Now time for a personal Review... I am a Property Manager for a local community here in Ogden. Simplified has been our preferred vendor since we broke ground, and although we did have a small break in service, their commitment to keeping us satisfied has never waivered. Most recently, Ive worked hand in hand with Amanda who not only represents their company in a professional and polite manner, she is funny and cute to boot :) I appreciate the detail from the crew and the office staff and I happily recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I m very impressed with this company. I did reported an event not related to their workmanship and the owner conducted himself with exemplary integrity and respect.

Steve Thomas was friendly, and very helpful, and easy to work with in getting a quote.

They did a great job installing a complex irrigation system with 4 zones and some spray and mostly drip. They planted over 100 bushes and shrubs, plus grass sod. They also installed a firepit and walkways and stairs. This was a BIG job. They came when they said they would, they got the work done quickly and we are very happy with the results.

Sherri was very professional, helpful and kind with the hard scaping project she done with her crew. She had my wives vision in what we wanted done. The crew was great to work with, and the project was completed in a timely manner. I will hire Sherrie and her crew again. Thank you again.

Weve used Simplified quite a few times in the last 4 years. Dan B. was great when we initially did our landscape/hardscape at helping us refine our design to something that would best meet our needs. Additionally, Greg B. + crew are great about coming to do fall cleanup + spring cleanup. Sometimes you may have to follow up a few times about scheduling but when they come they do a great job.

Dan Baum made a good landscape plan. The crew that performed the landscaping was professional, thorough, and quickly finished the landscaping on schedule.

I don t have actual landscaping experience done with your company but you should probably give your drivers a driving course when it comes to turning lanes. I was almost side swiped by one of your company vehicles this morning, because apparently when there are two turning lanes, we get to decide which one we turn into even if there are 10 other cars turning.

This company is stellar!! They were so easy to schedule- they made the timing we wanted work beautifully and showed up right on time. The crew was so kind, cheerful, and worked so hard. They weeded, planted, cleaned up, and laid a pathway for us. They were led by Kenton- who absolutely went above and beyond. He communicated well, really listened to our needs/wants, was so friendly and fun, and helped our vision come to fruition. I cannot recommend more! We are clients for life! At least they are honest if your planning to spend less than 40,000 you wont ever hear from them again. Wont answer any of your questions until you answer all of theirs on a form which is just their way of screening out people looking for fair pricing

Simplified Landscape was recommended to me, but I was sorely disappointed. I was asked to fill out a document by the company of what I was looking for. I checked a number of items because I was open to anything they could design to enhance my yard. When I submitted the document, I was told that it was a waste of time because what I wanted was outside my budget. When I explained that the document was not necessarily what I expected but I was looking for a design from them that would fit my area and budget, I was told that if anyone came to my property it would be $90 an hour for a consultation and they could draw up a design for $1,000 but it wouldnt be in my budget and would be a waste. This was all a discussion with a receptionist who consulted with the designers in the business. No one who does designs ever talked to me. Poor, poor, poor customer service and very disappointing.
