David has does done our landscaping, grass cutting, mulching and snow removal for over 4 years. I can’t express how happy I am with all his services. He’s very reliable and professional. Over the years we have had people who just didn’t show up or their work was good at the beginning of the season and slowly became worst as the season progressed. David is consistently great. We are extremely fortunate to have found Dave and his business, Louch Landscapes!! They take care of our grass-cutting and bed-edging in the summer and our snow removal in the winter. We have tried a few property maintenance companies over the years but none compare! Because of Dave and his team, my property consistently looks amazing! It really does! They are punctual, professional, super friendly and uber conscientious! Our lawn and flower beds look so polished all summer long and - not gonna lie -- we love the compliments we get for it! Dave's energy, high level of quality, and superior customer service shows how passionate he is about his trade and how dedicated he is to making everyone's properties look fantastic. It is important to him that he creates long-lasting relationships with his clients and we consider ourselves lucky to be among them.
I used Louch Landscapes for the first time last year for a range of services... mulch install, spring clean up, weekly cutting, weed removal and fall clean up. They were excellent on everything they did. Quality across the board... lawn always looked great, they never left a mess and everyone was very professional. Very happy with them last year and I'm using them again this year. I recommend them to anyone looking for a quality landscaper and/or lawn maintenance.
David Louch of Louch Landscapes is a terrific landscaper. He and a partner cut our lawns and applied mulch to our gardens as well as professionally trimming a tree and bushes in 2023. David is professional, kind and skilled and our grass has never looked better! Thank you David for your very efficient work last year.
If only I could give more than 5 stars to David. David on customer satisfaction, reliability, quality of work, humbleness, and just a person is as best as they come. After dreadful experience of using services like Yardly, I stumbled upon David earlier this year. He came and looked at the property - his response and engagement immediately left a good first impression and I was not disappointed. Through the year, David has been so professional and responsive. I don't even need to speak to the quality of his work - just see the photos of my lawn. I have received so many complements from my neighbors that my lawn is best looking in the area :) Thank you David. Other businesses should take tips from David on how to run their business and especially on how to keep customers happy.
I used Louch Landscapes for lawn care as well as snow shoveling needs for my house. He was referred by a friend and I found David's service to be very professional and of top quality. He was always on time, very organized and ensured the lawn care and snow plowing was done at its best. He is very responsible and his service is excellent and I have never had any issues with him. He promises what he delivers and gets the job done. I will be using his snow plow service for the 2nd time this season and would certainly recommend him to others.

After a wonderful lady I had worked with for many years retired, I have tried several companies to do my property maintenance i.e. fall spring and summer yardwork as well snow clearing in the winter. Being a senior I m finding these tasks increasingly difficult and challenging, not to mention painful. This year comes as no exception having been disappointed year after year. While finding myself once again starting a new search for someone I can rely on, I came across Louch Landscapes and decided to give David a try after reading stellar reviews one after the other. By now, he has completed my spring cleanup and all I can say is wow! I cannot be happier. So far he is proving to be reliable, hard-working!, pleasant to deal with as well has completed a wonderful job! And did I mention punctual? Imagine that: someone who actually arrives on time when he says he will in today s day and age! I don t know about you but I have found the work ethic is a mere shadow of what it used to be; it s a pleasure to be able to rely on somebody who comes through with exactly what he says he will do and when he will do it. David was easy to deal with from the moment he picked up his phone. He showed up at the property to take a look at the work needed as we discussed, he provided a reasonable quote for the work needed and a date was scheduled accordingly. He was on time, he ensured the quality of the soil and seed is top notch, and completed the work in full. Will be calling David to look after my lawn for seasons to come.

Prior to moving to Burlington from Toronto in 2021, we called multiple landscaping companies to get a quote. David was the only person that called us back, and in a very timely manner. David used to come to my neighbors house for Lawn mowing and maintenance and one day I asked him if he can do lawn mowing and maintenance of my lawn as well and he agreed to that without any hesitation.
