Make sure you have someone come to your home and give you a quote as far as service plans you want. The reason Im stating this is because we called after someone did come to the house and left an evaluation of what they saw issues in lawn we needed to get taken care of. After calling back and trying to speak and unable to get a word in edgewise because he would speak over me, representative Jack @$$ set up his own plan, I guess, because it made him a better commission. He didnt even add what I asked for because he was too busy arguing with me about calling a chinchbug a grub!, so he adds Mosquito Defense, which supposedly is added in our taxes. The other thing that you have to watch out for is how they change their prices theyre charging for services, especially if you pay in full. I would suggest not to pay in full unless they send you in writing the full broken down prices of each service because they kept changing the prices on us each time I spoke to someone Id get a different price! So, with that being said, I dont know how much is being credited back to my husbands credit card, but I told him to keep an eye because if they didnt do as they say Im going to go higher up and theyre not going to like it. One minute, they tell me credit of one amount, and then I find out it wasnt even that amount! Just be careful when dealing with I guess Id say a corporate business because Ive found Ive had more issues with them than I care to. Youre better off to go with a small business! Ya, prayers for the business, to be honest up front about what theyre charging and send you a quote prior instead of changing it each time you speak to a different representative! Also, come look at your property and charge accordingly to your acreage .023 shouldnt cost that much!

Nothing Rep Jaimee C. told us came true. The majority of their service technicians are lazy and dont do a proper job. I was charged $88.96 afterwards, even though I contacted customer service to cancel service over a month before the service agreement was satisfied. Technician Steven Crews is one of the rudest people I have encountered in the service industry. He failed to properly spray the entirety of my two lots on numerous occasions. He hit my border edging with the spray machine, which yanked out the border and failed to fix it. He came to my address for a respray , walked directly across the front yard to my door a said he didnt see any weeds. To which I asked, So youve walked my entire yard? and he said no. He then proceeded to state if I was referring to the Nutsedge, they could only knock it back, but never get rid of it. Funny, since their treatment notes indicated it was specifically for Sedges. I then told him I was not going to argue with him and instructed him to complete the respray I requested. During a requested respray, he used the portable sprayer, but was seen moving his wand back and forth as if to imply he was applying the weed killer; however, nothing was coming out of the wand. I know this because I was inside the tinted/screened Lanai with the window open. During the final unscheduled lawn treatment, Mr. Crews was asked to spray the weeds around my two sheds, to which he wanted me to show him the weeds stating it was probably wild grasses, but once he was shown, sprayed the weeds in question. This was only done once during the entire service agreement. Mr. Crews did such a piss poor job servicing the lawn for weeds, my wife, spent at least 45 minutes, in the middle of mowing, pulling weeds by hand in 90+ degree heat. Customer Service was only good for scheduling resprays. Contacted them twice at the beginning of the service agreement requesting a stop to all solicitation emails, texts and calls for services I did not request. I received numerous early morning contacts, which woke up my wife and I. Contacted them to find out how many services we had left and was informed incorrectly. Contacted them in early April to cancel services after the agreement was satisfied, to which they stated it would be, but they failed to cancel it and I was provided another lawn service and charged for it. The tree and shrub technician, Jesse Holcomb, failed to perform his job properly. He placed the fertilizer granules on top of the rubber mulch areas, even after being informed by myself that multiple layers of industrial weed barrier was under the mulch and to place the granules in the shrub collars instead. When spraying the flowering shrubs, I personally watched him spray one side of the shrub and not the other side. Jakahrian Tucker deserves a pay raise! This was the only service technician who was very professional, reviewed the account notes before starting and ensured to take his time and complete the service as per guarantee. Maybe you should have him train the other technicians. I am a disabled Veteran and twenty-two-year retired law enforcement professional. This company has done nothing but exacerbate my P.T.S.D. I would recommend you do the job yourself by using the chemicals golf courses use. You will happier with the results.

Not quite sure what to expect. They were here several times and aeriated. the site and sprayed for weeds. All I had was weeds so now close to nothing. I will keep up with this story as time progresses. I do believe it will work out fine. Good techs and friendly.

All I did was go online and lookup services. Somehow a representative managed to get my address and they started sending people to my house. Completely unacceptable behavior. I didnt ask for anyone to come to my property.

ONLY USE THEM IF YOU HAVE CAMERAS ON PROPERTY!!!! I Got them on camera doing nothing to the lawn at all, then claiming the applied 66lbs of fertilizer. This has to be the worst company to ever do it.

I like that TG human technician applies the chemicals in the yard instead of an ATV as I am sure I get better coverage and amount. My Tech, Daniel B. is always communicative, professional, and friendly. This spring, my lawn really popped after the last rain.

I asked the guy today to please not put your pamphlets on my door and he yells back its his job. I get its his job but Im not wanting the trash on my door. Ive had where they have come off and Ive found them in the bushes. Ive asked many many times from the people who drive the trucks the same thing. I use Truegreen for my lawn needs

Im not sure if Google, tru Green, or a computer error caused the review to change from what I originally posted, so here is a second try. Prior to moving to Florida from WV, I was a Tru Green advocate and couldnt say enough about the quality of service I received from them. Thus, it was a no-brainer to get them to take care of my new lawn. Evidently, tru Green is not created equal in all regions. I took a year contract with them, and at the end of the contract, I wasnt totally satisfied but was willing to give them another chance, so I started paying on a per treatment basis. When the company sent me an internal satisfaction survey, I completed it, voicing my concerns. Next thing I know I received a voicemail from them saying my month to month service had been canceled (Evidently, they dont like constructive criticism). I called the 800 number, and after explaining the situation, i was told this was done in error and that I would continue to receive monthly service and be billed accordingly. Called back yesterday (since I hadnt had any service) and was told their records showed I called, but nothing was in the notes, and I was still canceled. The operator told me she could restart, but given what had happened in good faith, I could not. So, I wrote a very similar review to this one. Lets see if this one makes it up. I am now back to actively looking for a new lawn care company.

A Spreader Hopper was not what I was thinking. I also thought they would do the whole lawn, not just perimeter. (treatment for gopher digging) little lawn wreckers! Service was done on time and the serviceman was polite. Positive

Did an extra service for fungus issue in shrubs

I ve been a loyal Trugreen customer for six years. Their technicians are always friendly and leave my gate locked. I can always reach customer service on the phone and I like that they notify me in advance when they re coming. I have the most beautiful lawn in the neighborhood and I m constantly getting compliments on it. Thanks Trugreen!

Paid upfront for a year and they were only paid to treat my front yard. At the end of the year my back yard looked better than my front yard. Chemicals put on my plants I still have no flowers on my crepe myrtle nor my gardenias. Felt like I received fraudulent services and no improvement in my lawn. When complaint made no compensation given back and no ownership of quality didnt stand by their product. Ughhhh waste of

He also did an additional treatment. He was very professional and friendly. I appreciate his time and his knowledge. Hope to have him as my lawn service technician in the future.

BEWARE!! Do not believe their high pressure sales tactics claiming they will refund your money if they make your lawn worse. We signed up in June with a beautiful green lawn that had one or 2 patches that needed help in just our small front yard but absolutely perfect grass in our side and back yards with no weeds to be found. We now, 8 months later, have a mostly dead yard with the exception of the massive areas (over half the yard) of weeds. Called multiple times to be told a supervisor would come out to inspect and have NEVER once seen or heard from a supervisor. Called to cancel today to be offered discounts for future service but when I asked about the promise of a refund if they didn t improve the yard and made it worse I was told they don t do that they say that but really only come to TRY and fix whatever the issue is . No refund! No money back guarantee! And no green grass unless you count the green dollar weed! Don t waste your money.

They turned my grass into a yard of weeds with almost no grass at all. No refund. They said it took me too long to ask for it. This place is beyond horrible. Stay away. After they said they would fix it (see below). They refused to even come to look at it.

Yard Stop sold all their accounts to TruGreen. Weeds started popping up all over the lawns of my houses. I complained. They retreated, but weeds didnt die & others came up. I cancelled, but they didnt cancel all my accounts. I caught them spraying cancelled lawns. They billed and turned me over to collections. Weeds died after the first service with another company. Dont keep waiting for weeds to die. TruGreen is hopeless.

Please read.To anyone wanting an honest opinion about this company. Please beware. They treated my lawn when I was NOT a customer and I had newly laid sod. Tried calling several times to see if the application that was put down would harm my investment. 5 reps later, the previous 4 couldn t answer at all, found out it was ok. Then the weeks came up with force. I called to have it taken care of but had to sign up. $59.95 per treatment or around $560 for prepayment. Didn t do the prepayment. First app was ok the came the second. I was charged $119.95. Funny that wasn t part of the deal. Also states they treated 4000 square feet when I only have 1600??? Called again and it took 38 minutes to resolve. By the way I was told, after a supervisor chimed in, that under 2200 was $54.95. Ok. Credit me $10 on next service and refund the 59.95 for chinch bug treatment that was not authorized at second visit. Rep said they would have someone call to remeasure. Well she called just now. Explained to her what happened and she couldn t get through her head why I wasn t a customer but gave my credit card info. Told her twice but still not clicking. Your company screwed up and now I am. Nevertheless, that point still was lost but now I was told that the service I have is actually not what they offer and that what I am receiving is going to be $64.95. Seriously?? Three different prices from 3 different people. Lady was very unapologetic and seemed to not care at all. By the way very unprofessional too. Needless to say I had no choice but to ask for all money back and stop service. I will pay more to another company that will treat you with respect and be professional. I ll update when I find one. Please beware. Look at all the 1 stars. Please spread the word to your friends about Trugreen. I will tell my neighbors as they all use them. Plenty of hungry competitors out there. This company has been a very huge disappointment and a waste of my time due to their lack of professional services and inability to just do one simple job .. Their job!

Very professional, shows up on the day they schedule. My yard really is looking good. We had a lot of issues with weeds. That is getting better. We are new to TruGreen and so far, I am very pleased with the service.

They talked me into switching from Massey to them in my new construction home and new sod. BIG MISTAKE. I have huge patches all around my house. My neighbors lawns using Massey look great! 1 year later. Horrible! I am trying to get ahold of Michael non responsive. I want my yard resodded! I will try to post pics.

I signed a one year contract with Trugreen and was never told there would be 8 sprays and spraying for bugs was extra. So my money I paid for a one year contract was used up July 7th. My grass is now dead! I m going to have to replace it all. Trugreen you need to speak the truth and explain your contracts to your customers. Very misleading!!

Update: See standard Oh Well response below, exactly the same response to all the one star reviews. Please email us at blah blah blah. I did that 3 days before they posted it and no response. Complete grifters. Speaks volumes how they dont care about individual accounts. Prepaid for the year (huge mistake). Some parts of my yard were dying so we re-sodded. I noticed fungus and sob webworms so called for a service. Tech came out and said he was not allowed to spray for fungus and webworms. Say what? Somehow convinced him to apply fungicide but said he was absolutely not allowed to treat the webworms. I guess they are ok with my lawn dying. Called to cancel service, and apparently after 2 months into a one year prepaid service, I will be refunded less than half of what I prepaid. Its crazy to hire a lawn service that refuses to treat your lawn when you need it the most. Not sure what I paid for, but I got completely ripped off. Unbelievable.

Weeds are dying after one spray

Zero stars.....this company is a joke. If you want dead grass in your yard then by all means call them.....if you want a beautiful lawn.....DEFINITELY go elsewhere........

Have been using them only for a few weeks now so I want to reserve judgement until it s been a few months to give them a fair chance. Had to have them come back for a retreat for weeds and fertilizer since I told them the tech was here for only 5minutes and then left. It always seems like there in a rush to get in and out. In my opinion there not doing what there supposed to do by treating the whole yard. Back front and sides. They just spray or fertilize certain areas and then there out. Makes me think they wanna keep u needing service so u keep paying and paying. But I will give them the benefit of the doubt before I cancel my service. Since I paid for a year up front. But if I don t see an improvement in a few months I d probably cancel. Don t want to waste time or money

Unprofessional sums it up nicely! Filled out the online info, got a call back immediately. The rep told me 2 to 5 business days for service. Here it is coming up on 10 business days.... no service, not even a call or text to let me know when they are coming! They charged my account in advance 2 weeks ago! Called to ask them what is going on, and they told me next week! Just not good business to do that to a paying customer!

Dont waste your time with this company. Our first experience with a local rep was very unprofessional. Then an area manager called and offered a special deal to make up for it. We said ok as we believe in 2nd chances. The area rep said a local rep would contact us to arrange a lawn care review and start treatment. Days went by and almost a week. I told my wife to forget them and get another company but she called them anyway and they came up with an excuse about a computer error. My wife fell for it and scheduled an appt. A rep was supposed to come out today between 11am and 4pm to review our lawn and start treatment. We canceled plans for the day and as the hours ticked away around 4 we get a text message the tech is running late and will be here between 4 and 5. As 5 approached we get another text message saying the tech will be here between 5 and 6. Im thinking how is he going to examine the lawn when its getting dark? But my wife is patient so we wait. Then another text message saying between 6 and 7. She tried to call the office but its closed. Now Im pretty upset wasting a whole day and the icing on the cake is around 7pm a text message comes in saying the tech cant make it out today. Soooo, whatever you do, please do yourself a favor and avoid these unprofessional hacks and try any other lawn service company. Trust me you will thank us if you do. TruGreen you guys wasted our entire day and your unprofessionalism is duly noted! You guys totally stuck!

You can find much better options in Gainesville. I used TruGreen for a few years and tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but the weeds are out of control and now I have brown patch disease in my yard. I paid for the highest level of service (TruGreen Complete), and I am embarrassed with how my lawn looks. Do not fall for their excuses - Ex: You re mowing too short , Not watering enough or too much , lawn is coming out of winter . Notice their excuses are my fault - not TruGreen s fault!! I have put a lot of time and money into my lawn, and I expect better results from a lawn service company; especially when I see my neighbors lawns looking much better than mine. Trust me...you can find much better! Florida Pest Control or McCall Pest.

We were told when we signed up we would be getting a double application which we have not. We were told the applications would kill these weed coming up in our yard and grass would become healthier which the weeds are still growing and the grass is dying, not good at all. We were told the importance of the service would keep the moles that are destroying my yard out of my yard and help save the grass. Well at this point none of this appears to be true moles are still here and getting worse. I can t reach anyone on the phone I get put on hold and waited and waited with no human response. Tried calling the sells guy who sold us the plan, no answer left him a voice mail weeks ago with no response as of 3 weeks later. Very disappointed in this business and lack of customer service. All photos are 2 weeks after service

The worst experience I have had with a service company in the 10+ years I have lived in Marion county. Not only do they force you to pay up front, they then make you wait two weeks before you get to call them again to see if they are going to do anything. Once you get their attention a guy comes out with a hand held spreader to treat a 2/3 acre lawn. Told me they would use a poison to get to the queen, the employee told me that all his chemical does is encourage the ants to move. They told me it would be a foundation to end of the yard application. The employee spent less than an hour wandering around the yard. I was a fool to hire this company, dont make the same mistake I did.

I do not have trugreen but they came and began fertilizing my shrub without permission !!!! I did stop them but the main company has a one to two hour wait to talk to someone If you are a past yardstop customer - please beware !!!! Trugreen has taken over yardstop !!!

Tru green has made three appointments this month for our lawn care. they have not shown up any of these times. they didnt even give us the courtesy of a telephone call. I have tried to call them several times and their voice mail says there is a 3 hour wait for an operator.

TruGreen is just absolutely awful. First of all, any phone number you call is directed to a main call center that always has wait times of 1-2 hours so you have to request a call back. So you are always playing telephone with them. Theyre impossible to get a hold of its just ridiculous. Its like a part time job trying to coordinate with them. I was trying to get a quote for sod for about a month and I called probably 5 times and each time they said a technician would call me and it never happened so I literally gave up. So unreliable and unprofessional. Secondly, on my second service the technician straight up did not do the back yard. I know this because I work from home all day and have 2 large dogs that would have gone berserk if a person was in the backyard. I got charged full price for half of a service. And if I wasnt home I would have never known. I called to complain and they sent me a free follow up service but in the follow up service they only did 1/3 of what they were supposed to because the new technician was convinced that the original tech did indeed do the backyard because there was evidence of the weeds dying- yeah from the service 4 weeks ago! You clearly cannot trust them. Honestly this whole thing feels like a scam, between barely being able to reach them and the technicians trying to skimp on the services. Huge BS. When I complained on the phone they gave me 15% off future services but Im still cancelling, its just not worth it. Theyre unprofessional, untrustworthy, and pretty expensive- 84$ per treatment of fertilizer and weed control. BYE!

Firstly...prepare for a 1-2 HOUR wait on your phone to get through with any questions on your service. The live chat on the website is an automated response...no live person. The rep that took my order to start service gave specific info BUT on my second application they added an separate application WITHOUT notification and added an additional charge. I canceled our service with them but they scheduled another application...and I am once again on hold for an hour to get them to CANCEL our service. You can t cancel online. Wont use them again!

DO NOT use TruGreen! I needed to reschedule my initial service and their Customer Service was uncooperative. Then I decided to cancel my service altogether and they will not answer my Customer Service requests, and simply hang up on me!! DO NOT USE TRUGREEN!!!!

Had a coupon and was suppose to cost around $30. They charged me over $100 and tried to play it off as a glitch. Do not trust and if you do watch your bank account!

Absolutely horrible! Do not use this company! All they do is spray the grass with water and iron to make it greener! They say they are putting weed continues down 6 months later still weeds! They say they are putting fertilizer down but yet the lawn isnt thickening! In fact it is thinning even more! When I call them they send someone out to retreat supposedly, however nothing changes! I have specifically asked for granules to be put down they refuse! .... Hmmp why??? This company is just scamming!

It s a scam company, I clearly made my self clear about service for only one year and no auto renewal since I won t be leaving to that place and U was promised by marketing guy that it will get cancel after one year , after one and half year they are sending me bills for services they performed where I was not living and sent my bill to collection agency , customer care is no use as they don t listen and sound like broken record . Used different companies in the past and they were way better then this couldn t change them as paid for one whole year in advance. I doubt if they use any real product to take care of your lawn .Only advice I would give stay away from this scammers .

Not very happy grass started dying 2 days after application dont know what they put down last person to come told me that it will come back were going to treat it and if some kind of fungus or something I dont believe it my babys yard dont have it on both sides of me across the street its only my yard somethings not right been with them a long time

Do not waste your time with this company. They came out while I was not here and left me a note on my door that they completed the service. I have surveillance video of the tech make 2 passes with a spreader and left in 5 min. I called them to let them know and asked to speak to a mgr. and the same tech. called me and, I told him what he did. He just apologized. They were to come out today and when I called to see where they were, the operator said they had to reschedule till tomorrow and never notified me. The App does not work either. When I log into it, it says I dont have any service with them. I payed a year up front and will never go back to them. Big waste of time and money.

Not only did my lawn get damaged from their treatment but when they attempted to resolve the issue the staff had no idea what had already transpired. On top of that one of the staff who called me had a terrible attitude because I challenged them on why they had no information regarding my problem. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Ive had them for a few months . The bill arrived even when they dont Good thing i have surveillance on my property or I be paying for nothing . They say they were there . But they never came then said another time i had lawn people so they couldnt perform the job yet there was no lawn crew. Had to talk to 4 people before they would fix the bill . No Good

Shane Snyder one of your best Technicians very knowledgeable. He pays attention to detail in the weeds start showing signs of decline within 14 days of application. Shane Snyder and told me that he knew how to do the weed dance. He said that his company that he works for Trugreen has meetings that explained How weed control works and goes through the plants psycho. Starting with contact absorption translocation and disruption. Kudos to Shane Snyder.

I was referred to TruGreen from my a neighbor and I am glad I called. Having just moved to Florida from California there are so many factors to having a green full lawn like I imagined. I would have never been able to keep up with all of the small details, fertilizer, nutrients, bugs, grass length, water schedule and the list goes on. My technician was very friendly, and took the time to explain my scenario and put me in the right direction. Now I feel confident with the correct knowledge and the service TruGreen is providing I will have one of the best lawns in my neighborhood. Thank You

Received a flyer in the mail so I entered my address on their website for more information. Before I even got off of the site, I was so impressed that I received a call to tell me about what they could provide. I have to say that after that, it went downhill. The TruGreen representative aggressively wanted me to sign up today and I dont make any financial decisions without my wifes opinion as well. The representative continued and when she asked why I would not commit to at least a first visit at a 50% discount, I had to finally tell her that well, for 1) I do not make decisions without my wifes input, and 2) she (the representative) is being quite aggressive. The call quickly ended with the representative hanging up on me. Well, okeedokee then. That made my decision easier.

They trap you into contracts and overpriced billing! Beware, your first treatment might be $30 but they will add ok other fertilizer and charge you another application fee. Cheaper to buy your own fertilizer and do it yourself!

Not a big fan. Jason was the tech that came out and talked about how he will make our lawn look amazing. Very convincing guy. When we finally need him no response to text or calls. Thank goodness we didn t sign a contract with them. Went with a local company that has better communication.

Sprayed my yard by mistake. Im not a customer. I guess no fireflies this year, thanks.

What can I say I should have read the reviews ... when I say it s been a total disaster I m being nice .. my lawn has major problems since they sprayed whatever it is they spray ... no weeds die I just find myself pulling buckets full of dove weed and other weeds seem to flourish.. very disappointing from a guy who loves to work in the yard ... shame on TruGreen for really not caring ( they recommended I get some grass plugs )

I was taking care of my lawn for 2 years and it was nice and green. once trugreen took over it is all weeds and brown patches now . when i was signing contract they said if anything happens we will reinstall for no fees. now everytime i call they tell me a manager will call you but has never happened . and its its month now do not watse your time and money with truegreen

Has salesmen knocking on doors in no soliciting neighborhoods. While the family is sitting down for dinner no less. We didnt answer the first time and he wouldnt go away just kept ringing. Would not use due to business practices

These people are ripping people off. I registered for the services and then I heard bad things about them. I cancelled the service; however, they came to my home without letting me know. I found a description what they did. I called them again, they told me it was not cancelled. First they should have called me, that they did not and I was not there to see they have done something or just stick the comments on the lawn. Additionally, the initial agreement was to take care of both front and back lawn but they only did (if they did) on the front lawn because backward was locked and they did not bother to contact me or write something that they missed it. This company has so many flaws that I can not even explain. I do not wright bad reviews for a business but they forced me to do so.

The TruGreen Technicians show up and do an excellent job each time they come. You have issues from a computer point of view and customer service point of view with the verification process. But the actual work gets done in a timely manner when here at our house.Would like to see Corporate and Verification be more connected to the Local Offices and have more information on each customer at those higher levels. The Local level is very good at helping us out. However, too many things involve verification and Corporate that just dont have the information on the Customer to get things done in a timely manner.

Was told one price for treatment once a month , they came 2 times in the first month and billed me then let me know i have to much shade and needed to install irrigation for my lawn to take with there treatment ! I canceled my service and spent the next 3 months of them showing up treating my lawn and billing me with months of calls to end this nightmare. After 5 months of calling them they called me back and said they were going to refund me 60 bucks because they dont have records of me calling ! Even with the dates times and name of who I spoke to ! Turns out it was there sales that seems to be out sourced! And just to add insult after 5 months of paying my lawn still looks like it did before it was ever treated. Be careful dealing with this company and more so if they call you . in my case the sales person didnt even work for the company directly!

Called in to try the services, they are crazy with the prices. 559.00 for the first initial application.

Overcharged for multiple visits which they said they needed to come back and apply another treatment since it was not in his truck, such a pain to call and have those overcharges removed. Lawn actually looks more yellow and has cinch bugs and patches of complete damage that doesnt seem treated. I could have taken care of the lawn and had the same result.

I gave them one star only because I could not find a lower rating to post. If you have a great lawn to start with, maybe ok. However, after cancelling my deal 3 months ago and telling them several times by phone, email etc. to take me off their contact list, theycontinue to ignore my requests. They lie, are pushy and the rep,s are borderline of harassment. I dont know what to do at this point. I am close to putting a sign on my bare weed loaded yard to warn my. Neighborhood. BUYER BEWARE!!

The appearance of the lawn is good. Timeliness was good the third time. I received a recorded message twice before and no one showed up. The specialist was friendly and professional. I had to leave so I do not have a comment on how well of a job was done. Hopefully the weeds I had will die.

the technician was prompt and spent a great deal of time analyzing my yard. He then did the application not rushing insuring all the areas were covered. I was home so afterwords he discussed what he found and did and gave me some suggestions. My yard has thickened and greened up nicely.

Timely, consistent and I need not be there; they will do the job well.

After a few years of struggling to keep my lawn looking good on my own I signed up with TruGreen. When I signed up I was told (and the paperwork showed) that I would receive monthly treatments. They started coming every two weeks. They were also calling every week or so to inform me that some serious pest had been found in my area and offering their special treatment. I didnt appreciate this hard sell and couldnt justify spending money for treatments twice a month so I canceled the service.
