CSL was great, we are very happy with the final product. We appreciated their process and attention to detail. Adrian and his designers helped us craft our ideal backyard. Greg was responsive to our feedback and requests as a project manager. Dan s crew were meticulous in ensuring the job was completed with precision, they took their time to ensure the job was completed correctly. From initial conversation with Adrian defining the project and receiving a very detailed plan. Execution was completely on point. We contacted Cedar Springs to help us to remediate a drainage issue with our covered deck that they had built for the previous homeowner. Although the original project was completed more than 5 years earlier, and was no longer under warranty, they returned to help troubleshoot the issue for us and get it remediated quickly. They stand behind their work so we would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

I think its important to articulate how a company treats people when things dont go as planned as much as when they do go well. Cedar Springs did an extensive renovation project on my neighbors backyard and we recently found that the grading on our side of the house was not done properly causing water damage to our back room. I contacted Cedar Springs and they had their management come to assess the situation and took full responsibility. Mike Bartels their operation manager came to discuss the situation with me and was very professional and thoughtful. They also had their crews on site at our house within a week to regrade the back portion so that water would no longer go into the back room. Their general manager Adam and owner Adrian were also professional through the situation and sought to bring a good long term solution to the problem at hand. I would definitely recommend Cedar Springs to anyone looking to do major landscaping work and renovations. I think its just as important to see how a company treats others and deals with problems as it is how they deal with their customers. We had a backyard makeover in the summer of 2021, and it was such a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. We did an extensive front and backyard renovation with Cedar Springs in 2022. We couldnt be happier with the work they did. Their work is extremely high quality. Our main points of contact - Josh was our PM, and Myles was our onsite manager - were fantastic to deal with. Both guys went above and beyond for us many times. Myles was at our house daily for the better part of a year, and was always so wonderful to speak with, and such a hard worker. My toddler learned his name right after she started saying Mama and Dada. Josh would often show up to check progress and troubleshoot any issues that cropped up along the way (as to be expected with such a significant project). Any staff that they had onsite throughout the project were extremely courteous, friendly and tidy - and of course skilled at their trade. I highly recommend working with this company.

The Cedar Springs landscape team are not only very professional in their work, they really enjoy gardening. Amber and her team came over to help clean up a few issues and general garden maintenance. Amber immediately identified some issues and a remedy, got on with the work and left my garden GREAT. I was outside in the garage while they worked and could hear the Team, simply having a great time while they got the job done. Built a covered patio and some yard hardscaping 6 years ago. The hardscaping has all held up without movement or weeds creeping in. We worked with Cedar Springs in 2020 to redesign our entire backyard space. From the outset with design concepts and idea generation, to execution with carpentry, irrigation ,lighting, painting, masonry and final steps with planting, the team at Cedar Springs was great to work with at every stage. We were able to transform our home curb appeal in the front and the simple yard in the back into an urban oasis. Even 3 years after the work has been done they have been helpful with any customer service inquiries and stand behind their warranty of shrubs/plants. When we had concerns with some greenery that was not growing after the 1st year, they replaced it with no issue and in a timely manner. The staff at the office and at the site were very professional and knowledgeable. Cedar Springs was more expensive than the other landscaping firms we looked at but we feel you get what you pay for and this is apparent in the service we still get years after our project is complete.

We contacted Cedar Springs Landscapers to remove a water fall and relay patio stones. Derek was very easy to talk to and explained the scope of the work to our satisfaction. Greg and Jon came over to go over the work and the two young workers did a marvellous job. They were friendly and had a great attitude. They made sure I was happy with the work. Jon resolved the pool cover issue so we wouldn t need to purchase a new one. I will definitely use them again. Thanks guy.

10:45AM Sunday, February 14th 2021 I had a VERY scary encounter with one of your drivers on the 403. A young man driving your tuck cut me off, forcing me into the emergency lane. I write this review because he proceeded to give me the finger while driving off erratically. License Plate AJ31045, driven by a young man with long blonde hair.

If you want to aggravate your neighbours choose this company! My neighbours hired them and the job looks nice. Their yard is perfect and clean whereas mine is COVERED in white dust. Despite my asking your employees first thing in the morning if they could shield the wind or cut stones in a different location, they continued to send massive clouds of white dust, where I could not see out my windows, billowing through my yard. My trees, my bushes, my deck, EVERYTHING is covered in a thick dust. Water creates like a concrete with this dust so getting rid of said dust won t be an easy task. I guess I have to spend my weekend scrubbing this stuff??....thanks Cedar Springs Landscapes!

Initially, my husband and I were very anxious from our first yard project and having to do it over a second time. However, our first meeting with Mr. D. de Vries (Design Consultant) ended with a smile on our faces and a feeling of certainty that this was a competent, reliable landscaping group. Over the next several consulting visits, we met and spoke with Mr. A. Hordyk (Landscape Designer) whose design suggestions stirred up our excitement, and at the same time met the practical requirements of the project. Further meetings involved Mr. L. Hordyk (Project Manager), who consistently showed a high level of integrity with every aspect of managing the project; along with a good eye for detail, commitment to quality workmanship and genuine interest in achieving customer satisfaction. And last but by no means least, we had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. R. Hicks (Landscape Foreman), who went the extra mile and impressed us with his experience and diverse talents (expecially stone cutting). In our opinion, good looks and quality are part of the signature at Cedar Springs Landscape Group!

We had extensive work done in our back yard with a pavilion, bbq, fireplace etc. Worked with Adrian and other supervisors to plan out the project then with the workers who did the actual labour. Everyone who I dealt with was very personable but more important, professional. When the job was completed and landscape done with lighting etc, we were more than pleased. Just delivered something thier

We have gone through several landscaping companies at our townhouse condo complex before contracting our landscaping and snow removal with Cedar Springs. The difference is night and day. Their employees are hard working, pleasant to deal with and very professional. They have met and exceeded all our expectations. Any issues that we do have are addressed by management in a timely matter. I would highly recommend Cedar Springs.

We did landscaping for the front of our house. Project included front porch, walkway and driveway pavers. Project was very well planned from design concept to finish. They have an excellent team that pays attention to every little detail, end result looks amazing. We could not be more satisfied with the quality they have delivered. This is the second landscaping they did for us, the first project was completed around 10 years ago, in a different house. It included front and back yard. They delivered the same high quality work back then as they do now.

This was my third house that required landscaping. Based on my previous experience, I unhesitatingly contracted Cedar Springs. I explained to Cedar Springs my needs for the backyard. The first version of the plan that they prepared was perfect. The work was performed professionally with attention to all details. The worksite was kept clean and safe. The project manager worked with my neighbors to ensure they were informed of the work being performed along the fence line.

Our backyard looks absolutely amazing! Dan and his team did a fantastic job. Cedar Springs has amazing attention to detail, really listened to us through the whole process. They have transformed our backyard into an oasis where we love hanging out with family and friends.

We were not customers..our neighbors used these people and their backyard looks nice.. troubles were they have No concern or professional courtesy about the chaos they caused..they cut concrete many times with complete disregard for the dust they created and did not have the decency to warn people especially when they see a line full of clothes and a pool that they clogged up filters and to top it off hit OUR fence and cracked the supporting 6x6 post rendering our gate useless with the bobcat and did nothing to repair.. their complete lack of concern for other property owners on the adjoining customers is unaceptable.. they also used a chipper to remove a tree base and let chips fly into* our pool heater resulting in a internal fire of the core... I would Not reccomend these people if you lile your neighbours.

The whole process from design to completion was done in a timely and professional manner and they are quick to respond to any follow-up service we have needed. Amazing company

Were living adjacent to a large-scale landscaping project that is being managed and developed by Cedar Springs. Throughout the process, the crew has been remarkably courteous, thoughtful and careful where our property is concerned. Weve learned, in our years of experience with these situations, that this is often not the case. I cant speak to the quality of their work Im not the client but their professionalism and attentiveness is second to none!

Horrible. Horrible. I wish there was a negative number I could use. Spend a lot of money to get my pool landscaped and notified the landscapers how bad the land was (all clay). I also suggested they plant things that were tolerable with the soil. I also suggested that they might plant nothing just sod it because of the ground. Adrien insisted that the shrubs etc he suggested would take. Along with this they also put brick all around my pool. After the following year everything died. And I called. They came back and said it was my fault for not watering? (I had my sprinkler on to water) i had my friend who is a landscaper as well come look at the damage and validated that these particular plants trees schrubs would not tolerate the soil. The brick they had installed all sunk in the ground and when I called Adrian he was horrible to deal with and kept telling me it was my fault. I finally dug up all the dead plants and trees and replaced it with sod. And still have to keep fixing sunken brick. I paid them all in cash and my only receipt was on a piece of paper. When I asked for a receipt I was told one would be sent out. It s been 9 years and still no Receipt lol and I m still trying to keep the bricks fixed.

From start to finish, Adrian and his staff were highly knowledgeable and professional. Neighbours commented on the professional nature of crew and we found the crew to be hard working, extremely polite, and able to effectively problem solve when needed. Throughout the process, communication was excellent. We LOVE our yard and truly believe they made our property an oasis!
