I was looking for a new lawn care company. I called these people 5 or 6 times. I left messages but they NEVER returned my calls. I have to have someone I can communicate with.

Despite the visible no soliciting sign on my front door, Villanueva Landscaping decided to leave an advertisement at my door anyway.

Dont try to email or call this company, neither works. What a way to run a business when no one can get a hold of you.

Tried to scheduled something with them, they came to my house and said they d send me a quote and basically just ghosted me. Super unprofessional and a waste of time.

I had them do a Park Strip flip for our rental property and it looked very solid. I called and got a estimate to meet me the next day and give me options with rock and mulch. I also used them for mowing last year and they showed up did good work and left before I even knew it.

I contacted this company because they left a flyer on my door. I made an appointment on their website; nobody showed up. Hours afterwords I got an email to reschedule for a few days later. Alex showed up and we discussed the landscaping work I wanted to have done. He was very friendly and told me he would have a quote in two or three days. No quote was sent. I phoned many times; no answer and couldnt leave a voicemail because the mailbox was full. So I sent a text to Alexs personal phone. Still no response. Im not sure why he made promises that he had no intention to keep, but I cannot recommend this business.

Do not use this company. Very disappointing & theyve let us down. Got a text midweek saying we were being transferred to somebody else because they could not provide good customer service or care any longer. And this person that was supposed to come and take over from them never showed up. No phone call & never got back to us. No response. It is a shame I had high hopes for this company due to the good reviews, but the new reviews are actually showing what is going on. They are letting their customers down and letting their business go and disappointing all of their clients. They have completely wasted our time and now we have to look for a new lawn care company.

Broke sprinkler heads. No replays from management. Left debris on front porch and back patio seating area. Missed mowing sections in both front and back yard. Had high hopes that their service would be good. Wouldnt recommend!

This is the second consecutive year we ve had Villanueva do our fall cleanup. This corner lot has a ton of bushes, hedges and ornamental grasses, and a bunch of rockscape. If you have rockscape, you know how they fill up with leaves in the fall. In other words, it s a big job! Alex s crews take it all in stride. They are careful, making sure we are pleased. They clean everything up, sticks, twigs, leaves- the yard looks amazing when they leave. We plan on them for next year! Thanks guys!

If anyone is looking to have landscaping or any kind of yard work to be done ..Villanueva Lawn Care are the people to see .We had trees trimed ,and Island put in and pavers done .The crew is very efficient and clean up is amazing. Freddy the supervisor will work with you side by side .The price is very fair and reasonable, we will definitely be calling them again. They are incredibly reliable, organized, flexible, and easy to get in touch with as my schedule changes, Im out of town, or my lawn needs more/less frequent mowing. Villanueva Lawn Care are friendly, diligent, and professional and will keep your lawn looking good.

I had foot surgery and my yard wasn t attended too for most of the summer - Villanueva lawn care came in and caught my weeding up and took care of my lawn and it was so nice - it looks great and they were very easy to work with. I was so happy with their work!
