Hadnt seen a mouse in the house until I had you put down the rodent barrier and caught 3 mice in the house after that. I found a big live spider on the wall downstairs about 4 days after you sprayed.

These guys take really good care of me. Ive used them for at least 10 years. No more cockroaches and we get many compliments on our lawn. They are honest and respectful of my needs.

Missing one star simply because they didn t give me enough of a heads up so that I could move stuff away from my house so my smoker cover got sprayed, and my cover to my patio chairs, which I specifically asked them to give me at least a day so I could get that taken care of, But overall a great service

Ducts were cleaned thoroughly. Pretty good job cleaning up around vents after extraction of dirt and debris, but I had to revac and sweep a little left over sand near floor vents after they left. The foam gasket that seals their extraction manifold to the floor was missing, allowing some debris to escape onto the surrounding floor. Missed the one cold air return (only have one.) The guys were pleasant, co-operative, good to work with. Will use them again.

In been using The Bugnappers since over 3 years now. Recently they got all the treatment done for my lawn and it turns out great. Very professional and very prompt to answer any of my questions.

This was our THIRD pest control company and the only one that WORKED! We tried everything to get rid of the spiders and can finally get some sleep after the bugnappers sprayed we haven t seen a spider in weeks. I also really like that the spray isn t toxic to pets so we didn t have to find a place for our dog for hours like most. 12/10 would recommend Our spray tech was also extremely friendly even after our dog accidentally bum rushed him (so sorry again)

I think it is a case of you get what you pay for. They wouldn t give us a day or time that they were coming and didn t notify us that they had arrived at our house (we work from home and have a camera doorbell, they did not knock or ring the doorbell or call us). They sprayed my kids toys and my berry bush (they had assured me prior they don t spray food bearing trees or bushes). They sprayed like a foot out from the bottom of the house. We are still having problems with ants.

It feels as though at least 2-3 times a month a young man (thats not sexist, just my reality) appears at my front door soliciting pest control services. Save your money and just call The Bugnappers when you need them. Ive priced them all and you just end up over-paying wildly for something that these guys do for less and do well. Do I need someone every month? No... but when I need them, I need them and these guys have been fantastic ad the price is better than the services that have been approaching me so frequently this summer. Their maintenance guys are friendly, make an effort to talk to you to see if there are any hotspots you want to make them aware of and their billing service is easy to manage. I dont endorse a lot of places, but The Bugnappers have earned my endorsement, having proven themselves over the past several years. Kudos to The Bugnappers!

Alan the technician was great! however I was told one rate over the phone and then received a bill for something different = more $$. I called and explained what the prior conversation was and the lady kept telling me that I misunderstood the costs of the service provided. Felt pointless to argue; will not use again. 3 stars are for the tech and promptness of being put on the schedule.

There were areas that I wanted sprayed and they said they could not spray. Around garden boxes and the area around our compost , rock walls for spiders. I have seen so many spider webs this year that I have not noticed in the past.

I am very displeased with The Bugnappers. Although I have paid them in full, I still keep receiving bills from them. I have asked repeatedly that they either leave a receipt when they leave or mail me a receipt. Instead, they send me emails with past due notices for services I have already paid for. I have paid them in full, yet today I opened an email from them stating that I owed them over $200.00. I have spoken to them on the phone and have written them a letter, in which I enclosed payment for their last services. I have told them I no longer want them to service my lawn. They do not deserve to receive any ratings from me.

AWFUL!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! i WOULD GIVE 0 STARS !!!! This company charged me 1/2 my original bid when I had to cancel. No warning about a cancellation fee when I booked the appointment. No service was rendered. I had to cancel because I was in the hospital with a ripped rotator cuff, unable to drive to meet them for the appointment. I was in extreme pain, and they would not budge on the cancellation fee. I have the hospital bills to prove it. No budging on their part. They have NO compassion or flexibility. They are TERRIBLE!!!!!

Noah from bug nappers called me and let me know that he would be here in the next ten minutes so I could put my dog in the house. Then he made sure all the fences were put back. We have been using them for about 4 years and are very happy. We are using them this year for rodents. We have a rat that will not die so hopefully with their help we can get rid of him

Friendly, quick, thorough

I would put zero stars if possible. This operation had been servicing our home for a short time for my wife while I was out of town for a prolonged period. Their service tech called my wife to schedule their next visit. My wife did not want them to come. They came anyway, jumped our locked fence without permission while no one was home, effectively trespassing and sprayed anyway. They billed us and I did all I could to clear up the matter fairly through several calls to and from their office. They have been harassing me for over a year now even after all that I did and all that I could to explain that neither my wife or I gave any indication that their services were wanted or required on that or any day since. Their Tech, no doubt, afraid to tell the truth of the matter then, lied about how his conversation went with my wife that day. This is a predatory company. They are not honest and will trespass into your fenced off property without permission and then charge you for services that you might not have wanted or authorized. Then they will herass you and your family for years to come trying to utilize scare tactics to get money that they are not owed.

The two young men that came to our house today was a super team. The equipment they used was perfect for the job. They replaced a copassator in my our furnace and replace a hose at no cost. We call that going on and beyond in their service. I actually tipped them because of their work ethic, character, and pleasant personality. Thanks guys. Great job.

I have used Bug Nappers for many years, and found them to be very conscientious and careful, as they spray the exterior of my home. Their product is very effective. I added the dormant oil spray service , on my shrubs, this year. When Weston arrived and found the wind velocity, too great to do a thorough job, he scheduled to come back. I appreciate .that he didn t try to do the application in less than Ideal conditions.

Had them come clean the heating ducts in our new home, service was awesome, they were on-time, knowledgeable, thorough and professional. Great experience, will recommend their service to everyone I know.

Please do not use these people because if you have a dog and they come and they don t give you notice or tell you that they are coming you will only get half the service because you didn t know they was coming so you can make sure the dog was up to let them in!! This is unacceptable and unprofessional!!! If I could rate 0 I would they don t even desire

We used bugnappers/duct abductors for our duct cleaning service. The price was very fair and they completed the job quickly and very efficiently. Rachel went over pricing with me and did not push additional services. We were shown results from our duct cleaning with pictures and video. Trevor was wonderful and explained the process and was very respectful of my home by removing wet shoes and cleaning up after himself. Saving this company for all my future duct cleaning/hvac/bug spraying needs! 110% recommend.

I ve been a customer of Bug Nappers for over 10 years. I took a break because I was tricked into a pest control contract for a nephew who was selling and it was the worst decision. They were were extremely expensive and didn t do all of the services I was promised. I went back to Bug Nappers as soon as my contract was up and have never used anyone else. Great company, friendly employees, no contracts, and affordable.

They are very professional. The tech called me in order to best serve our schedule. He was so great to work with and so nice. I really appreciated him.

Techs were very pleasant and worked very quickly. Reasonable price for spraying oil on trees to prevent insect infestation and fertilizing trees.

We used bugnappers and it was like I signed a lifetime contract. They keep coming by when I didnt request nor pay for service. They will call, text and show up to my house all in the same day asking if Im ready for service even after they were told no. Im too the point of trespassing them. And when they came to treat just my front lawn, they used a fertilizer spreader and were done on less than 5 min and charged $65. There are plenty of better options.

We have been using them for years for the pest control and have loved them. Just had them spray our gravel we have had a huge goat weed problem and they killed all of it!

Not sure they sprayed the back yard. Gate was closed, but they didnt come to the door to have me open it or ask if I wanted the back yard sprayed. Didnt know the were coming or would have had the gat opened. Otherwise very pleased with service. Positive

Been with them for several years, and it has made a huge difference with wasps and black widows. Our trees LOVE the pressure fertilization and pest sprays specific for trees!

I like the most is you do bugs and lawn care. Are basement use to always have bug and black ants. We have none now the big part no black ants anymore. Everyone tells us how good our lawn is green and well looking. In late winter they spray my fruit trees peach trees and a almond tree they are doing great my almond tree was full of earwigs and now none. Im very happy with their job on my yard.

The Bugnappers are a very easy company to work with. They spray for my parents and for me. They have always been out on time and have taken care of my bug problem for the last few years. I have not had one bad experience with them. Highly recommend them!

I have been using the Bugnappers for about 3 years now. They have been taking care of my rental and person properties. They take care of my parents home Aswell. My wife and I have not seen any bugs or spiders since they started spraying for us. They were able to take care of a cockroach problem in one of our rental properties as well as ant and wasp problems at our personal home.

Its been an on going issue with them not coming on the days we requested. Our dog is a runner an we want to he there when they do the service. Dont know how many times we told them to only come on Thursday or Friday. We get a call on Monday that they are at the house and theres a barking dog. I told them they are only to come on the Thursday or Friday. They said they would make a note on the account. Today Wednesday they show up to do the spraying and dont latch the gate. My dog gets out and I end up chasing her in 100 heat.

I don t have any bug or pest problems but when I did one time they came out promptly and took care of my problem. Plus they always contact us ahead of time so we can lock our dogs up which seems to be a challenge for some contractors! I feel their price is competitive and they do a great job!

Never ever use this company. Zero stars. You guys are not allowed on my property ever again! We have cameras all around our house, yet you guys still argue with us about the service you claim to do! You lie to us about what you do, you call us liars when we say you didn t do the things you say, we then tell you about our video footage surrounding our home proving you didn t do the things you claim, and all you can do is ask when we want you to come again! You do everything you can to come when nobody is home when we request that you only come when we are home. Bugs get worse when you spray for bugs, grass gets burned when you fertilize, and you never do what you charge is for. A company should never have to reply to a bad review and says it s 100% false . That s childish and unprofessional. You guys lie. A good business would take the bad reviews as 100% true and learn from it and solve the problem. You never solve the problem. You only choose to make it worse.

I have had a terrible fear of spiders all my life. I dislike bugs in general but Spiders just scare me! I have been using Bugnappers for about 23 years and it has changed my life. I use to be afraid to put any kind of shoes etc on the floor even though I grew up in a clean house with little bug problem. After a few years of seeing no spiders in our home I finally began to relax a bit. That was years ago and I have found real peace of mind due to the Bugnappers doing such a good and professional job throughout the years. I used the Bugnappers to do our Air Duct Cleaning. These guys were thorough and clean. They really care about their job. I suggest using them for cleaning your vents.

I was a bit skeptical about duct cleaning service but figured I d give it a try! Trevor & Reagan called to advise me they were on their way. They were very prompt and sounded nice and professional on the phone. They arrived wearing a professional uniform shirt identifying Bugnappers. Trevor explained what they were going to be doing with the ducts. He immediately took off his shoes as did Reagan. They guaranteed there would be no mess for me to clean up at the end of the service to which I appreciated! It was true, I didn t have to go behind them at all! They got in there and started the job, no lallygagging around and were finished in a timely manner. Trevor showed me before and after pictures of the work completed. I was satisfied with the work completed. The two of them were a very good team. Both were very nice to talk with and had a very personable demeanor. Both guaranteed their work and stated if I had any issues please advise them. I am now not skeptical with Dust Abductors !!

I ve used bugnappers for years for exterior and interior pest control. I was very impressed with their work today because the technicians not only sprayed the exterior but they moved small items that were blocking the spray from hitting important areas around doors and windows. I d give five stars if I saw this happen every time.

This company did a great job and the price was unbeatable. We just moved into this home and noticed the wasp we had here was pretty bad and we couldn t even spend time outside with our baby. We had to leave out of town and they still were able to come and spray for the wasps I had outside my home. I m so happy with the results and the fact we came back to a wasp free home. My family is truly grateful for the great job did, thank you!

Your customer portal for bill pay does not connect by just clicking on the web address. It is awful to use. Since it is so difficult and I have called and told your staff many times and nothing is done, I will find another service.

We have used The Bugnappers for close to 6 years now. I can say we do not see cockroaches or bugs. We also never have spiderwebs. I highly recommend them for their pet friends product.

I have used Bugnappers for years and have been mostly happy with the service. I had to ask them to not come unless I okayed the visit. Otherwise they would come out every month(as it seemed). The previous visit (before today), the technician knocked over a planter I have on my porch, breaking some of the plants. The same thing happened again today. More broken plants and potting soil all around. Not happy!!

They came in and had all of the vents cleaned, sanitized, and my furnace serviced in less than an hour. They were amazing!!!! Super nice.

There seems to be an issue with who and when I received recent service. He was very helpful and polite. He was working on getting the issue resolved.

Bugnappers left my windows streaked with their pest control solution. They would not work with me to mitigate the problem that their technician created. Not professional at all.

I called to have the Fall Barrier treatment and they were able to complete the service later that day. I am already noticing a fair amount of dead insects in under 24 hours after the treatment.

The technicians are friendly and courteous. They are willing to discuss and target problem areas. Time spent on the property seemed appropriate

I live in a house surrounded by trees and have had a bunch of different kinds of bugs and spiders try to take over. Including elm seed bugs and black widows. Both are a nightmare to get rid of! I have tried all the DIY ways to get rid of them and havent had any luck. I was ready to just throw the whole house away and start over. But my sister told me about The Bugnappers so I decided to give them a try. These guys will show all the bugs and spiders whos boss! They really know what theyre doing. I wish I tried them out sooner. It would have saved a lot of time and money that was spent on all the DIY trying to get rid of them myself. I definitely recommend them.

Edit. The day after I left this original review. The owner called me to argue about it. Then he tells me that hes going to reply to my review saying that its all lies what I said. Rather then try to make things right with me and keep a customer. He was more willing to call me a liar and then reply to my review with nothing that even matters. He is correct. They made two appointments with me when they came inside. Those are the only two times anybody knew that they were coming. The other two they just showed up. Sure maybe they texted or called. But they never got a response. That doesnt mean to just show up anyway. But apparently it does for the bugnappers. Also. He was correct again when he said that they emailed me an updated bill. Again. Im being charged for something I did not confirm or agree to. He said it himself. Two appointments were made. Two that I agreed to. Never the other two. Yet here I am getting charged for them. They just show up. Unannounced and only do the exterior of the home. Ive got two numbers listed with them. They only texted the one number (my mom). Didnt bother to try to contact me. Even though I pay the bill each time. I communicate with them 99% of the time. Yet they dont try to contact me to let me know theyre coming. Had I known I would of had them do the inside as well. At this point Im just annoyed and am possibly going to seek other pest control professionals.

We struggle with Box Elder bugs and Bug Nappers has made a huge difference. I had requested an additional treatment before winter, and they responded fast and did not charge for extra treatment. I cant wait to use them in the spring. Great job!!!

I had a horrible experience I would ask for one thing and they would give me another. My weed never were sprayed or killed, them to come and spray weeds and spiders, and they decided to come twice and then told me that that s what I had ordered. I will no longer be using their services.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. They are a shady pest control company. Their company policy is to just come out to your house without your consent and bill you later. I mistakenly used them when I first purchased my house in 2020. Their technician came out on Nov 19, 2020 and couldnt finish the job because his sprayer broke. He said that the normal special price of $99 would be half since he didnt finish the job. He was a nice guy, so I agreed. Ultimately, I had to pay the full $99 amount because he didnt write that down anywhere (Although you can see his notes on his handle breaking were crossed out). I kept receiving calls/invoices from Bugnappers and they kept failing to acknowledge the issue. They even came a few times the following year in 2021. Well, I didnt realize how many times that would come out and I ended up with a bill of almost $600 in 2021. I was pretty upset, but I was sick of their calls/emails and not getting anywhere with them, that I just paid it, cancelled any future service with them and told them if I wanted them to come back out, I would reach out, with ZERO intention of ever using them again. Fast forward to 2022, I randomly received a couple bills from Bugnappers and I called them saying this must be a mistake, and they said that they sent an email on March 2nd (That I never received) stating they were going to come out and start spraying my house and if I didnt want them to, I needed to reach out to them. See attached photo of my email, there was no email from Bugnappers prior to Jun 17 in the year 2022 (I do not delete emails). I told them that I never wanted them to come out and they kept telling me that I should have let them know, and that Im still liable to pay the invoices. Today I spoke to the manager, who was pretty condescending and rude to me, and she told me that I received 50 emails from them this year, (not true, see attached screenshot) and when I told her of the mishap in Nov 2020, she kept insisting that it was in June 2021 (also not true). Regarding Bugnappers policy of just coming out and billing later without consent of the owner, this manager said all pest control companies do this. That is not true. She tried to negotiate the $118 balance and out of principle, I refused. She hung up on me after that. Do yourself a favor: DO. NOT. USE. THIS. COMPANY.

These people are the worst. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT USE THEM .They show up after you tell them not to. They spray your home anyways then expect you to foot the for for a service you DID NOT give them permission to do and then do it again the next time as well

Air duct cleaning. The technicians were great -- friendly, personable, efficient. They took the time to explain their procedure, and were not put out by having to move clutter to get at some vents. I highly recommend BugNappers for this type of service, tree spraying, and pesticide spraying.

I hired these people to come and clean my heating ducts based on positive reviews on Google. They did a great job. They were thorough and professional and friendly. They were careful with our home and possessions and left no trace. I was able to get an earlier appointment than I had previously made based on a cancellation. On the day of the appointment, there were some weather-related driving issues and they were a little late, but they called and let us know as soon as they knew and helped us manage expectations. I thought the price was fair. Service took a couple of hours.

We used this company back in 21. After they supposedly treated our lawn, Ive never had so many weeds. Its like they fed them. After contacting company to complain, they sent a guy out to spray again. I stopped them and told them we werent interested. Fast forward to now, and this company claims they performed multiple services and want to charge us for them. After speaking to multiple people at this location, and receiving a different story from each, I just spoke with the so called office manager. Ive never spoken with a manager so unprofessional. She was rude and insisted that we ordered multiple services and that we better pay or else they would drag us through collections. I would caution any one interested in these types of services to find a company that actually has integrity. Be wary of charges for services you never received, or save yourself years of contention and just pick a better company.

Was impressed with their vent cleaning services so we decided to try them for pest control and weed control. After one service the ants were horrible, and more dandelions in my lawn than before. My fiancé told them we no longer wanted their services. They added 4 more services on top of the one time they showed up! Then their so called manager (who is different every time) decided to get mean instead of communicating! Do not use these people! They will overcharge you! They will show up whenever they want. And their customer service is dreadful!

RUN! If you are considering using this company, my only advise is to RUN and never look back. Very unprofessional. Read the reviews (wish we had). Bug Nappers will do applications even after being contacted and asked to stop. Our lawn was burnt up the entire year due to Bug Nappers spraying without a request or authorization which ended up doubling up on the other services we actually requested from another lawn company. Then they will threaten collections on those unauthorized services. We have been fighting with this company for months now and have decided to take it to court. If I could put less than one star I would. Read the reviews, there are too many complaints similar to mine to be a once in awhile mistake.
