Hugely disappointed. They initially accepted that they had messed up my lawn with inadequate spraying then decided they werent going to fix it. Then they blamed my irrigation - surprise. Im now with Drake who are totally happy with my irrigation and already making super progress. Had some puerile emails from the owner too - needs to grow up a bit. Go elsewhere, in my opinion.

Corey s knowledge of the invaders of my lawn is excellent and now I know what beggars weed is, terrible little thing. This naturally led to a conversation about irrigation. Since beggars weed thrives in dry environments. He proved it using science by the way. Which led to a great recommendation. Why not have the guy that came out 5 years ago to upgrade my system come back. His name is Chris and if memory serves me right, he worked tirelessly until my system was 100%. Great service! I recently moved into a new home and had been seeing small German roaches pop up in the bathrooms and that was a No No. I tried one of the bigger named pest control services and have them come in a few times and it didnt fix the problem. I contact Florida Finest and they were out within a week to help get rid of the problem. After 2 treatments the roaches were no more! I still use their services every 2 months to keep the pests at bay!

My husband and I hired this company to exterminate spiders from inside of our home in early May. We asked specifically if their one-time spray option (instead of semi annual) would kill the spiders residing in our newly purchased home to which multiple reps said yes. They sprayed in the attic, throughout the house, and outside the house. The next day we saw more than quadruple the number of spiders as usual which was obviously alarming. After calling and speaking to them, they said its normal for that to happen and we would need to wait it out for at least 3 weeks before they could do anything. After the 3 weeks, I called again because we were still seeing more and more. I asked if they could come and spray again because clearly they didnt take care of the issue the first time. The pest control manager came out and sprayed the outside of the house and left. I called the manager to find out why they didnt treat the attic and they said that they treated the outside so more spiders dont come in. I made it very clear on day one and at that time that the issue is the spiders are already inside. The office manager said we would basically have to wait for the spiders to die off after starving and he would contact a company they work with to figure out how long that can take. Never heard from him again after speaking to him in late May early June. We ended up having to hire another company to do the job that they clearly werent skilled for and the new company was able to get rid of the spiders on the first try. Floridas Finest hasnt been in contact with us, didnt offer to refund the money we paid, or didnt offer to give us an account credit to use for a different service of theirs. I would use literally any other company, someone who can actually get the job done. This company is just a bunch of scammers. I dont recommend wasting your time or money on them. Were now out $155.

The sales person appeared nice until i got my first Bill for double the money that was agreed upon. When calling the sales person (Charlie), he acted like a used car sales man or worth. He did not seem to remember anything we talked about and he left me no choice but to cancel the account.

I have been using Florida s Finest Lawn & Pest Control for that last seven plus years and have been very pleased with their service. I seldom have a need to have them come back to retreat between my regular periodic treatments. I recently had a minor issue with a few roaches in the house. Jamie, the technician, was exceptional in addressing this problem. He spent a lot of time identifying the source of the problem and explaining to me how he was going to treat accordingly. Half of my backyard was re-sodded and has been a mess. Christopher came out today and walked me through a step-by-step plan to get it back on track. He was very transparent and honest and answered all my questions.

In 2021 with Covid, we all know it is difficult to get service people to show up. Florida s Finest Service has gone above and beyond. They returned all my calls and emails within 24 hours. Being a new homeowner, I had many questions which were answered with details including discussing bills. Anytime I ve had a problem, they have come to my house within 24 hours. The reason they take care of my property is because of Customer Service. Jab, Chris, Brian, Justin, Ellen, and the entire Florida Finest team makes life easy .

I have been using this company for several years now and my lawn has never looked better. They were able to get rid of the weeds and bugs the other guys couldn t. Now I get compliments from all the neighbors. They also did a great job on my termite treatment for an extremely reasonable price. I recommend Florida s Finest to all my friends.

Floridas Finest Lawn and Pest Control has done an outstanding job in managing our zoysa lawn, landscaping and outside pests for 5 years. They consistently bring expertise and determination to fully address any needs or problems, and excel at communications regarding scheduling, treatments and managing issues. Recently they went above and beyond to deal with high and very hard to reach wasps nests, and treat a perimeter area with a new small pest problem. Besides identifying the root cause and treating the area, the technician surpassed our expectations by recaulking, performing proactive steps and making suggestions to avoid any problems in the surrounding area. I ve lived in Florida for over 10 years and have yet to find a lawn service as comprehensive and knowledgeable as Floridas Finest. We were with the big box companies for a while but saw that they really lacked the training and skills to truly weed out certain kinds of impurities in a yard. In the course of a few months Floridas Finest had our lawn completely clean and perfect. There like an extension of family, everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable you don t feel like you re talking to him for me at all but a close friend. I d recommend them to anyone who is unsatisfied with their lawn service.

Our lawn has been taken care of by Floridas Finest for years. In March we installed a brand new lawn and irrigation system after we replaced our septic drain field. Six months later our yard looks like it hasnt been maintained much. We have crabgrass, sage, and other weeds they say they treat all over the lawn. We also have patches where the grass is thinning out badly and yellow splotches throughout. Justin came out twice and said theyd treat it again and its getting worse. It sure feels like theyre just spraying water on the lawn. Very disappointed.

I have used many of the other big companies that are far more expensive and they do not come any where near the quality of service and professionalism of their employees that Floridas Finest does. This company is a fraud , this company doesn t ever pick up the phone ! And the man who came to spray our home for a follow up because I informed him I wanted a clean home before giving birth stole $60 and claims we never gave him the money and his boss claims we are liars and don t believe us , yet he doesn t work there anymore mhm.... I ve already filled with the better Business Bureau about this company don t waste your time !

After a horrible experience with a company I had used for YEARS, I asked my neighbor who was taking such great care of his lawn. He told me Floridas Finest and he raved about them. I called them and they started getting my yard back in shape. Justin came out on the sprinkler system section of my contract. He spent a lot of (patient) time with this (senior widowed) lady. He explained everything that was right and wrong with my system. He made suggestions but never pressured me into anything. (I know, right, this is a first in the lawn care business!) Long story short, my yard is gorgeous and I get compliments all the time from my neighbors. Oh, and just a side note here: My son and I talked, we cancelled the company that was doing his yard (the same one I had been using), and hes now a very satisfied client of Floridas Finest. All the technicians were pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful and within no time our yard looked amazing and our house was rid of pests. The amazing part was that they were a lot cheaper than Massey! 12 star rating!

Floridas Finest are experts at all round lawn and pest control. Orlando has all sorts of bugs and critters that eat your lawn and come into your house. The crew at Floridas Finest got rid of all the bugs and make the lawn look great with weed treatment and fertilizers. Plus they whack the ants and bugs in the lawn as well.
