It is with pleasure that I find the opportunity to give Jimmy a review. I know that praise given to freely becomes meaningless, but he has earned my high regards. Jimmy has been servicing my homes for at least a decade. That said, he is one of the main reasons that I continue my relationship with your company throughout the changes that have been made. While being friendly and humorous, he has always maintain a professional demeanor. He has given us great advice many times and my lawn can attest to that. I cannot imagine having anyone else I d rather come to my home In a professional or personal manner. Jimmy is a true gentleman.

Horrible company , never returns calls when I needed to address an issue with my lawn, so decided to stop their services

I moved from New York City and was looking for pest control services. Mike B was my point of contact and was very approachable and knowledgeable about the topic. He was able to further educate me on different types of pest control and fertilization. I am definitely considering using Evergreen Lawn and Pest Control s services in the near future.

Unfortunately I have had to terminate my service with this company. After either switching/selling from Service Choice my lawn and trees have deteriorated significantly in only a short span of 6 months or so. The customer service is very poor. Their technician left a note saying that my lawn has uncontrollable weeds , yet I am paying them to come and control the weeds. The office said the technician would call me to discuss, but that never happened. My palm trees have also developed a sooty mold, which was well controlled before. Don t waste your money. Do it yourself or find someone who actually does what they say they will.

Office staff is friendly but sometimes difficult to reach - mailbox full/ 2 days until the call back. But we cancelled our lawn care with them since it seems to make no difference if they spray or not.

Michael B was at my neighbors house spraying the plants, I asked him a question about some of the trees on my property had a fungus on them. He was very knowledgeable about the lawn and landscape, he gave me his number and the business information for me to order a service from evergreen when I am ready

This company, since buying Service Choice from the original owner with whom I originally contracted, is at best incompetent, and at worse, in my opinion, disreputable and should not be retained if you dont want your lawn to die. I own 3 homes and wasnt paying attention to the condition of our lawn at our Fort Lauderdale house. But my neighbors pointed out that the lawn is in poor health. I called Evergreen this morning and learned that WITHOUT EVER TELLING ME, they simply discontinued service at the beginning of 2024. Had I know I could have arranged service elsewhere. But as I said I was NEVER INFORMED, and as a result my lawn has suffered. Horrible company I recommend everyone steer clear of them.

I was previously a customer of Service Choice. Once Evergreen took over it was all downhill. The last straw was when I was billed for a service where the technician did not show up on my Ring camera. When I asked for a copy of the service invoice it was not for weed control as I had previously been receiving. I emailed them several times and not once did a manager contact me. Horrible company.

first off i would like to say that i was recommended to this company by one of my neighbors...... because i was looking for a particular service to take care of the perimeter of the house for bugs...... i contacted the company .... and ask to meet up on a Saturday.... eventually i would told that i could meet up with someone on a weekday..... was waiting for the call because i have certain plants around that property that i wanted to make sure that was not sprayed because i brought the seeds from overseas to plant here.... and sadly the service was done destroying 1/4 of the plants that i was growing.... contacted them then the meeting was supposed to take place only to find out that it was done already ...... normally there is a meeting to find out whats going on.... no meeting was taken place..... as far as professionalism..... there was zero and they sprayed all over the property without a care in the world slapped me with a $94 bill after damaging my plants which is unacceptable......as far as the bill is concerned i have repeatedly asked to me taken off their service from the 1st day the emails social media and phone calls only to be heard by deaf ears........ and they still continue to come to the house..... i am to the point of hiring a lawyer to make this crap end ..... if i could give zero stars for such a crappy service even that too kind of how fed up am with this company..... my advice to everyone..... stay away from this freakin company at all costs..... as far as me contacting the company as you can see this person left an email.... I emailed you numerous times about this issue and there is the proof.... and still got zero replys..... this company is a joke..... as far as I am concerned I want nothing to do with your company after the hideous job your company has done.........

Ive had Service Choice for years but then they were recently bought out by Evergreen. Evergreen has very incompetent technicians!!!!! I have 180 foot of Japanese blueberry wall at my property which were FULL of white flies and the tec never sprayed for the white flies and told me he did not do it because it is a fruiting tree. If he knew what he was doing and knew the plant types, he wouldve known that Japanese blueberries are NOT a fruiting tree. So I am not sure how they can provide ANY services when they dont even know the most basic plant type!!!! Worse ever!!!! Had some other issues with them as well. you will be just wasting your money with them. And when I called to try to speak to a manager, I was told it is not possible and perhaps they can have a manager call me back in 48 hours! I moved my account to another local company. Not going to deal with a company that I cannot get a hold of its management or technicians!

I cant say enough good things about the lawn care services I received! My lawn has never looked greener, and my plants are now thriving and beautiful. Their team did an outstanding job, not only with regular maintenance but also with pest control. I had a severe cockroach and rat problem, and they handled it quickly and efficiently. A special shoutout to Adriana who was incredibly helpful with my account. She assisted me with setting up my online portal, resolving billing issues, and even arranged for a technician to come out to my lawn immediately when I needed it most. I had Service Choice for years. No problems. Evergreen takes over. They treated my yard in January 2024. They usually leave an invoice on the door and there wasnt one I didnt know they had treated the lawn. The next treatment was March 26th 2024. Received an invoice for that. That invoice did not indicate any past due balance. I went online to pay the bill and found that there was a previous balance that had not been paid. So I paid it all I pay all my bills. The next thing I know I get a letter in the mail from my collection agency in California demanding payment for them. They didnt even bother to try and ask for the money from January they just sent right to collections I have never been sent a collections in my life by any creditor. Why would you send a collections? I called to cancel their service was on hold for 45 minutes waiting for a team member to answer the phone only to be told that shes the only person there. So I guess in their opinion a team is one. I told them I wanted my money refund because I paid them with this collection agency is demanding. The collection agency is also demanding the payment for the treatment in March which is one month old. This is ridiculous what kind of company is run like this? Do yourself a favor do not contract them to do your lawn.

Trust me.... do NOT use this company youll be wasting your money! They dont care about the products they provide to the techs and that its not mixing correctly so you are the one to suffer! If you are a customer run to a different company asap!

It is unfortunate that I need to leave this bad review. I have used Service Choice pest control for over 4 years. After the 23rd service the 3 Rodent baits were listed as baited, same as each time. But, this time I saw something in the trap near my trash cans. the Ops Manager came to my home very quickly. he showed me that 2 of the traps were completely empty and one trap was completely full of nesting materials. Obviously these traps have not been services in a long time, how long? not way to tell. Heres why they got fired. looking past the complete LIE from the service person, I was told on 1/24/2024, to my face, that the traps would be baited Tomorrow. I called again on the 26th, directly to Mgr cell phone. Well have it done tomorrow for sure. on 2/2/2024 they were fired NOT for the original Lie, but 3 strikes. Advice: When you say you are going to do something, do it. Since I can not tell how long this fraud continued for; I can not with good conscience recommend this company.

I have been using Service Choice for several years and have not had many complaints, that is until last fall. They provided pest control and fertilizing service as usual on Sept 29, 2023. As I noted some brown leaves on some of my bushes, I called and they again sprayed a couple of weeks later. Shortly thereafter I noted my landscape bushes (trinette variegated scheffera) begin to turn brown and die. My ficus bush, which I have had since moving in 15 years ago, also turned brown and completely lost all leaves, ditto for some areca palms as well. One of their reps said that the guy who sprayed earlier had apparently used a too high concentration of chemicals. I have called many times, sent pictures, but no one has bothered to do anything about it. Have since discontinued their service.

I have been a customer of Service Choice Lawn and Pest Control for over 3 years. It started with a door to door sales pitch that has become a great service relationship. We have monthly service for pest control and have our lawn sprouted with fertilizer. Not only have we never had issues but the every interactive I have had with them has been great. The back office has been friendly and answered all my questions. My specialists Jimmy and Sean would text me and were always available to answer my questions. I would also like to mention Jay who was a specialist we had a few years back. Every specialist cared about the work they did and ensured we did not have a patchy lawn or pest outbreak. I highly recommend Service Choice Lawn and Pest for your needs. You wont go wrong with a team like Jimmy and Sean.

Professional and conscientious.

Horrible, Horrible company. Stay away. We just changed to truly NOLEN after staying with these guys for years. We are trying to undo all the 20 or so dead palms and bushes they left behind. Their service is so awful and we asked over and over for 2 years to correct their awful service. We should have changed years ago.

Andre is an excellent, knowledgeable, friendly landscape pest and lawn disease technician who thoroughly walked my property with me to give input and listen to my concerns, before taking sufficient time to fertilize and apply pest and weed control product to address identified issues. Other company technicians are good, too, but Andre stepped up his service quality yet another notch. Very appreciative.

We started using Andre with Service Choice back in 2018 after we bought our house in late 2017, our yard was full of weeds and needed some TLC. Andre was servicing the yard across the street and he took the time to come and talk to me about our yard. So we gave them a shot and to this day our yard has never looked better, it is thick, full, weed free and very green. Andre always leaves a form stating what he treated our yard with and what needs worked on. We also have dogs and Andre always reaches out to us to let us know when he will be there to make sure our dogs our pinned up so the chemicals dont harm them. Top notch lawn company but even better is Andre who comes out to service our yard, he is definitely one hard worker and takes care of his customers yards as if it was his own. They are the best for exterior pest control and lawncare and fertilizers. Have been using them for years. Never a problem, completely satisfied.

I cannot stress enough how awesome these guys are! We tried several other services to fertilize our lawn and shrubs (Scotts, TrueGeen and Huellet). I might as well have lit that money on fire. Our lawn has never looked so good and our technician (Andre) is incredibly on top of things. He knows his stuff regarding our ornamentals, palms and our lawn and is both proactive and reactive when necessary. If there is a problem, they happily come back and address it. I highly recommend Service Choice for your lawn/shrub needs. I wish I would have found them years ago--would have saved a ton of money and aggravation!

personable, professional and and very accommodating! I let them go as I thought we could find another company to take care of our problems and then, I found out they did what they were supposed to do, so I rehired them as they were better after all!

I invested my money and my trust in service choice. I have used them for two years. When I started getting a lot of weeds they put me on a special monthly program where I paid the most expensive months first to follow with the least expensive for the other half of the year. I have a zillion weeds and had the team come review it. There are hundreds of weeds in all varieties. Instead of reviewing what product was used, the excuse was it s not us. The owner wrote me a letter about the environmental exposure and cultural exposure? Cultural exposure? What is that. I trusted Service Choice to be a team player that has been on my payroll for two years. I have been loyal, and when my grass is not doing well, instead of making an analysis and figuring it out, they have turned their backs. In addition, my dog has cancer on its nose and I simply asked for a chemical list to maybe for future eliminate one of the ingredients if that is a prevalent ingredient. They have been no help and act like It s NOT their problem. But they took my money month after month. They had NO problem doing that. They have been no support on my very pathetic lawn with no answer for my abundance of weeks dried out grass and grass that looks depleted.
