I take help care of my aunt throughout the week and happened to be there when Pedro dropped in for her pest appointment. 1st off, he was super professional he asked a few questions, but got right to work. Pedro took good care of us! Hes very friendly and really knows his stuff. We had a hive of yellow jackets move into an underground burrow in our front yard. I didnt know they were there. I accidentally mowed over the hole and those angry little buggers got me from head to toe. Ouch! Neighbor was just mowing nearby and they got them too! Pedro knew exactly what to do and got rid of the nest for us while I went and HID inside. I couldnt be happier with the service and would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Kevin Sherman has been our pest control technician for several years and we can t recommend him enough. He is always professional, helpful, kind, courteous and prompt. We will always stay with Florida Pest Control while he s there.

Here to update my review the service they provide is great that s not the issue. The customer service and behind the scenes stuff such as billing, invoicing, and service reminders are awful. I got insulation done and agreed to half upon completion and other half 30 days later. Well this morning the full amount was debited out of my account without my authorization. I received no notice and no invoice, only a receipt afterwards, once they got my money. I didn t have the full amount in my checking account and got overdrafted and this is going to have massive implications on my life and other bills I have coming out this week. I called and they did nothing about it except refund half back but 3-5 business day wait and it s a bank holiday so add another day to it. The damage has been done and don t want to switch services because product is decent but I this other issues need addressed before I feel confident in this company here on out.

Pedro Cintron was personable and explained what chemicals he was using and what they did. I cant say if the treatment works or not yet. Only killed a few spiders since, and I think those were already inside (the treatment is outside and keeps yuckies from coming in)..so just need to kill off the ones already inside. As a company(the people) I would recommend. As pest control, so far so good.
