I have 1.5 acres previously treated by a corporate company. I spent tons of money and they continued to fail to show results. I began using Bermuda Escapes early this year, 2024, and after two treatments saw significantly better results. They do not cheap out on the product and treat the target areas. Highly recommend.
Kyle at BE LLC has been spraying my yard for 20 plus years. My yard looks very nice because I do what he recommends. Yes I get the occasional weed and I do get nut grass during the summer time. When I have concerns he makes the effort to call and get specifics in order to determine how to proceed. Most of the time it's coming back and spot treating. I've recommended them in the past and will continue to do so. Only request I have would be to blow the over spray of granular fertilizer off the concreted areas. Thank you for the OUTSTANDING service throughout the years.
Bermuda Escapes has been treating my lawn for several years now and the difference in my lawn before and now is amazing. I had a big patch of broadleaf grass in my backyard and a lot of weeds in the front lawn and Bermuda Escapes have cleared up 99% of them and the grass is much fuller now. I highly recommend their services, they’re on time and give me a full description of each application. Well worth the price, my lawn is proof.
Great service, even greater results, but most importantly their products do not harm our dogs! Our puppy had an extreme allergic reaction to the chemicals used by one of the 'big' weed control companies. Thinking we would never be able to have our lawn treated again we contacted Bermuda Escapes and they assured us they use products that do not harm animals. We gave them a try and are so thankful we did. Now we have a thick beautiful lawn and healthy dogs. We no longer have to worry if our dogs are out when Bermuda Escapes comes to spray. I cannot say enough about what Bermuda Escapes has done for our lawn. I LOVE walking outside barefooted on our lawn, it is so thick and lush!

Bermuda Escapes has been treating my yard for weeds for about 8 months and I am thoroughly pleased with their service. Within two months all of the weeds in my yard were under control and the Bermuda grass has been able to re-establish itself throughout the yard. I would HIGHLY recommend Bermuda Escapes!!! I missed the first treatment because I was late in calling but my yard has never looked better!! I am so pleased with their service and customer service! Their treatment plan works wonders for my yard! I had so many weeds and my grass wasn't growing but after their treatments, it's weed free and the grass has grown in and is very green and plush! Ive been using them for over 5 years. I wont be continuing with their services. I am tired of messing with them. If you have property you care for Id look elsewhere. They dont respect it. Im tired of cleaning up after someone I pay. Fertilizer is literally everywhere and when I say anything its brushed off like its not a big deal. When its your home and property it IS a big deal to you.

As the previous reviewer said and I will repeat I m tired of cleaning up after the tech. I even gave a second chance and he came back the next day and did it again leaving fertilizer all over my foyer, sidewalk both driveways and not just a little here and there but all over the place. You don t go to someone house and leave a mess for the home owner to clean up. I feel this is disrespectful and unprofessional and as a company they seem not to care. I was a water filter tech for 17 years and would have been fired immediately if I had a complaint from a customer and turnaround and did it again the next day.

I purchased treatments for a year, so Im stuck. I pay for year round treatments. I have bare spots all over my yard. Since they dont put the dye in their spray, It would be easy for them to miss many spots. When I requested for them to retreat these spots they refused. Also they insist on coming at 630 early morning appts. They will not give me any other time!!! I work nights and I cant be there to put dogs up. They do not try to accommodate or satisfy the customer in any way! I quit even asking! My yard is spotty in the back and sides. You can easily see that it is not fully treated. They dont even care or value customer concerns!

Weve used this place for a few years and it started very effective and friendly, but weve been having issues with treatments and some unfriendly conversations over the past several months that have really changed the experience for the worse. We had a gate latch broken (3 years old) and this was the only place that came out (checked camera). When I brought it up I was given excuses like maybe it was someone in the neighborhood and eventually well thats part of owning a house, sometimes things break. We had a spray treatment that was applied during a storm coming in, rained just minutes after application so we had to have them back out. We also had issues with weeds coming through and when we brought it up we were told theyd come back out and take care of us, not to worry about it (listened to the recording). I thought that meant retreating, but when I followed up 10 days later to see if it had been completed I was told they wouldve never said that and they can come out for our next treatment but not a free one. I questioned this initially and was told theyd just remove us from the schedule since we werent happy. I felt this was extremely poor customer service on multiple occasions, so well be finding a new place to give our business and references to.
These guys are as good as gold!!! They came out a few weeks ago fertilized and sprayed for weeds. Just yesterday they were in our addition and noticed all the broadleaf weeds popping up (due to all the rain as of late) they came to our door to let us know they were going to spray again...on their dime. Bermuda Escapes makes my yard look great. Weed free even though the yards on BOTH sides of mine are full of weeds. You can SEE the lines where our yard stops and the neighbors begins. I always get notifications before they come and they respond in a timely manor when I send a message. They accommodate our requests for treatment. My wife has full organic gardens. They make sure to only treat the yard where we want it treated so my wife can control what goes in and comes out of her gardens.

So happy with this company! My yard was in sad shape prior to using Bermuda Escapes! It seemed like nothing I did was making a difference (even using another lawn service for 2yrs!). They were very friendly and I felt like they listened to my concerns and agressively treated the lawn upfront! It made a big difference and I could tell within the month that it was already changing & inproving!
