I left a message with Bruce near lunchtime late last week (think it was Wednesday). He called me back within an hour! He was prepared to come to the property to look by the next morning! He looked at my property, offered me a plan and a price which was agreeable for the size of my yard. He was here this Monday promptly. Bruce is courteous and professional and he very obviously cares about his customers wants and needs. He even sent me a follow-up text to inquire if the job was done to MY satisfaction. Talk about customer service! I look forward to continuing to work with Bruce. BTW, Bruce is also a proud Marine Veteran!
