Turfworks comes on the day scheduled. Theres no set window, but you can count on them being there on the day they say theyll be there. Theyve been working with us trying to get rid of our nut grass which is very stubborn, but seems to have thinned out a little.

Sprinkler repair was fast and professional.

I dont like to give low stars and I dont mean to hurt the business. I called Feb 13th (Monday) for lawn ween control. The lady on the phone said they will go Thursday or Friday. I even gave her my bank account number. Then, the next monday I got an email saying they will come that evening. They called me & cancelled it because they said it was too dark to come to my house. Ok, I agreed with the guy and was very flexible and said no problem. He said they will come the next day or maximum Wednesday if it doesn rain. They didnt show up. Today, it is Tuesday Feb, 28th and no one even bothered to call to say anything..I know you can get busy but at least (after 2 weeks) call again and tell me we wont be able to make it..

I have found Turfworks to be professional and responsive to our landscaping needs. I would recommend.

Their trucks block the one entrance into my neighborhood off and on, and then the other truck parks on a main street, blocking an entire lane while they mow, and they are a hazard. They also blow their clippings into the street, and onto oncoming traffic thats already had to go around their illegally parked vehicle thats taking up an entire lane on a street right under the no parking sign. Tried to call to complain, the lady asked no questions just said theyd move. Which one? I know for a fact you have a dozen+ trucks, she was just pretending to fix the problem. So I called the police instead, and shall do this from now on. See how they like the tickets.

If you are looking for a great company to help you with any kind of yard work, I would highly recommend TurfWorks in Oklahoma City. I am unable to no longer work in my many flower beds. I have been using this company for two years to weed, mulch and plant new flowers. Great customer service.

I asked for TurfWorks to help me out with a leaking sprinkler valve. They came out the next day and took care of it. Very fast and experienced.

They also always make sure to relook my gate to back yard!!!

They do a good job of maintaining our yard to keep it free of weeds and looking good. They have come back out to spray again when we had a problem with weeds.

I provided photos of my flowerbed to get a quote for weeding and mulching. They quoted me $200 which I accepted. They missed my first date and came three days later. When they arrived, I got a call from the office saying it s going to be around $760. No apologies, just a standard, this is what we are charging you now . When I asked how they could make such a large leap, they said there was growth from when I sent the photos a week before (not true, my mom was visiting and was cleaning out the beds while she was here) and that my beds required 14 additional bags of mulch than the 10 they quoted. This quote was after seeing photos of the beds mind you. I asked them to leave as I wasn t spending $560 OVER what I was quoted. Just a big waste of time.

They did an excellent job overall on revamping an old flower bed area. When there was a slight hiccup on the exact area to perform their services, they quickly sent the crew back and they completed the missing area quickly. They stand behind their work and the prices were reasonable.

TurfWorks has been a great investment. My yard looks great. Due to it s weed control the maintenance on the yard is minimal compared to my neighbors yards that is covered in weeds.

We used TurfWorks to install a few hundred feet of garden bedding above a back retaining wall and along a back fence. They installed around 90 shrubs and Taylor junipers. Then used mulch on some bed covering and white rock on the remainder. Their quotes were professional and accurate. The guys that came and did the installation were friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. They also give a one year warranty on their plants. We had a couple that needed replaced after the winter and there was no questions asked and tremendous follow up service. I have recommended this team to numerous friends. I would certainly use them again on any project.

The customer service in this place is rude, stay away.

Horrible experience! Called yesterday and spoke to Mr. George, he said he would send me a quote that day. Well he didn t follow through with his word. Called back this morning and spoke to a lady who I don t remember her name. She told me she would look into the system to find the quote. She couldn t find it which leads me to believe Mr. George over there never did it. She told me I d be getting a call back soon. Couple hours go by so I decide to call back. Guess who I got? That s right! Mr. George. He then gets an attitude and tells me they are too busy for me. When asked why I never received my email he then told me it was not delivered to the email address I gave him. When I asked if he had the right one he said yes and laughed in a sarcastic fashion. I had him say it back to me and low and behold he didn t send it to the email address I spelled out for him yesterday! Well this didn t sit well with Mr. George and upon being called out he got angry, complained I was asking too many questions (which is my right as someone looking for a quote) and said it had been a pleasure and hung up. Seems like a great way to do business to me! NOT. You guys have now blown the possibility of having a consistent long term customer.

Nice folks who do a good job. The only complaint I have is that they dont always let you know when they are coming so you can prepare. Caught them once billing me for work that was not performed. They made it right, but how many times has that happened to others who didnt catch them. They also dont tell you that your contract renews each year unless you call and tell them to cancel.

Turfworks has gone through a lot of restructuring/turnover. Since this has gone on my experience has been awful. Prior to last Fall, I would definitely have recommended them as a reliable lawn service who do a good job at a reasonable price. However, that has all changed. For the last 6 months I have had nothing but problems. They did not come do leaf cleanup despite being requested and confirmed. Multiple different excuses were given. Since it was the first time of problems and they sighted turnover at the office, I let it go. But the same story has been true this Spring. I had charges show up for no services done and promise of services with no one showing up. Each time I have been given a different excuse which by itself always seemed reasonable, but after a while it makes me feel like an idiot for expecting to get a different result. I would not recommend them. Hopefully they get their act together but I suspect this company will not be around much longer if they treat their other customers the way I was treated.

I have had a great lawn care experience with TurfWorks. I use the fertilization and weed control service and recently added their lawn mowing service. My lawn hasnt looked this good in years! They provided me with a timely and very reasonable estimate for both services. They send an email a day in advance, so that I am aware of their arrival for fertilization and weed control service. Every staff member I have spoken with has been friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend them as a reliable lawn service who provide great lawn care at a reasonable price.

To whom it may concern: I have enjoyed the experiece that turf works has given myself and our friends. We love the friendly personality the employees show us. They are always courteous of our bushes and potted plants. Never are things broken or trimmed too short. We have personally spoken with Josh Smith and he is such a nice young man. Turf works is always wonderful about giving us notice so we can make sure our dogs are properly put up. Thanks Erika
