I have used Agrilawn for many years, most recently at a new build and they have prevented weeds inside and outside the sod areas. My grass is thick and full even with dogs in the backyard. I would highly recommend their services.

They need to treat lawn again to green it up. Previous treatment turned my lawn yellow and it has yet to recover.

We have used Agrilawn for Years after unsuccessful trys with other companies. We have been in our home for 47 yrs, we love our neighborhood, neighbors and Our city services in Warr Acres. From the very first application of Agrilawn we have only ask for a service call twice in all these years. AGRILAWN without hesitation jumped on both and cured are concerns! The most recent one was represented by a gentleman named Evan who was very professional, polite,& knowledgeable! I recommended Evan and this company!

Immediately thrilled with the service. The speed at which they contacted me and the quick turnaround time on the first service. The price is very reasonable. Additionally, this is our third lawn company since we moved into our house. We have a fescue lawn which has been a learning curve. No one has been able to explain to us why are grass completely dies (yes we know fescue is a cool weather grass) in the summer when others stay much healthier. They immediately informed us grubs were the problem. No other lawn service has come close to offering a solution.

Have always had really good luck with AgriLawn. Last time I FAILED to leave the gate open so the guy could only do the front. I called -- they got in touch with him and he returned to finish the job. Plus -- the yard always seems to be looking good. Great company.

AgriLawn has always done an outstanding job. Applicators are very conscientious and exacting in their work. They show up on time as scheduled and efficiently finish their job. Prices are reasonable and include a discount. I appreciate their efforts.

Do not trust the deal they give you. Tried it with the 50%off first and 50% off last deal and they said no contract just tell them before they schedule and they will give me the last service as the 50% off. No you have to have all 7 treatments to get the 2nd discount. Not happy with the result either.

I have used AgriLawn for a number of years. They have improved the look of my lawn. They are also to treat my lawn differently from Bermuda grass lawns as I have an almost 100% fescue lawn. This different treatment is necessary because treating a fescue lawn like a Bermuda grass lawn will kill it.

AgriLawn has always alerted me as to the day and approx time that they will be at my house. For the few times I have wondered about the scheduling I just call them and they update me. The AgriLawn tech is always available to talk to me when he is at my house and answer any questions I have about the application. The lawn is looking good this year even with the excessively hot weather so far this summer

We are senior citizens and long time customers of Agrilawn. Prior to Agrilawn, we used other services and Agrilawn is second to none. Their professionalism is exemplary. They provide the best programs and do so with technical expertise and kindness! All of the employees we have interaction with are top notch, especially Cody. I told agrilawn that I was no longer needing their business, 3 weeks before the next application, they applied their product to my yard two more times and after the first time I told them I will not be paying them and they still did it one more time, and they have been billing me every since, do not use this company. 6 years later, they are still on my credit report as delinquent for a service I told them I didnt want or need

The people who are cutting the grass here dont mow very well missing spots here there not paying attention to detail sloppy work

I have been a customer for 3 years and always on time and very friendly and are great workers and very happy with the service and recommend AgriLawn to anyone that needs service.

I tried with Agrilawn for 3 seasons. This is our final season. The scheduling and cancellations are continual. By the end of each season I was left with 3-4 of the lawn treatments left after I attempted to schedule with them so many times for fertilizer and weed control. By the end of the season they were scheduling me once a week!!! I said no this is harming my lawn for 2 consecutive seasons. I have been left with so many large crab grass spots and weeds after I aerated and even raked and planted grass seed. Doing this process again today! They charged me each year for non service at the end of the year and I had a great time with there office manager who was super condescending, talked over me and provided no resolution except for constant defending. My grass was like carpet and now I spend so much time raking, planting and pulling weeds that have never existed. I paid this company for non service, cancellations, and to be treated so poorly. My choice in hiring them was a bad one and I am paying for it! I

They did an amazing job in my yard! No weeds!

Agrilawn treated my lawn for about one year until I found out that they weren t treated my lawn close to the lake (a small portion of my lawn). I understand that there are regulations about treating lawns close to a lake but everyone s lawn gets treated by the lake that lives here. Fertilizing companies do it by hand. I called Agrillawn and they told me they wouldn t fertilize there. After about a couple of days, another person from agrilawn called me and said they would fertilize close to the lake, but they would have to do it by hand. I told agrilawn that that is a great solution to this problem but I had already done that. I didn t pay my last bill because agrilawn had ignored my lawn for the past year, and I had weeds and little grass there. I told agrilawn that I would pay my last bill minus my labor, and the fertilizer that I used, but they would not do that. Then agrilawns attorney started harassing me.

I am very pleased with AgriLawn! They sprayed our yard and the insects could not handle it! I cant explain the joy I felt seeing Earwigs & other deceased insects in our driveway & sidewalks! Thanks AgriLawn!

Great service and products. Had my yard sprayed for weeds. It started working a couple days later. My yard is about 80% weed free after one application. Glad I talked to my neighbor, who has used them for years, about the service.

No contract or consent was given for a second treatment after the initial treatment was completed. Absolutely no consent was given for a second treatment, they came out and treated a lawn for an address we no longer live at then sent us a bill for treatment. Furthermore they refused to make it right or offer any solution. Terrible immoral company.

I m just going on a year with this company. It s much better than who I was using before, and what I tried to do myself. Pricing and billing was a little hassle, though they have been cooperative on their end.

I called several weed control companies and am so glad I found Agrilawn from a neighbors suggestion. Tim was incredibly helpful and patient helping me get everything set up for a personal and business property. Not dependable!! Weeds are worse than when we took care of our own lawn.

Do not use this company. I paid for a year upfront, and I was told through the sales rep Brian to do everything online because I was getting extra discount, and when I called him afterwards to verify everything, he said I did everything correctly, only to find out that it was not done correctly. I paid for an entire year of only half of my lawn. Over half of my lawn is weeds, and when I called the manager to discuss it, she said that was not normal, but they were not willing to make it right. She said I could pay for other services, and even mentioned that it was not reasonable that the sales rep didn t verify it, and was rude about it. Don t waste $600 on them. Go somewhere else, they don t even fully spray the lawn anyways. Here s what it looks like after a year of service. All weeds. Edit since owner response: They only called to say something after they read my online review. They did not care how rude they were in the beginning, and it was hours before they acknowledged how they spoke on the phone. Still not using them, and others shouldn t either.

Very disappointed in this company. Very poor communication on services. I had to call multiple times to make sure I was on the schedule. They charged me for a service they did not perform. When I called for a refund, I had to speak with an argumentative manager who clearly didnt believe no one serviced my lawn. I havent left my house in 2 weeks (Im due with a baby in two days) so I would definitely know if someone came to my house.

They completely dropped the ball! Used them for 2 years or so, and was perfect. They had to come out a few times extra in between as they say they would, if needed. Never a problem. Never late. Always friendly. Until this year. Missed the first treatment, was told not enough employees, and that they would reschedule. A month late. Two weeks later, the lawn looked the worst it has been in 10 years. I called, was told they would get a guy over. So I didnt worry. Well two weeks went by and NOT A CALL. So being a small biz owner myself, I decided to go with someone else. What a shame. But I have never seen weeds everywhere. All different types. I always water, cut, and do whatever is suggested. Have been using AgriLawn for several years, even moved the service to my new address a year ago. Went from front and back yard to only smaller front yard and price was quoted a little more, but not terrible. This month they did two applications at one time without notice, but did explain the situation and we were able to work out a resolution suitable for both parties.

I started using Agrilawn in late 2020, and they were great. My lawn looked the best it ever had ...until spring of this year. They did the pre-emergent treatment, and whatever they sprayed ended up killing most of the grass in my front yard. Then when I refused to pay, they sent my $60 bill to a debt collection agency.

Paid the treatment for a year/7 times. Did not come until called and they didn t do all treatment in the contract. What ever you want to said, I m not trusting you anymore and wouldn t recommend to anybody. Negative

Promised our yard would look so much better after a year of services, but it is way worse! Weeds everywhere in grass and in flowerbeds! Dead grass in multiple spots in yard too!

Been using this lawn care company because I kept seeing all their signage on the most beautiful lawns in my neighborhood. They helped to turn my yard thick and green in no time! I give two thumbs up.

I have been using Agrilawn for a few years now at both my residence and my work place with overall good service. i did have an issue at my work place last year as the back yard was overlooked and missed applications. I am aware of staffing issues due to covid, but as I prepaid for my annual services, I had to fight to get a credit for treatments not received. I am hopeful this does not occur this year. I also have to bring to your attention highly visible dallisgrass in the front yard at my work place as your technicians apparently have some trouble seeing it even though I can see it from 30 feet away. It is my hope that I can be confident that this will be controlled effectively this season. Thank you

Consistency and good customer service

Agrilawn has been treating my lawn for YEARS and has always done a very professional job. Yesterday, Austin was assigned to treat my yard after I had to reschedule do to personal reasons and of course weather threatened to delay it once again. However, after explaining to Austin that I have already had to reschedule once and that I have large dandelions and weeds everywhere, he finished the yard he was working on then came to do mine. He was VERY, VERY thorough and friendly even after hand spraying the areas he couldnt get to on the riding machine. I really appreciated his willingness and effort to take care of ALL the areas! GREATEST customer service ever!!!!

If you have an all Bermudagrass lawn, AgriLawn will provide you with the finest lawn in your neighborhood. I have used them for almost ten years and weeds are kept totally at bay. However, if you have any shade grass, you might want to reconsider. They treat shade grass as a weed and will do a hatchet job on your efforts to keep grass in your shady areas.

I ve used Agrilawn for 10 years, and always found their people (technicians and those in the office) to be helpful, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. BUT, this year they ve really kicked it up a couple of notches. My yard has never looked better. I have Bermuda and fescue grass and both are thriving. I ve had several neighbors stop to comment and ask me what I m doing to make my yard look so good. I tell them to Call Agrilawn. They ll take good care of you.

We chose AgriLawn because a few of our neighbors had the AgriLawn signs in their yard. Appointment setup was surprisingly easy and the service itself was unobtrusive while my wife was working from home. Their online payment system is a really nice touch and their recommendations for other services were not only effective on my lawn but very cost-effective. Id recommend them to anyone looking to stay on top of their lawn all year!

We had other lawn care companies tell us that it was going to take at least a year to get the lawn back in shape. After two years I had to dump them when weeds kept showing up. AgriLawn had no excuses, they said they could get it done and they did. The contrast from my yard to my neighbors house is striking. No purple flowers, no crabgrass, just healthy Bermuda. The price is the same as those that did not show results so how do you compare that? Good people; good results; they do what they say they are going to do.

I will share my experience and let you judge for yourself. After the initial treatment a note was left informing me that the weeds would die off after a few treatments. This did not meet my expectations because I can buy Roundup off the shelf and kill the weeds (these are broadleaf mind you) in one treatment and within 24 hours. The Bermuda is still dormant but the temp is near eighty (perfect for broadcast Roundup treatment). I called to explain this and was greeted with a discourteous female who had no interest in retaining me as a customer. Just a short ok thanks and then click. I was polite when talking to her. Why not reciprocate?

Great service! When we purchased our home we had the worse lawn. Thorns, stickers, and weeds! More weeds than any blade of grass. Now its a carpet of green grass! My daughters love it as they never wear shoes!

I have used Agrilawn for about 3 years with good results. Recently they did a summer treatment and left my lawn with dead spots all over attempting to kill weeds. I was told the chemical they use can do this. Makes one wonder why they would put my lawn at such a risk. I am looking for a new lawn treatment company

Bad service!!

In the beginning they were great but then it all went downhill. We have four properties and the lawns were loaded with weeds. We would complain and they would come back but they still looked awful and once they killed a lot of our grass!

seems they are either to overloaded with work or short handed.. taking my business elsewhere. They have rescheduled my yard spraying 3 times already this year 2018 feb. and did not show up to any of them.. I had to contact them to find out why no one is showing up and they said they did not have permission.. no one ever called to get permission. They where great for years but seem to have gone down hill. There price goes up every year too.

Lack of communication/customer service. Worst experience. -Called the Agrilawn on first week of April to start my applications on my lawn. I was told it was going to be 7 to 10 business days. - On the 8th business day, I havent heard from them so I reached out to them to see when they were planning on coming. It was going to be on the 10th business day. -Agrilawn no called no showed that day and I had to reach out to them couple days later on why they did not show up or called to let me know they were not coming. -Amber, customer service, said it was due to wind right off the bat without asking what my name was. I knew that was a lie because weather was perfect and asked to speak to manager. Stephanie, office manager, said it was due to running out of supplies and I should have received a call that day to reschedule. -I was upset and told them I did not like how they do business and was going to go to another company. Stephanie(office manager) apologized and said that is not how they do business and will be handled with the technician. -Scheduled 2 days out where I was concerned with forecast of thunderstorm/tornado. Stephanie assured it was going to be perfect and we will get it done before rain comes and getting the rain afterwards works perfectly for me. -Middle of the day they were scheduled to come weather was getting worse and I reached out to them again. They said they would have to reschedule due to thunderstorm. So we rescheduled for the 3rd time.. -Received a voicemail from Stephanie yesterday that they were coming yesterday. Got excited, went home and Agrilawn did not come. -No communication from Agrilawn saying they have to reschedule. I always had to reach out to them. -I called them today to see what happened yesterday and talked to Matt. Matt offered to reschedule and to follow up with the technician and this was not their practice. -I told Matt I would like to cancel. -Matt offered $25 off of my final bill after wasting a month to get nothing done and compared me to other customers Agrilawn has. Said other customers are totally understandable and I was not. -Its not just the fact that it was delayed 30 days Agrilawn... its the fact that you guys dont care to reach out to me to let me know it will be delayed and to only offer $25 off and ask What else can I do for you? -absolutely the worst experience and will be going with someone else.. Had to have them come out 3 different times to kill. The crab grass. They asked why I was cancelling, my neighbor lawn looks better Than mine. If you want it done right do it your self. Since I will be taking care of it myself it will look like a golf course putting green next year.

Very conscious and thourgh. They also explained what they thought we needed and what they were appling. When their appliers were done they either explained in person or on the invoice/receipt which was left in a plastic bag tied to the front door (it was very windy that day & we werent home at time of application). They always call 1-2 days before coming out to service our yard. Then the application workers call 15 to 20 minutes before arriving.

I called Agrilawn got a price quote for both pest control for my yard and fertilization. I agreed to the price and I was told that someone would come out in 5-7 days. The sales man was nice. 3 weeks later no one has come by or called to explain why they have not been out. I called Agrilawn today to see where my house was on the schedule to which the lady said tomorrow. And add we are behind because of the rain. Which I totally get but I should have received a phone call. So I give them an eh on service.

Great people who care about their customers!

After seeing several good reviews I decided to try Agrilawn of Edmond. We have 2.5 acres. My only real instructions to Agrilawn was to Make SURE they call me and let me know morning or afternoon on the day they were coming. We have small dogs in our back yard and need to put them up. That next Monday, I wake up at 8am and hear dogs barking and noises in my back yard, the tech had gone through our gates and welcomed himself onto our property. He had already finished the front yard and started the back. -- I immediately stopped him and had him call his supervisor. They were not very apologetic, claiming he must have forgot to call. The tech gave me a 20% discount for the service, BUT the office NEVER called back to apologize. --- NOW 2 WKS LATER --- YARD IS YELLOW AND BURNT! large yellow circles of dead grass. Half my back yard is yellow. We have automatic sprinklers and watered the yard well after he left. I imagine they over fertilized. I recommend calling someone else.

Things I like about AgriLawn: (1) They are always very responsive; (2) They always seem to time applications when rain is anticipated, thus promoting water conservation; (3) If you (the patron) are not satisfied about something, they will correct the situation and make sure that you ARE satisfied. GREAT customer service.
