Sean was awesome for our last treatment but I am not sure about the Senske company. I call and ask for a supervisor and they said Gary would contact me within 48 hours but he didn t. This went on for several weeks and I finally bought a sprayer and weed killer and did it my self.

Senske is great about calling and texting before they come, asking about any issues I want addressed with my lawn, and leaving specific instructions about when to water or mow next, as well as how soon my pets and kids can be out on the lawn. John did a fantastic job with aeration, overseeding and applying Revive to help it green up more. He took the time to explain each treatment to me and how to get the maximum effect from it.

Chad wastes no time doing what needs to be done. He always asks if we have questions or concerns and makes sure we understand what he s doing for the day.

John and his co-worker did the annual plugging and over-seeding. They also repaired one sprinkler that had broken off. They came early and were very polite. They explained what they were going to do and finished the job quickly and efficiently. They also recommended treatment for helping hold water in the grass, which I then arranged with the company by phone. Senske has been especially helpful in maintaining my yard and I appreciate the great service.

Weve asked senski services repeatedly to call us at least 24 hours before a visit. The last 2 visits they have shown up 15 minutes after making the call. This is a deal breaker for us. If youd like our continued business, Start calling 24 hours before you come.

I work at home and cannot answer the door. Andrew always texts with with what he is doing and any restrictions for my dog. He also makes sure the gate is closed and texts me when he is done. He also does a great job on my yard and trees. He is why I stay with Senske.

Been using Senske for pest control for years and we love them. Occasionally well need an extra spray when the bugs get crazy and they always get us right on the schedule and we can take care of that through text so its super convenient. Techs are knowledgeable and great to work with.

I would give zero stars if I could. I did a Google search to find a company for sprinkler repair, their link came up with the words free estimate for sprinkler repair. Okay, great! The link took me to their page for sprinkler repair, with a big box at the top that said Free Estimates. I had already contacted one company that gives free estimates, so no reason to suspect this would be any different. I called and got a woman on the phone that was very rude when I mentioned the free estimate. She assured me in no uncertain terms that that only applied to all of their other services, everything BUT sprinkler repair. Huh??? Then why does their Google ad say free estimate for sprinkler repair, and their website say the same thing? She had no answer for that, just wanted to argue with me, so I hung up. If they want my business for repair or a whole new system, they should at least offer a free estimate. These systems arent cheap, so seems to me they are just being greedy.

I did not watch him do the job, but he gave us a clear explanation of what he did. He also called because our cats were outside and he wanted to let us know so they would not get hurt by what he was doing.

I really like Senske, they communicate well as to when they will be coming, their techs are professional and polite, and my lawn has looked so much better since I started using them. Way less crabgrass and hardly any dandelion even though I use irrigation water that contains a lot of different weed matter. Highly recommend!

Stephen came out and put in a mouse trap and gave her many helpful suggestions for getting rid of them. While he was here he sprayed for wasps and ants around our home and in the bushes and trees. He was very personable and kind.

Senate came to my house to give me a bid on certifying my lawn. Their tech was knowledgeable of what I needed, set me up with a plan. They also offered other services that both myself and my neighbor needed. I think I finally found a lawn care service I can trust.

I wouldn t use this company if I were you. I used them last year and saw NOTHING for my money. I prepaid for their summer package to get rid of my weeds and green up my lawn and neither were done. I even used their weed guarantee and would call and did call several several times and was treated rudely for even asking for something that the themselves offer. Also be advised that even if you only ask for the prepaid package that you get a flyer in the mail for and only want that and they agree with you are on the hook for the next year also and their non prepaid program. They only have one script and they don t know how to deviate from it. No matter how many times you try to explain something to him they will say the same thing over and over. It is like talking to a computer With preloaded script prompts. Good luck if you use them.

I appreciated that Zack gave me a heads up before coming to my house. That way I could make sure my dog was inside. He also made sure to lock my backyard gate after he left. Which was so helpful!
