Elite Lawn Care has been great to work with. Anthony came out to spray and took his time answering any questions or addressing any concerns we had before he did our spraying.

Isaet came out to put on the pre emergent. Well done. Fast and well covered. Yard much better after dropping the national lawn care group.

Elite lawn care has really improved the appearance of our yard. Two big Oaks shade about half of our front lawn such that Bermuda just will not grow in the shade of these trees. The Lawn care specialists know what weed applications will harm the Fescue and which treatments wont. They notified us each time they were coming to treat the yard and they were are on time.

Throughout the years, I have had several lawn care companies treat our lawn. Without question, Elite is the best. Their work is thorough and they seek customer satisfaction. Their staff with Shannon and others as well as their technicians are very friendly and helpful. This is icing on the cake. Our technician is Colby, a very nice, respectful, and courteos young man, represents Elite very well.They are by no means cheap, but you pay for what you get. My wife and I plan to keep Elite for many years to come. I recommend you try them, too. You will not regret it. Good luck. UPDATE: Soon after posting this review, my wife and I noticed that the weeds seemed to be fed (growing) with Elites chemicals rather than killing them. I contacted them. A young, arrogant man came to my house. He informed me that he was going to charge us more money for the same area that had previously been treated. I told him in no uncertain terms that our relationship was over. So, they lost 2 accounts. Do I now recommend them? Absolutely not! Stay away. There are more caring and customer-focused companies. Shop around.

On 9/4/2024 Donny came to do our Post Emergent and Fertilization Treatment. He was very professional and did a awesome job treating our yard.

I am updating my review to say that we are now very unhappy with Elite. Unknowing to us, the person who came out to measure our lawn, measured it wrong. We were informed that the new measurements would require us to pay over double what we currently pay. It didn t matter that we had referred about 5 people from our street and they all signed on with Elite or that we also have other people we ve referred them too. The owner was incredibly rude when talking to my husband. In fact, I assumed it was a worker who was young talking to my husband cause of his tone and how he was talking and told my husband to talk to the owner and he informed me it was the owner or as high of a person he could talk to. They took no ownership in their mistake and just rudely told us what to expect. It wasn t our fault and there was no working with us. On top of that, about the last 6 months their spray was not killing the weeds so they were having to come back out cause we had weeds everywhere. On top of that, they are now re measuring all the people we referred them to and treating them terribly too. Very unfortunate when we were so happy but either a change in management, chemicals used or just changing their tune and no longer have great customer support but we have been very unhappy as have the others we know who used them. Unfortunately we will be leaving them and taking all of our other business as well. We have had Elite Lawn Care come out for the last few months and have had a great experience. They do great work and everyone we have met has been so nice and great to work with.

Gabriel and Z came today to treat my lawn. I was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. I have used many lawn care services in the past but none of them hold a candle to Elite Lawncare. My yard looks the best it ever has. Call Elite, you won t be disappointed!

Elite Lawn Care has turned into an absolute scam. They treat your yard when ever they want, charge you for double services without authorization. They think leaving a message authorizes them to do whatever they want. I reduced services due to yard being torn up for new sod and they continue the services, charge me full amount, refused to credit due to their mistake. They dont care about clients, they bypass any real communication with leaving a message and as long as they dump product weather you approved or not they are billing you. I was a loyal customer but i am tired of being taken advantage of. I have told them my concerns but they refuse to listen, enough is enough. I do not recommend Elite Lawn Care. Update to your response: I approved grub service one time, not continues service. At the time of the last service, I received one voicemail, which i did not receive until i returned from being out of town. I have asked multiple times through the years of being a customer to not service until you receive approval from me, because you would get behind on my quarterly service, so you scheduled service a couple of weeks apart just to collect quarterly. You offered me payment options after you already charged my credit card. The onlything you have heard and acted on is: Cancel my Service

Shylogh our technician made the right adjustment using a hand spreader instead of the big wheel spreader to fertilize our steep side slope. The pitch of the slope requires attention to assure proper coverage. We were pleased he took the time necessary to do a proficient job.Lawns are looking great! Thanks Elite Service Team!

Ive been a customer of Elite Lawn for a while now, and my yard has never looked better. My lawn is extremely green and completely weed free. I couldnt be happier with the service they provide. My technician, Danny, is extremely flexible and patient as well. During my last service, my dogs got out and he patiently waited for my kids to wrangle them in so he could complete the job. This morning I received a call from Shannon at Elite ..She was very courteous and understanding to my issues and completely remedied my situation.. I m very thankful To Shannon and Elite for their prompt reply and attention to my concerns..I truly appreciate their dedication to their customer service..Thank you Shannon Been with them for years through 2 different homes.. Never a problem.. however ,last two years seems things have changed.. last time out, tech did half of the service and left.. When I called I was pretty much told I was mistaken I told them we were home , and we watched..we also have cameras.. they finally offered to send someone back and I agreed.. they then listed my invoice as a respray and put on the invoice that I would be charged for the extra service should I decide to cancel before 8 treatments.. The tech didn t do the job in the first place so it was not a respray I don t like to give bad reviews and I understand things have changed the last couple of years and it s gotten rough for companies to find good people, but their service has been hit and miss the last 2 seasons with me anyway I guess it it was it is..

If you want to cancel, as I was told I can cancel service at any time, they want payment for ALL future services first, otherwise they will continue to charge credit card for future services performed or not. Stay away. UPDATE: They are still attempting to schedule service when I specifically advised I cancelled this service. They just dont want to give up. Since we hired a different service who already treated our lawn this month, if Elite shows up and sprays our lawn it will be to the detriment of our lawn health.

First, they tried to charge me more than what we agreed. Then when I asked them to come look at my lawn because after 2 treatments the yard had weeds every where. They wanted to charge me more to do more which should have been taken care of from the first 2 times they came out. My yard has never looked this bad & had so many weeds. Customer service was horrible unreliable and they would never call me back period

Had Elite come out today and do a Post emergent and fertilization treatment. Donny was friendly and work orientated, he even spent time to blow off our grass clippings from our driveway, sidewalks, and patio.

We have had a few different lawn maintenance companies treat our yard and this is by far the best. Brandon C. was our technician and he broke down all the services we had purchased before application to our lawn. Within a week I noticed the results. Highly recommend this company.

We saw Elite s sign in a yard in our neighborhood and gave them a call. They were so polite and courteous, and quick to get us in for an appointment. Our technician Colby was appropriately early and very friendly. He went over a game plan with me and gave me verbal follow-up instructions. We have half an acre and he was done quickly. He gave me printed instructions and services completed. He also let us know that if we have any soil questions to call the office and they would be happy to provide instruction and education. This was our first treatment, very impressed.

Elite is the best! They do a fantastic job with our yard and the people they employ are top-notch. When they came to do our pre-emergent spray, Abel made sure I understood what to do if I decided to put in a new flowerbed after spraying. I really appreciated his concern and advice!

So far our experience has been great. When I originally set up service the person I spoke with on the phone was able to answer every question I had, and also was able to make reasonable recommendations for future services. When our Tech (Abel) visited he politely introduced himself and explained everything that he was doing in a way that we perfectly understood how the process of each treatment works. We have used other companies services in the past and Elite Lawn Care is by far the most professional.

Had their Agronomist Chris out to my property. Was told he had a Masters Degree from Duke University in Agronomy. I wasnt able to be there but watched him on my cameras. I asked them to tell him i just needed to know what the grassy weeds(notice the darker colored grass inside the red circle) by the mailbox was. I know what it is but needed to see if they did so they can treat it properly. He sent me a email detailing that my soil is compacted. NOTHING ABOUT THE GRASSY WEEDS I SPOKE TO THEM ABOUT!!! They wanted to charge me $75 for this. For having 20 plus years experience i feel sorry for people that really listen to them. I will treat the Barnyard grassy weeds that i have and it will be taken care. I highly would NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone.

Matt, the technician did a great job!

I was a previous customer years ago. I was drawn back to the company because of their ethics, and how well they did their job. So I am glad that I get to use a local company and that they provide such a wonderful service. Matt was a great technician today for my pesticide treatment. They always inform you 24 hours before they re going to be out, and then they leave the contact card at your door so that if there any special instructions you know what you need to do or can logon and get that information.

They get the job done and will work with your schedule. Donny did a great job and was efficient and nice to talk to!

We love this service. We had a crazy amount of weeds and clover this summer and 80% of it went away with the first spray. The rest of it was gone the next spray. Very effective and everyone is always friendly. This last time Hunter did a quick and thorough spray for us.

I ve used Elite for several years. After I moved to a new home the yard had been neglected pretty bad so I called Elite tobegin service there. There was a fungal disease in the front lawn and it began killing my grass. They identified the problem and began treatment at a very reasonable rate. The turf sprang to life in a few short months and continues to look great. They even stopped by to ensure the treatment was working at no charge. Awesome results. Donny did my pre-emergent and as usual, did an outstanding job. He applies a generous amount of product and didn t get one drop on my concrete! Thanks Donny! Highly recommended!

I have used Elite Lawn Care for several years now, at two different properties. What I like with Elite is how easy and convenient they are. To get a quote, they use satellite image of your property and you can draw where you want them to treat and how much to exclude, especially if you have an area with pets that you want to keep chemical free. Their communication is excellent: they let me know with a text message when a technician is scheduled to come or on his way to treat my yard, and they can be flexible if the time or day are inconvenient. And they are also flexible with prices. Just tell them your budget and they can make it work for you by either adjusting the schedule or the type of treatments. Highly recommended for any lawn care.

I use this company for five years. My lawn always looked great. They even came out and identified some weeds for me and made sure my yard was protected.

Elite has been my partner in my lawn care for the last 5+ years and I have yet to be disappointed. Donny and all the other technicians have a lot of pride in their work and how well the lawn looks over the course of the year. Arriving as planned, efficiently completing the treatment, and ensuring the property is secure upon departure are promises kept every application.

Attempted to get a proper quote from them for my new home/lawn. 16 days later they keep contacting me about the quote, yet on day one, I raised an issue about their terms and conditions they have none. Elite asks for a 9 treatment contract, and their link to the terms and conditions is invalid. Their office cannot send it, they re texting me about it. I do not sign agreements blind, and I won t do business with a company that takes 16 days to tell me contract terms (and contacts me 3-4 times to find out why I have not signed up yet!!!) No.
