A company that has stuck around post COVID and is just as reliable and professional as the pre-pandemic service they offered! All I have to say is WOW... I wrote a review some time ago after my original installation. Recently, Ive found it so hard to get quality workmanship for any sort of maintenance/repairs around the house. I am very picky (admittedly), but this company continues to impress and has not disappointed once. John and Anthony are always able to fit us in within a reasonable timeframe. Ive made some adjustments to the system as landscaping needs change. Since they installed the original system, they continue to provide great service for repairs and mods as I need changes made. I know they dont take on repairs for systems they have not installed (my neighbor was in need of some repairs), but to me, that just goes to show their level of quality and how they stand by their installations. You pay for experience, quality parts and a very pleasant staff - all at a fantastic value. Keep up the good work, fellas!

We arranged the scheduling of the quote and appointment through Andy, who politely and considerately answers any questions we had. He made recommendations and answered using his own personal and professional experience, and treated us like more than just another customer. Scheduling was done with ease, based around our own needs and timetable. Multiple options were considered, and Andy assisted us with arriving at the best one for us. We can t recommend our experience with Green Valley - and Andy s - customer service level enough! When it came to the actual quote and installation, we met with John, the owner. He came personally to review the property and discuss the quote with us, doing so politely, kindly, and patiently (this was our first irrigation job for our home, and we had plenty of questions!). He quickly marked out the best location for each sprinkler head, and even accommodated for areas where we might want to landscape in future. He thoughtfully addressed all of our requests, and quoted us at a very reasonable price, given the size of our property. On the day of the appointment, John and his crew arrived half an hour earlier than expected, and immediately began the installation. They were thorough, efficient and quick, and their experience and knowledge clearly showed throughout this process. The team was polite, and did their best to ensure that our lawn looked the same as it had before the installation. When the installation was complete, a member of the team then took us around the property and explained each sprinkler and zone, while also helping us to set up the app. All features of the app were explained clearly, and thanks to their instructions, I have had no difficulties scheduling or setting my watering times. We cannot recommend Green Valley Irrigation highly enough - not only were they the most responsive and accommodating business that we made inquiries to, they also tailored the installation to our exact needs with a high degree of quality, professionalism, knowledge and consideration for our needs. I called last year to make an appointment for a quote and the individual who attended, first put me on hold, and then when I inquired about information about a quote I was asked for my contact number and thay Green Valley will call back to set up an appointment . That was around May of 2020, we are now in June of 2021. I am sure they are busy but can t be so busy that they are taking over a year to call back. The call never came but a response to rating came declaring that they have no record of me as a customer. Well, how can you have any record when you pretty much decided to not follow up to have me as a customer.

I called Green Valley Irrigation to fix my leaking sprinkler system and let me tell you this is the company to call. In less then 24 hours they had the technician sent out, assess the problem and had it repaired. Very professional company and would highly recommend them.

I had my sprinkler system installed by Green Valley in July 2019. The system included sprinklers as well as drip line for front and back yard. I am writing this review after two years in which I was able to gauge their after sales service. I found John upfront in our very first meeting and since then I have experienced that he keeps his commitments. Quotes given to me were very reasonable, work carried out was also thorough. John is very patient, pleasant and explains things well. He is also flexible and has a customer centric approach. During season they do get busy but still manage to accommodate any emergencies. Where do I start, after researching around 15 lawn companies for a quote on sprinkler system, I met John and I am glad I did. Unlike the competitor John took the time to explain the differences with each sprinkler head and why they need to angle it a certain way. The installation process was smooth to a T so much that I wasn t even home and he managed to install it without my lawn looking like a mess , once completed I normally pay the provider right away after testing it, since I couldn t I told John I would do so after I tested it. Understanding that he was, he offered to come by when I was home late evening to show me how it works and mind you this is 3 weeks after the installation. John is a patient customer friendly guy in an industry where customer service is often ignored John is a breath of fresh air. He is my go to guy and I have recommended his services to my brother and family members . -a very happy client coming from the customer service industry

We had 3500 sq ft lawn done by John and are very happy with the results. They were quick and polite and helpful. Estimates were best. Next year when one of the sprinker head had a crack john came within 2 days of callig and replaced it at no cost.

The team that keeps on giving. Green Valley (John), took on my unusual project when other contractors didnt (irrigation throughout my lot). The project size was not the issue but rather I was prescriptive with how I wanted things done.
