I have used All-Green, Inc for many, many years and continue to be very happy with their services. Today Daniel Gates with All-Green aerated my fescue and overseeded my fescue. He also applied a pre/post-emergent herbicide treatment for control of fall/winter weeds. They are always available to answer my questions and concerns. I have beautiful fescue and Bermuda grass and owe it all to All-Green due to regular treatments they recommend to keep my grass healthy. All I have to do is water. When it comes to chemicals for our lawn, All Green is the best. They have also aerated our yard. Before we contracted with All Green, our yard was the worst in the neighborhood; now it looks great. They call ahead, they readily reschedule, and they are dependable as well as effective. Very courteous. Bree has sprayed many times and is very professional and thorough.

Not only does All Green provide professional lawn care service, they provide it in a manner that is coordinated with the customer and meets specific need.

The All Green people are always very nice to work with. One thing I would suggest is that every time a new person is hired to do our lawn, you have them read or you read to them our instructions which I told the office person to please put this note in our file for all future sprayers: PLEASE spray the ENTIRE front lawn and not stop 3 feet from the right side because you assume that side belongs to the neighbor. Ive used All Green Lawn & Pest for quite a few years. They get the job done without any fuss. Once our area was hit with an infestation of army worms and I called for help. They responded fast and handled it effectively. They let me know when they will be coming and what service they will be providing. I am very happy with their services, both those who come out to do the service and those in the office who answer my phone calls and questions. Highly recommended.

They notify you when they are coming out to spray, if that doesn t work for you they work with your schedule. They always return calls. They offer a yearly pay plan so you can pay once or each time they spray if you prefer. Professional.

Got rid of the Poa Annua in my lawn, when others could not.

Their chemical mix does not kill the weeds.

My yard has never looked better since I started using them several years ago. The do a great job and I have less of a spider problem outside. Positive

Been great. They have done what they said they would so far and thats important to me. I have a well established lawn that has some weeds and so far they have taken care of most of them. Also they were the most reasonably priced estimste I had when I decided to start a service.

If I could give no stars, I would. I used all green since I heard great things about them. After my first call with them it has been a headache. I called for my yard to be serviced and the next week was charged $50 randomly. Never got my yard serviced. I called back and they ended up having me pay for another yard service since they put my card on another account. I was told I would not be charged and they would service my yard that week. They ended up doing a terrible job and weeks came back in a week. Then they started giving me bills after I was told I would not be charged more. They hardly answer calls and don t return call after leaving voicemails. USE ANYTHING OTHER THAN ALL GREEN if you don t want to the hassle and headache.

Generally was doing great. Then, fell off on service. The final straw was when I was charged for a treatment that never happened. They even sent me a photo from in front of my house to prove it. But my camera footage showed they never got out the truck -- simply took photos and left. Then, when I called the lady refused to review my footage and charged us anyway. When I told them I wouldnt use them anymore, they simply didnt respond. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Would put no stars if I could for the professionalism and I will explain why. I paid for a full year of service upfront for 2021. Techs left gate open to backyard letting my austrailian shepards out near a busy street and thankfully my dogs are very smart and came back. This issue was resolved by calling me when they were there and when they left to verify gate closed. This is a honest mistake and we worked together to make sure didnt happen again. The reason I am upset is that the beginning of this year I was emailed and texted with specials to sign up again. I did not sign up again and they called one day out of the blue and I assumed to sell me services....oh no it was because they were at my house to perform services I did not approve. My wife called and said they are here spraying so I told her to stop him because we didnt ask for the service. She told the technician we did not ask for this and he rudely gave her a bill for 30 so ething dollars. I get a letter laat week saying I owe 90 dollars? Why? Their services did very well maintaining my weeds but I wasnt sure if we were going to sell or stay so I didnt sign up this year. I dont understand why a company would have such poor customer service for obviously a misunderstanding on their end. Disappointing

We have used All Green for over 4 years and you can tell by looking at our neigh ors yards. Their weeds never creep into our yard and it looks great all year around. They always show up the day they are supposed too, are prepared to work around animals, and are always very pleasent over the phone. Would recommend to anyone needing to control the weeds around the house.

Started with All Green last fall. Their team has been great to work with. Our yard has never looked better and we had them spray two acres for ticks. We haven t had any issues this year. These guys rock!

They do not follow directions well, I told them several times not to spray or call on Sunday and they still did after being told not to. The last time I believe a Dustin or Justin called on Sunday and I told him I had requested not to be bothered on Sunday and I also said I may have to look for another lawn care service after 6 years and he just hung up and I have never heard from them since, which is fine but tells me they are not concerned with customer service. They were always trying to upsell you on something, that is kind of normal though i think, maybe they should be more concerned with providing the service you paid correctly for before trying to sell other services. The last time they sprayed was not acceptable , no weeds in front yard but back yard was overrun with weeds like they didnt even spray the back? I also told them to let me know before they sprayed so I could put my dog up, this did not always happen either. It seemed early on in our relationship Noel and staff cared about the customer and their satisfaction? I guess that has since been lost along the way during the companies growth. Oh well, time to move on. All of this happened during the spring/summer of 2016. Just wanted to let everyone know how we were treated by this company. I truly can t believe this company has 3.6 stars?

I had a yard full of weeds after 2 years of service with this company. Months of complaining and chances we finally cancelled. We disputed an invoice because we had tons of weeds and was not sure they sprayed. They had kept my credit card number from a previous time I charged and charged it after I told them I was disputing the invoice. Visa did credit my money back BUT it is shady business practice to charge a card 5 minutes after I had called to say I was disputing the charge and not going to pay.

My yard and mosquito problem have both improved dramatically since subscribing to their services. I couldnt be a more happy customer.

The company provides full lawn services for me. I m so impressed with their level of efficiency, knowledge and professionalism. They respond immediately to your text if you have questions. So far, they ve done a beautiful job on cutting my lawn, edging, trimming and mulching. This is the fourth company I ve hired within one year. I appreciate that I can communicate with the workers without any language barrier. I will provide future review updates and photos next time. UPDATE: I continued to be very satisfied with the work the company does. I had only one mix up with communication. But the next week the guys got it right. Also, my gate was not closed properly so I texted Richardo who is great by the way. He sent someone out immediately to securely closed the gate. The company thus far is doing a good job taking care of my weeds, maintaining my shrub and flower areas. I really appreciate the fact that the company immediately respond to my concerns and promptly correct them. A little more costly than most companies but worth it.

Looks like Im not the only with with issues so Ill just briefly bullet it out: 1 - They specifically said theyd take care of the weeds Id pointed out before I hired them. They didnt. 2 - For the same weeds they said Sure! No problem to, I got a note saying they can do what I was promised initially for an additional fee. By that time, Id seen no progress anyway and had already paid up in advance. 3 - They billed me incorrectly. To their credit, it was fixed (I think.. Theyre not great at clarity). It took some finger pointing among themselves, but it got done.. Maybe. The faith that they fixed their mistake gives brings them to the second star. 4 - MAKE SURE YOU HAVE RING OR SOME WAY TO ENSURE THEY ARE ACTUALLY THOROUGHLY TREATING YOUR LAWN. Even then, dont expect them to spend a lot of time or effort. 5 - For less money, we found a way to treat and make happen what we needed to do after hearing horror stories from others. I regret running into them at the Home Show.
