds and the same thing happened. My weeds got so out of hand while I was out of town for a month that I reached out to have a manager come out. They just need better technicians probably. 3 stars for decent customer service. Minus 2 for letting my flowerbeds get bad twice now.

Max has been out twice. Both times he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Hopefully his efforts will produce first-class results.

I scheduled an appointment and the rep never showed up to the appointment. In addition, I did not receive a call with an explanation as to why the company was a no show. Update: Kyle Collins a manager at Weed Man reached out to me over a week ago to apologize for the mishap. He gave me his personal cellphone number to call if I decided to schedule with the company again. In addition, he offered to give me the first application free of charge. I decided to go with the company. Kyle personally kept me posted with updates regarding my scheduled appointment when there were any changes. Im happy to say my yard is on its way to being weed free.

Technician told me he would be coming back. He never showed. When I addressed my issue with customer service they would hang up on me.

Overall, they did a great job at managing my yard. Ive used them for around 3 years. Today, the technician didnt close my gate to the backyard and my dogs ran away. I eventually found them, but I think this carelessness is not acceptable. I called to cancel and youd think Id been a customer for 2 weeks. Their response was we completely understand, Ill cancel now.

I ordered weed control only and was constantly billed for additional services I did not want. Frustrated with the lack of communication, I canceled the service, but the cancellation was not recorded. After harassing me with to calls to pay, I called to explained their error. The clerk was quite rude insisting that the error was mine. So, on April 7, 2021, I paid in full for all the services which I did not order----- and yet they still continued to service my yard after that date and BILL ME SOME MORE!

They charged me for service but they never completed the service. I called the office they were disrespectful terrible listeners who just try to talk over you instead of listening. I requested a refund for the service that I paid for and never received. It s been over 2 months. My yard has been neglected.

Had them at my last house bought a new house only had them do my front yard and charged me as much for my whole hose with only a fraction of yard. When they called the lady was rude and kept threatening to turn me into collections even when I said all I wanted was someone to come out and talk to me.

They will do what ever they want to do and just send you a bill. And they make no adjustments to anything. Not impressed with new mgmt.

Cold calls in the evening - If I wanted to use your services I would call you - STOP with the cold calls!! I used their service years ago after a friend suggested them. I was not impressed and dropped them for someone else that Ive been with for years now. I do not appreciate or think its appropriate for them to call repeatedly every few months asking if I need them. Very unprofessional!

The weed man come and sprays your yard for weeds. There very good at killing weeds, bugs. They make your yard beautiful and green. They also know Guys that do yards and will come ever week or every other week. There real nice l like what they do and they do it well.
