Wanted to work with a Company who was local and showed interest in a small job - Willow were the ones who demonstrated all the best attributes! We recently used Willow to update our landscaping as we were preparing our home to sell. Not only did they do an incredible job but were able to send out a crew quickly to us as it was a time sensitive request doe to the photo shoot our agent was arranging. Lynda was instrumental in setting this up for us. Given that we were located out of the GTA at the time we were incredibly grateful to the team at Willow. The pricing was very reasonable and we cannot wait to have them redesign our next home !
We hired Willow 3 years ago and were very happy with their work overall at that time. So satisfied that I even wrote them a wonderful review at that time. When we signed up with them they had reassured us that they would stand by the quality of their work and if any issues arose in the future they would come fix it. We continuously had some issues with our porch that we had made and had been in touch with Willow multiple times. Since it was COVID, the response was always they were under staffed and would get to it. We were nice enough to understand this and let it go thinking it would get done one day. Recently Linda told us that it had been too long and they couldn't fix what needed repairing. I am extremely frustrated by this and had to hire someone else as the porch steps were becoming a hazard as they were loose. Overall, their work initially was great but I am super dissatisfied with their guarantee of their work. The owner Kevin was great from the start but dealing with his wife Linda is always frustrating and frankly a nightmare. Please keep this in mind when looking to hire them for your future projects.
Willow recently completed our backyard - with a new patio and grass area. We enjoyed the design process so we would know exactly what to expect and it helped us visualize the new space. During the construction there were a few issues that we brought up and they were always addressed immediately and to our satisfaction. The crew was professional and left the street clean each night. We are so happy with our new space and feel as though we’ve added an entire outdoor room to our house.

RUN! This company is a nightmare! Their designer has no relevant experience and the design was flawed throughout. The owners are so arrogant and only care about money as well the owners wife is completely rude and irrational. If you choose to deal with this horrible company hold onto your wallet!!!
We have been using Willow for years for a weekly maintenance lawn cutting, and occasionally some hardscaping ( re-laying of interlock, building an outdoor shed ). In all cases, they were professional, on time, responsive to any questions and in our view offered good value for the services provided. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
Great experience with our backyard landscaping, the work was done efficiently, our questions were answered and we now have the backyard oasis we wanted! The suggestions by the Willow team to realize our vision, from design, to picking the stone colours, to the glass panelled railings as a finishing touch to the deck made this a space we can truly enjoy! Looking forward to staycations and spending more time enjoying our backyard!
We hired Willow this past summer looking for our backyard to be completely redone including new hardscape, pool coping and deck. It was one of our largest projects and wanted a partner to join us on this journey. That was how we approached it and Willow understood that. After doing our research and talking with various landscape companies in Oakville, it became abundantly clear that Willow and their professional team would be that right partner from design right through to completion. They worked with us to come up with a great design. Their dedication to customer service was exemplary from start to finish. All issues or concerns were addressed without debate and left me feeling satisfied. We engaged Willow Landscaping to create a new walkway, porch overlay, driveway and garden bed. The experience was a pleasure from start to finish, and the results were remarkable. The end product looks fantastic and our neighbours commented not only on the finished product, but the speed of installation and the cleanliness of the job site. Most enjoyable was working with the prime members of the Willow team: Draper, the site foreman, who demonstrated both professionalism and creativity in accommodating site conditions and Katelyn, the landscape designer who created a fresh concept that complimented our home very well.
Its been a great pleasure to work with Willow Landscape. We have enjoyed the process from beginning to end. Katelyn really listened to us and created a design that brought our different ideas and needs together, to a more than satisfying result. We just love our front and backyard. Lynda and Katelyn were supportive and accomodating throughout the whole process. Draper, the site manager, and his crew were always very professional, they made sure that every detail was perfect. They worked in a timely manner, and they got compliments from our neighbors about the site clenliness and the quality of their job. Weve used Willow Landscape for the past 5 years to maintain our front and backyards. We have always been very pleased with their work. Kevin and Lynda are very reliable and responsive to their customers needs. When the time came last fall to rebuild our deck, to add two stone patios to our backyard and redo our front walkway, we approached them for a quote. We chose Willow to do all of this work. Their construction manager, Draper did an amazing job - we are totally thrilled with our new backyard. The quality of work and the value we received from Willow have made us very happy customers. Willow Landscape installed a flagstone patio with a water feature and lighting, accent walls around two gardens, a pathway, new steps for our existing deck and a new bench. We were very impressed with the quality of the workmanship and the care that the crew took to ensure that the lawn remained in great shape through the construction process. Draper, the crew chief was very helpful with introducing ideas that really enhanced the finished product. We are very happy with our new backyard look and we would not hesitate to highly recommend Willow for any of your landscaping needs.

We used them do to a fall clean up and maintenance. They went way beyond what weve had other companies do in the past, and my only regret is that I didnt take a picture to post it here! They brought a very large team to get it done and spent a lot of time on the detailed work. They made our backyard look like one from a magazine. Would highly recommend.
Kevin and Lynda are absolutely amazing to deal with! From our first initial meeting to the end of phase 1 of our project, Kevin and the team were accommodating, creative/insightful, professional and extremely customer centric. They also were very accommodating to our budget and always found ways to meet and often save money with alternate solutions. Even when a issue arose, Kevins vision kicked in and was able to provide a solution right away. Quite an incredible skill! Coupled with Draper, his site manager... he was absolutely phenomenal. His attention to detail and workmanship was stellar and even when a on forseen issue came up, Draper was able to accommodate and fix without swaying from our original design and within our allocated budget. We are completing both the front and back of our house with Willow and would not hesitate to refer them to family, friends and coworkers. Needless to say, we would highly recommend!!
My wife and I had very different visions for our landscaping project that was very overwhelming to us and subsequently caused a great deal of anxiety. The team at Willow did an amazing job simplifying what seemed to be a very complex project with a million moving parts. Their design team listened to both of our visions and came up with and a truly outstanding design that we both absolutely love! Kevin, Lynda and the team did a great job on landscaping our backyard. From the consulting process, dealing with the town to get a permit for access and completion they were all professional and helpful. The quality of the work is excellent and we would highly recommend them. Thanks guys!

We recently had the Willow crew, Draper, Richard and Marcus, install a natural stone patio for us. Its beautiful! The team takes pride in their work and they are good at it. This is certainly evident with the final outcome. Our interactions with both crew and owners were excellent. Kevin sold us with his honesty and openness and Linda was efficient and very pleasant.
