After receiving good customer service and a great product, I received an email asking to leave a review... which i did and informed them that i had done so. Since then I have continued receiving a stream of generic emails from them asking for a review.. from feeling valued as a customer I am now getting spammed asking me for a 'favour'!!! - this is a company thats idea of 'social marketing' needs ALOT of work!
