The company is quite informative, provides great recommendations for my needs. Always inform before and after of service being done. Uses high quality products.

We have been with Weedman since 2007. Over the years they have provided excellent service looking after our lawn. We hope to be with them for many more years .

Very impressed with the customer service we have received from Weed Man. This was our first year using the service and we will be back next year.

My God !!!! That s all I have to say!!!! My lawn was sooo oversprayed that it went all black. I didn t even had that many weeds. I ve never seen anything like it. I didn t even bother to call in for it because I was just going to cancel it. Than three weeks later they come again and spray again. My grass didn t even get the chance to recover from the first time , they did it again. I just canceled it today. I m done with them. I was just talking to my few doors neighbour and they did the same thing to her. Please don t make my mistakes. Pay more and get the people that they know what they re doing . They hired bunch of kids to do this job and it doesn t look like they know what you re doing.

We live in Oakville and to say I was disappointed is putting it mildly. I cancelled after their first visit which was botched up. Just sharing tip of iceberg here. Only 2 spots of black, ie weed control they say it was, one on the street/city side which isnt even part of our property and the other a completely hidden area right by the backyard gate! They charged for weed care and fertilizer, never did fertilizer, no proper weed care, leaving all the weeds on the front and side of house! Really?! Didnt leave a sign to say they had come, so we didnt even know they had come, only got their bill saying work completed. After multiple calls and followups they sent a specialist who took 10 minutes to search & find the 2 spots & took pics of them as proof of work (picture of their entire work taken by their specialist attached). The Customer service was sweet on every call, until they realized that I had cancelled and became rude and wouldnt let me get a word in and just said I had to pay the bill. They finally corrected the invoice, ie removed the fertilizer treatment part that they never had done, making the $89 bill for the 2 spots. I wouldnt recommend them if they were free. Paid the bill just so we dont have to hear/deal with them again. Update - This issue was never resolved properly. They called and offered to do a better job IF i get their packages and continue with them, to which I said No thank you.

Weedman is thorough, and I have noticed a significant improvement in the appearance of my lawn since they started their treatments. They leave no area unattended, making sure to address all weed problems comprehensively.

**** Okay I ve been calling them for going on three weeks for reapplication for weeds and they r not coming. They say they will but don t schedule it. I ve paid a lot of money cause they use to be so great but not now. I d hold off on getting Weedman for new customers. They don t seem to care like they use to. June 26, 2024 - I am doing another review of Weed Man based on the service I received today from Kenneth, a lovely man who told me he was from Nigeria and happy to be in Canada. Kenneth came to my home to do another weed control on my front and side lawns. If you are ever fortunate to have Kenneth do any work for Weed Man at your property you will be thoroughly pleased and blessed. I was his first appointment in the morning around 7:15 a.m. and he was as pleasant as pleasant could be. We had a lovely conversation while he completed the weed control application. I of course asked him what his name was so that I could do a Google Review on him and of course he responded with a beaming smile and then said and I quote Oh please dont give me a Review of 6 and only give me a Review of 5 because I am already so busy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We were both belly laughing on the street. I bid him farewell and could not let this day go by without giving a review of the service I received from Kenneth today. I hope I get him again on my next service. Thank you Kenneth and Weed Man!!!!

The tech Bungeet was very courteous and professional. I asked him to pay specific detail to the edges of my lawn and he did. Always show up when they say they will.

This is the first year we have used The Weed Man, it is very easy, they let us know when they will be here, they come and provide the necessary service even if we arent there. Hired Weedman many years ago at my former property, canceled the contract after 1 service after I called and asked for a free re-application as they promise, they then told me they would move up my next scheduled service (the one I have to pay for instead of providing a free reapplication) Didn t use them for many years, kept getting calls from them, decided to give them another chance this season and wouldn t you believe it, once I called for a free re-application they denied me that and tired to move up my next scheduled service, cancelled on the spot. It gets better they ve been calling me for weeks now since I cancelled so out of curiosity wanted to see what they would say oh sure they apologized for the misunderstanding and tired to to get me to sign up for a new package at over $100 more than my original package was quoted (which I paid for 2 services for already) then offers to restart my package for this season at like $50 more than my original quote. Won t even consider this company again, they can chose to run their business the way they want, but as consumers we have the choice to NOT do business with companies like this.

Honestly, I have been very impressed with their amazing customer service and Lawn Care service. I was a customer in the past but signed up with them again this season at a new property. They send you an email and a courtesy phone call and a text message to let you know theyre coming the next day to do either a weed control or fertilizing service. We have been using the Weed Man service for two years, and we have found them to be very professional and are able to provide additional service calls when required. Aside from bindweed, we have found that their service has gotten rid of other weeds in our lawn and overall, we are happy with their services.

Weed Man lawn care has been providing us with excellent service for the last 3 years. Abdukadir is one of the team members who services our lawn, and he is always detailed and thorough. Since we signed on with Weed Man, our lawn has significantly less weeds and the company does return visits to address any particularly tough weed spots that don t respond the first time. Office support is also courteous and professional. We would recommend considering them for lawn service.

Technicians were very polite, efficient and thorough. They always let us know they are there to do the service and asked if there were any particular concerns before they started. Our lawn is overgrown with so many different types of weeds and this is the first year using their services. The weed control comes with unlimited call back service until the weeds are gone. Kenneth my serviceman was very friendly and provided guidance regarding my dog on the newly treated grass. I did however feel that the weed control treatment was very late in its application and other lawn care companies were doing it more that 2 weeks before Weed Man.

Quite unprofessional company, they keep pestering you with calls to buy their service. Once you sign up, it s on auto renew each year but for the renewals they don t bother to call you. Even after last year s service, my lawn didn t improve much anyway so I changed my provider but still got charged by Weedman. Thanks to auto renewal . Save your time and money, not worth it.

Additionally, they took the time to explain which grasses were weeds and which were not, which was incredibly helpful. Their professionalism and friendliness were evident throughout the entire process. If we continue to receive such outstanding support from these two young men, we will definitely be signing up for a second year of service. We couldnt find a single fault in the amazing job they did. Weed Man is very professional in dealing with clients. They texted me initially they were coming for the scheduled appointment. When it rained, I received a text they had to reschedule due to the rain which was a good gesture. Glad they did that. Weed Man is very easy to deal with, they make every call simple, their timing for application is quick and rescheduling is easy with their text scheduling service, their prices are very fair and the service and results so far are great. I live in an area with dense trees, standing water esp when it rains and the mosquitos were terrible and now I can actually sit outside without getting bitten which is amazing. We just started the lawn care and they were in and out exactly when they said they would be and gave me clear instructions on the process and each step so I knew what to expect. I am particularly happy about their commitment to come back for reapplication should it be required through the summer which tells me the company is serious about the quality of their product and their desire to leave each customer with a positive experience and outcome. Would highly recommend them!

We order there s service . Came after a few days . In and out without completing job as gate was closed . Did not ring doorbell to ask to open . In and out in less than 5 minutes and just did front lawn. They are impossible to get back. They only want to sign you up and run away. Don t believe that will come back anytime . Funny part was we called Lucas on the service card and he talk to me like I m his homie with yo, what up , and buddy . Ultimately said he can t help . Unprofessional company. I m cancelling and going elsewhere I have tried cancelling twice . Edit .. They hang up when you say cancel . Or the call drops all of a sudden .

I resisted hiring a lawn service for years, and used fertilizer and chelated iron myself. Decided to go with Weed Man about three years ago and Im happy I did. Far better results than doing it myself, saves time and its reasonably priced.

A good job done by the team. The dandelions are starting to die after one application which is great to see. I think we will need another one, maybe two, applications to kill them off due to the number that were seeding at the time of application. The spray tech could have informed us that the product is safe, but to keep the dogs off the lawn for 3-4 hours. Relying on the email to convey this information isnt as effective as telling the person who opened the door holding back two enthusiastic dogs.

I have been using Weed Man for many years. They have always done a great job in helping me keep my lawn healthy and lust. If I have a concern about insects, crabgrass or other issues they respond in a timely manner and rectify the problem in short order.

Pretty useless in our experience....we have actually had neighbors ask if these guys tried to get all the weeds out or multiply them .....not at all worth the money spent
