Ortega's Lawn Care in Oceanside

I have to give this company five stars because they have given me five star service. I collected several bids for a big job at my new home in Oceanside. Ortega's Lawn Care gave me a very fair price compared to the other companies. They are very knowledgeable about landscaping, and what was needed to accomplish my project. They were always on time and did what they said they were going to do. That sounds like something that should be standard, but there are many other companies who do not. Anytime I called with a question Jorge took my call, even after business hours. He was always eager to make sure that I was informed and happy with all aspects of the work. I am not one of those customers that is easily satisfied. I always expect things to be perfect when spending my hard earned money, and I am very picky. The project was completed on time and at the price we agreed on. These guys are hard workers and pay very close attention to detail. My front, side, and back yard look amazing!! I cant believe how nice everything turned out. These guys hooked up, grass, decorative rocks, sprinkler system, tree trimming service, rose trimming, weed removal, etc. My property has been truly transformed into something special thanks to the efforts of Ortega's Lawn Care. I will continue to use them for the biweekly maintenance as well. I couldn't be more happy! Thank you Jorge and the team for your hard work and outstanding customer service. I will be sure to refer you to all of my family and friends.
