LawnStarter Lawn Care Service in Ogden

Whether or not the service is good, I am skeptical. The address is for a very nice old couple not associated with this company. That makes me wonder.

Overpriced for the service. I have a very small lawn, they want $70 per visit. They don’t even weed whack or clean up the edges. I set up the service for every two weeks and got slapped with a “long grass” fee which doubles the price from $70 to $140. The grass does not get that long in two weeks. Customer service is extremely slow to reply and the app does not work well at all. Do not recommend.

Similar experience to others. Not reliable. Had them scheduled to come out. They didn't show for 7 days. Called to cancel the service. Gave me a cancellation number and said I was good and everything was cancelled. They then showed up 3 weeks later and performed the service (I don't live at the property) They then charged me for that service and wouldn't refund the money. The service they provided was also upcharged because of tall grass. In the time they didn't come to the house, I hired a different company. So not only were they late, but the service and charge was for a premium service that had already been completed. I'd look for more reliable options.

These guys are horrible and never showed up too do the job gave me the run around for a whole week and download the app and everything. Unfortunately I had to cancel there "service". Hey Lawn Starter do better.

Not dependable!! They have scheduled a few appointments and no one ever shows up. Only mowed the 1 time in June, no further services provided thereafter. Customer service helpful but service providers are unreliable. They schedule appointments and then don't show. Originally asked to reinstate services back in May, was told NO service available. They contacted me directly via email and Kat worked to resolve my issue. It took about 2 weeks and they finally got a crew to take care of my yard. I'm pleased with the care and customer service provided, but they can't guarantee service. Very disappointed! Photo is from June, one and only time they showed up.

These guys have failed to show up on the days they have said that they would. Not only that they act as if they have shown up. They never show up asking me to rate them on their job they have done first and foremost I’ve been trying to set this up since before I left town and they never get back to me in a timely manner. Would 100% not recommend this company to perform your future lawn care services.

The crew hired missed parts of the lawn, did not blow off any surfaces or windows. Left weed clippings all over the lawn. Did not blow dry leaves out of any beds. You can barely tell the lawn was mowed at all. A lot of dandelions still sticking up everywhere.

Julian does a great job with my lawn, he is prompt and professional his trim work is really good. I am pleased with his work
