Used Dependable Lawn Care for this summer for lawn care they did a good job showed up every week and kept the place looking neat came back and did the fall cleanup. The snow removal didn t go nearly as well. Waiting 12 hours or more to get the driveway cleared. Doesn t respond to texts or emails. Doesn t fully clear the driveway or walkway. Clearly Dependable didn t have the manpower or equipment to offer reliable snow removal. I need a company that does summer and winter equally as well. I won t be using Dependable again.

Terrible snow removal service. 5 visits max - $1000.00 They were consistently leaving my home until the end of their route, removed snow from the bottom of the driveway in the middle of the night and never returned to finish shoveling the walkway or driveway. Not Dependable in my view.

Dennis was great in talking to me when gaining the service, later when chased about how the job was done poorly he blamed me for not being reachable when neither his team or himself ever tried to get in touch - either by ringing the bell or calling me. Next while gardening you do not leave all your entry gates open when you leave - IT is absolutely your responsibility to close doors behind you especially when I give you access to my property (Mind you I pay for this service - its not a favour) Next they damaged a kid playset with their edgers completely scraping everything. I sent pictures and chased but was completely ghosted. Surprising how they got this far treating people this way. I hired the gardener (who is known for their professionalism) - they ve been a lifesaver after these guys.

I live in a complex where they service and weve been extremely unhappy. Theyre lack of dependability is outstanding. Expect less than the bare minimum of care and apparent extra fee for work expected, so weve been told. I had to shove our own sidewalks because they didnt for weeks. Im a tenant, what are we paying for?

I have started using Dependable Lawncare services since moving to our new house six months ago. As first-time homeowners, we knew nothing about caring for and maintaining our lawn and snow removal. Other than one time after a record-breaking snowstorm (which was understandable), they always have been on time and have done an excellent job in summer and winter.

Absolutely amazing and quality service. Thomas , Shay and Blake were the ultimate professionals. They took time to walk around our property , making certain that everything on our list was discussed , they immediately got to work , reviewed the work that they did and additionally and without any hesitation went the extra mile on defining the tress , removing all yard east without leaving a trace of any missed areas , they offered suggestions and really owned their work. The property looks better than it ever has and we will be recommending them to our neighbors and friends. The pricing was also amazing and Dennis followed up with an easy payment system. Truly happy with the work.

We are using Dependable Lawn Care for the first time this season. We are very pleased with their work. Spring clean-up was excellent; removal of old patio and disposal of stonework, mulching, creation of new garden and replanting a tree done with great care. Our lawn care team of Joe, Brett, Casey and DuShane are professional, friendly, approachable and very attentive. Special shout-out to Joe who responds quickly to any concerns and follow-up is excellent. We definitely recommend this company with no hesitation.

Terrible service. Staff cut weeds and leave them on the property. Always an excuse why they did not cleanup or cut certain areas. Dont cleanup yardwaste or garbage that may be on the property. They need to learn how to adjsut mower heights instead of just mowing over everything cut or not.

Great experience overall with Dennis and team. Communication was easy and the job done was fantastic. We asked Dependable Lawn Care for Sod, Irrigation, and garden management and the job was great. I would give this company a zero star if this option is available on Google. First of all, the owner is such an important guy that he does not have the time to inspect the project area before giving a quotation. After works start, he will start coming up with extra charges here and there to milk the customer as much as possible. He would also ask for his full fees before completing his works! It took him 2 weeks to proceed with some works. On many occasions, he does not respond to phone calls or text messages. The only exception is the lady receiving call, who is helpful and accommodating. I am taking this company to Ontario Consumer Protection since there is no way anything get resolved with them.

Communication: 1/5. Theres no details given on their plans and visits after you give the money up front. Dennis took repeated messages to get a hold of. Strangely enough, prior to taking the money he was very responsive. I never knew their plan of what treatments would be done/when they would come. Id just get a basic leaflet from some outstourced company thatd say they came Quality: 1/5. Paid him $800 for weeds/crabgrass control. Had to message repeatedly to say neither were really controlled. Hed make up a story of how itd get better, but sadly it never did. Professionalism: 1/5. He simply didnt care about me as a customer. When I raised concerns he sternly responds dont worry let us do our job (which he didnt end up doing). I even referred him a customer and Dennis initially bad mouthed him to say he was cheap. That was my neighbour and I didnt like that comment. I paid nearly $800 (including crabgrass control) for his services and I was much happier with what I used to pay Weed-a-way. I dont even think they sprayed anything for pre-emergent crabgrass control. This lawn care company was NOT dependable.

Snow removal service: I signed an agreement for snow removal services for my home. I can t say enough on how amazing service I received over the last snowstorm. A follow up call from the business partner means that this is a great business. I am happy with my decision to go with the Dependable.

I would give -10 stars to this business if I could. I never had a worst experience. They literally took the money for the whole season in advance and they NEVER came, not even once. I am writing this review on January 18th after a huge snow storm at 12 am when I was told someone will come to clean the snow at 2:00 pm and literally no one showed up. When you call no one answers either. This is a ghost company that will take the money and disappear. I ended up hiring an emergency snow removal service as I was stuck in my house and Dependable Lawn Care DID NOT ANSWER OR EVER CAME. Do not even think about using their services, you will be just robbed. Dennis is extremely rude and unpleasant, he has no idea how to treat a customer. All the reviews must be fake because trust me this company deserves to be out of business by now. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!!!!

I would give zero star 0r in minus to them. I have given contract to them to snow shovel on my drive way. Nobody is picking up the phone. They are just blaming that the snow not working. It is total harassment to work with them. I have signed up the contract with them. Paid a big amount to them. I have been calling since yesterday morning 7 am to them to get my drive way cleared. I am not getting the response from them Horrible customer service. Dennis is very happy to take money but very poor in work. I can not take out my car from garage and i have to take the cab to go to the work

Zero star. Who is giving this company 4 or 5 stars. Its all fake. I hired him for the whole snow removal season. I paid infull before the start of the season. I called him numerous times, left voice msgs, texted on jan 17 for snow removal but no acknowledgement. I had to hire an emergency snow removal service to do the snow removal. Dennis the owner of the company is very unprofessional. I will make a complaint against this company. Looks like he did this to other customers as well. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL OTHERWISE YOU WILL REGRET YOUR DECISION AND LOOSE MONEY AS WELL. If you cannot handle snow removal, its beyond your ability to handle this snow, then dont take money from customers that you cannot take care of. The minimum you could have done is COMMUNICATION which was not there at all.

Just as they re called - they are very Dependable . They told me they would grow new grass in my back yard - a large space that hadn t seen grass in 25 years - and boy did they come through! A week after they soiled and seeded my back yard it was flourishing with the most beautiful green grass - exceeding my expectations. Great service and pretty good results. Dennis (the owner) maintains 5 star service with a personal touch and in constant communication. Our front lawn has been kept in great shape since we hired him. What I like is that he is results driven, especially with weed care. We went with previous suppliers who talked a big game about their products and process, but did not prevent or fight weeds. Dennis promises results and we dont get fussed about the process & products b/c we know hell do what it takes to achieve a great lawn. our backyard has been trickier, with less sunlight and watering. Didnt turn things around in one season, despite attempts to seed, but were willing to continue giving it a try. Highly recommend Dependable Lawn Care. They live up to their name.

I am so very please with the service I received from the Dependable Lawn Care team. I found them online and thought I would give them a shot. . My yard was a total mess. I made the call and Dennis was at my house within 48hrs. We walked the property together and I explained the service I was looking for. The quote was more than fair for the work they had to do. Thanks to Dependable Landscape I went from having the worst lawn on my street (possibly the neighbourhhood) to the best lawn on my street. I had every weed you could possibly think of. There were so many weeds that you couldn t even find a piece of grass. It didn t matter how much time and effort I put into digging the weeds out it was a losing battle. I called Dependable Landscape to help me and you could see a change within the first treatment. It wasn t perfect but by the end of the summer my lawn was fantastic. Looking forward to having them come and keep up the maintenance of my lawn. They were reliable and would recommend them to anyone.
