They are very aggressive, and I ve been stung previously by several that were from a nest hidden under a camellia leaf, of all things. Joseph from McCall serviced our home for the first time today. He arrived on time, explained the service, and went about his job in a professional manner.

On 6/28/24 I hired McCall Service to trap any remaining rats, remove smelly old insulation, sanitize and replace with new insulation. They showed me pictures that showed the job was done. I signed off. On 8/02/24 my handyman was putting some stuff in the attic for me. When he came down he said there was rat droppings and no insulation over the garage. There is no barrier between the garage and house. I called Brad that day. He came out on 8/13/24. He told me that the job was not completed, and they would make it right, which they did today. My problem is that if it wasn t discovered by me, it would have stayed incomplete.

He also explained a few things I didn t really know before and never thought to ask about. No, it s not the cheapest service around, but honestly it s the best one I ve found. Recommended.

Hes helped me choose indoor and outdoor preventative treatments that consider environmental impact and pet safety (even for rabbits). I most appreciate how hes willing to problem solve with me, especially when I want to avoid chemicals near my garden that might affect pollinators.

Lenny was just here for our quarterly service. I love that he rings the doorbell to let you know he s there and hangs out for a minute to say hi and ask if there s any problems. I have to say since we started using McCall we have had very few bug problems. It s Florida, so the Palmetto bugs and the roaches can really be a problem but not since we ve hired them Sometimes the cat s fleas get out of control, but they re always great about getting here and getting rid of them. I really wouldn t have anybody else!
