I have been using this service for many years, and their work has been great until 2022. Their monthly service fee went up to $185 for two visits, but they have been coming only once a month for majority of 2022. Finally they did not even show up for this month, and I asked for refund. But the business owner said it was scheduled. Therefore, she refused to refund. Do not use their service. It is no longer worth the monthly fee.

We paid and were scheduled to receive yard maintenance for three months (6 visits), and they did not show up for two of the visits. When asked about it, they claimed they did come and do the service… but I was working from home. I didn’t see or hear them and I didn’t see a difference in my yard. They offered no compensation for the missed services and actually asked for more money after missing a session because it was more work than they had anticipated. The interactions were unprofessional and they didn’t appear to investigate my concerns. Instead they suggested that I hire a different service if I am unhappy.

I found Best Lawn and Gardening Services to be delightful, informed and full of good talents. They returned my back yard to the great yard it used to be. All was accomplished in five hours!
