This is the second job we had done with Synergy. Previously they did the front of the house and we did not hesitate to use them again for the backyard. The sales rep Danny was incredibly helpful and we could not have done this job without his help. Our backyard has limited access and there were some challenges but inspite of the difficult job, it looks beyond great. Danny was very helpful in the design and picking out the type and colour of stones we used for our new steps. The Synergy crews took care to minimize the damage to our lawn while preparing the site and installing the steps and patio. In addition, they cleaned up when finished so we were able to start using our patio right away. We had the experience of Synergy working next door, in our backyard neighbors yard. They rigged up a method to get material into the backyard with a 6 foot drop. They poured gravel as a ramp for a bobcat, using our brand new wood fence as the retaining system. The machine slid and slammed into my fence. They promised to fix the broken wood but walked away and never looked back. BESIDES the fact that Work Safety associations couldve put a stop to their work if I had called.

By far, the best contractor we have ever worked with for any home project. We started out by getting a few quotes from different companies. Although their pricing was similar to other landscaping companies out there, we decided to go with Synergy Contracting because of the great experience we had received when they came over to show us the drawing and give us the quote. The driver....was swerving over the line into oncoming traffic this a.m. , multiple timeson 9th line . When he pulled into the gas stn at Eglinton...i pulled in after him and approached him inside the store...to make sure he was sober. He seemed fine..was decent, and just said...there were no cars in the oncoming lane (????how does that make it ok???)..i suggested he stay off his cell phone while driving. He told me my attitude was horrible. Not ok....perhaps this company should be more aware of the employees driving practices

Fast and quality work done! We recently had synergy to do interlock for our driveway and porch, looks amazing! They are very professional, work was done fairly quickly and quality is great. My driveway looks beautiful, absolutely love it. Danny was project manager for our project, he also helped with communicating to our neighbor which was extremely helpful. He would keep us posted with any changes and always keep our best interest in mind. Highly recommend synergy!

Horrible company to deal with. Once they have your money they no longer care about your business. Their two year warranty is just an empty promise. There are many other companies that will do the same quality work for the same price and will honour their work. Don t waste your money here.

Get workmanship 2years later... Highly recommend! Got front patio work done this year, and again very great work by the team, from the beginning with Dannys quote/ design drawing to the final product with Marcos team ensuring the design is perfect!

Very bad time management , no response once you sign the agreement . No professionalism at all.

Dont even bother wasting your time. We contacted them for landscaping and they sounded excited about coming out to survey what we needed done. Despite our follow ups they didnt bother responding anymore. Completely unprofessional. If they didnt have the time or couldnt be bothered they could at least have the courtesy to say they were booked up. But instead they chose to ignore my emails after initially stating they were interested in providing landscaping service. Take your business to many of other landscaping companies in the GTA that will provide more personal customer service.

Danny made arrangement for moving brick will fixed soon issue will be resolved Synergy promised. Thanks Danny. Further more to my feedback they agree come and fix, i had to call many time Chris was dropping on Danny and Danny did not get back to fix. This was 8 months before and until today no one showed up and I felt I did a mistake to agree and change my review. Not reliable and trustable, not recommended if they promise 2 years Warranty. After service hard to get back for ant fix.

I first met the Synergy team while they were out on another job in the neighbourhood. Kevin came to our house that same day for a quote to do our backyard patio. From start to finish he was very helpful, responsive and never rushed. It was easy to see that he cared about his customers and leaving them satisfied with a job well done. The excavation team was quick, thorough and didnt leave a mess. Marcos installation team was on point with their work as well. Would highly recommend their services.

We are looking to have a complete backyard renovation done around our existing pool. Our initial contact with Synergy was on the phone with Chris, who was very friendly and helpful. We have contacted 4 contractors (including Synergy) to quote us on the job. I must say, to this point, we were extremely impressed by Phil (owner of Synergy) who spent approximately 45 minutes with us discussing the project and recommending some ideas & products along with taking measurement, He was very personable, knowledgeable and friendly. They never reply the messages I send them.. after sales and customer support are terrible...

Slow service, no owner, no warranty. Never again.

Company seems to be run by sales people who are not empowered to solve problems. They re not the cheapest place either so its not like they re giving you a great price. If you get work with them pray that you never have to call them back because once they got your money and do the job, they re gone like the wind.

Synergy Contractors did an amazing job on my porch and front walkway. Kevin created a beautiful design for my home and helped me select the stones and then the work commenced. They removed some trees which were blocking the walkway and then built a gorgeous new walkway, 3 stairs and a porch. The contractors were professional and their skilled workmanship was impressive. I truly feel like I have a new home. Thank you Synergy contractors for your outstanding work.

Poor workmanship and attention to detail when fastening ladders to the back of their truck. I narrowly avoided hitting a roll of tarp and an 8 step ladder that flew out of the back of the truck while driving 120 Km/H on HWY 7 at 4:45 on January 21st. The driver pumped his brakes showing that he was fully aware his equipment was falling onto a 4 series highway. But Of course the driver continued on as if nothing happened, And did not pull over to secure other equipment still swirling around in the box of his White Dodge Ram. Nope, not at any of the 3 exits that followed. Learn how to tie down a ladder and/or fix it once you realize it s bouncing around you freakin lazy amateurs, before you kill someone.

Terrible people to deal with after they have your money!!! The 2 year warranty means nothing. The owner Phil just keeps promising that someone will come to fix the problems with interlocking. But still waiting ??? DO NOT RECOMMEND....

I hired Synergy to do my backyard patio a couple years ago. I met there sales guy Mike, he was really great to deal with and every creative with the design. I couldnt be happier with the finished product and the professional service. I highly recommend them.

I cant really rate Synergys work if they cant even show up to appointments to give us estimates. Michael cancelled our first appointment since he was running behind schedule. Fine ok. But not showing up on the rescheduled appointment without any notice? Thats very inconsiderate and unprofessional. Dont bother getting quotes from these guys especially if you have a busy schedule. Were willing to pay more to people that care.

Absolutely horrible service. Nothing but nightmares with this company. Deadlines are never met. Nothing but excuses. Extremely unprofessional when following up. A complete mess. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
