Brandon came and gave me a reasonable estimate. About 2 weeks later they came and rocked it. I had sooo many tall tall weeds around my pool area. They came and were courteous and respectful and did a really great job. It’s everything u could have asked for the price he quoted. They finished up day 2 and cleaned up meticulously. That was it. I was very happy with the service!! I have decided to have them do my maintenance mowing and such. Hopefully they will continue to offer the same service
I'm beyond pleased with the exceptional job that Brandon & his crew did on my landscaping. The guys were precise in getting all of the overgrown bushes/trees trimmed just right. I wish I could give 10 stars. From the day we started with Marion Precision Lawn I was amazed at their attention to detail. This was our first time ever having a lawn company.. becuase of this the owner came out and went over what to expect- I loved this! The team that comes out to your home is AMAZING! My 4 year old loves when they come to visit, he will wait at the door for them and the guys will let him run out and look at their mower. One experience that goes down in the books for me is... when my son was little I dropped his pacifier in the driveway while getting in the car, the gentelman mowing our yard called the owner of the company and he reached out to me that the pacifier was found and is on our porch when we arrived back home. This is just a few examples of why this company and everyone that works there is amazing!

When a company damages a vehicle when your cutting grass please don’t assume that pine cones happen to just fall from a tree and damage a car Brandon. Your cutting grass And objects ricochet towards my car door then it needs to get taken care of. Derek you do not come off to be a person that is professional in handling a situation respectfully your very rude. If this was your mother,wife or sister you would be highly upset with what you said over the phone to her she was not asking for a wad of money like you said she wants her door fixed how ever you needed to do it. You said have her insurance company call yours with your business name because she doesn’t need your actual name. So that will be done today. My camera is evidence the phone call is evidence my dents are evidence the story coincides with everything and when did I ever ask Brandon your employee for money on the spot? I said I just want my door fixed ! Honesty goes a long way and so does class which as I can read from your response you have none. I don’t have nothing to prove on here but it seems you do. When you have a conversation with someone have the decency to at least tell the real story don’t lie about it. Your a sad little man.
In June, I contacted several of the more well-rated lawn and landscaping services in Ocala to get quotes for some needed maintenance for our heavily landscaped property. My wife and I were in the midst of planning a pool party for my son's birthday in mid-July and needed help with our overgrown landscaping. Derek, the owner of Marion Precision Lawn & Landscape, was the only vendor among those I contacted who both returned my call and came to the house to estimate the cost of the needed work. At that initial meeting at our home, Derek could not have been more professional. He immediately followed-up our meeting with an estimate for the work and then, once the estimate was approved, got us on their schedule. At the appointed day last week, Derek and two of guys, AJ and Justin, arrived at the house and began to work. It was not an easy assignment. Grass and weeds had grown into our beds and our hedges, trees and ornamental plants were in rough shape. In his estimate, Derek had planned for two full days of work. When it became apparent that AJ and Justin would finish their work by lunchtime on the second day, Derek called to notify me of that and offer a reduction in his planned cost for the work if we didn't need the guys to work a full day. After years of either being fleeced or trying to be taken advantage of by many different types of vendors, Derek's honesty was welcome. That honesty and the professionalism Derek, AJ and Justin showed throughout their work with us has made me a loyal customer and happy to provide reviews such as this as well as referrals to others. I've attached a photo that shows the quality of the finished work. Nice work, guys!!

This company is fantastic. They completed a landscape project that entailed removing existing, prepping, installing weed block and border, planting a tree, and finalizing with granite chips. The are very respectful. Dude wasnt sure if I wanted a certain area cut so he didnt cut it til I asked him to. An when I asked he said I got you no problem. The show up an move things to get every part of the yard they are awesome. Wish I would have got the guys name bc he needs a raise.

From the beginning of our conversations, Brandon has been more than responsive and helpful. The estimate was fair and apparently accurate, and the crew showed up on time, both days. The work was finished in the period given, despite having to contend with a severe t-storm during the afternoon of day 1. We experienced one issue with a broken lawn sprinkler and after calling Brandon, the guys were there, right after another severe storm. His crew was courteous and thorough, including with the cleanup. These folks aim to please, and they most certainly did that.
My landscaping was out of control. Untouched for 2 years out of control. They did a fantastic job completely rehabbing the landscaping. Brandon was the project manager and he was amazing. Every time I had questions, he was a step ahead of me. Very happy and plan on having them back for more projects going forward.

Quoted a monthly fee for reg. lawn care with an extra fee for taking care around our retention pond. When the once a month extra work hadnt been done, I questioned the crew. Derek answered that we didnt agree to the retention pond work as we had understood it. Basically said if we didnt like his work he would finish out month and go separate ways. Surprise, he didnt finish out the month and sent us an invoice and then threatened to sue because after 15 days we hadnt paid it yet. Total lack of professionalism. In response to you Derek, the only reason cost came up was because you didnt show up for final cut or we would gladly have paid when we recd invoice. Instead since we called you out on poor service you picked up your toys and went home.
The only reason I gave 5 stars is because I couldn t choose 10. Derek exceeds expectations! We ve been doing business for over a year now, and he always comes when expected, and always leave my lawn looking amazing!!!
Our property was left unattended for several years when we asked Derek and his team to bring the property into shape.
