A&A Landscape & Maintenance of TX, LLC in Odessa

A&A put a sprinkler system in my backyard along with putting in new grass in June 2023. I waited to review the work and the company. I wanted to let time pass so I could be more objective. It's been 10 months and I can now report that the money I spent was wasted. All of the new sod looked dead and never took hold last summer and has not come back this year. I was told it would. The only grass growing in my backyard now was there before. The new sod died first around the new sprinkler heads. Weird. I know last summer was hot and dry. So we watered. Daily. All summer long. My water bill was unreal. But we still had dead grass. A&A did come back once and check the sprinklers. They put in more sod to replace what appeared to just be laying on top of the dirt. I'm amazed at the reviews that say this company would follow up and check on the yard one year later. That has not been my experience. One year later you can still see the trench lines where they dug to put in the sprinklers. I have large patches of dirt with no grass at all. I can also say A&A was not very responsive. I would have to call multiple times over several weeks to get a response. I was always told someone would get back to me. And it was even harder to get someone to come to my house. Would I use A&A again? No. Would I recommend them? No. Am I disappointed every time I am in my backyard? Yes.

This company did some work for us in 2021, unprofessional work.

They did a great job on laying the grass and installing the sprinklers and then came back and checked on things for a year. We recently have called them to lay my daughters yard and talk to us about lawn maintenance for our yard. They set a time and never showed up! As it turned out it was a case of miscommunication. Don’t be afraid to hire them. They do a good job.

I called A&A and set up an appointment after I heard about them from a few friends and got a design that we loved done. They included us every step of the way to the color and low maintenance materials. Price was a little more than I expected but well worth it! We got a new paver patio, trex decking, and a wood outdoor fire pit! The office personnel was great to work with and the crews were fast and friendly and did beautiful work. I would recommend them to anyone wanting any outdoor work done!

They were supposed to be out 2 days ago. I have called repeatedly to make sure they were supposed to come out they said they would call and see and never got a response back. Still 2 days later no service, I personally went to the office because the phones were busy (that’s fine) was told it would be after 1 before they came… it is now 7pm haven’t heard anything from them, and still has not shown up. Will update the review if anything changes.

Stopped by their yard for some solid for my garden. The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and gave me just what I needed with some good tips. I’ll be back for some plants from them soon!

We had a very large project done by A and A. It was great. From the opening conversation to the last step, A and A delivered. They showed up everyday. Their crew is respectful and competent. They went above and beyond in many areas. We are thrilled with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone. Whether the project is big or small, I’m positive you’ll be happy with the results.
