Our HOA has a contract with DLS. They are very responsive and have a good relationship with our members. Locally owned, and a great asset to our neighborhood. The last service we had was a nightmare. They are dependable, responsible and available.

I live in an HOA that uses Diversified Landscape Services (DLS) to provide lawn care. As a resident of the HOA, I have found that DLS provides excellent service with friendly, knowledgeable, competent staff and crew. DLS performs all their scheduled services (mowing, mulching, lawn treatments) as provided in their contract with the HOA, timely and professionally. Their crew is managed at all times by a very good on-site supervisor who works well with the owners of the properties. Individual homeowners will occasionally contract, personally (at our own expense), with DLS for additional services beyond the scope of the HOA contract (weeding, trimming of shrubs and trees, etc) DLS has been fair in pricing and prompt in providing those additional services.

I have lived in Rarity Ridge/The Preserve at Clinch River for over 5 years and love this community. The first two years I lived here, the service was excellent. However, the last 3 years, the service has gone down tremendously. I am not someone who is really picky about things either. The workers work hard when they are there, however I pay for the services and have had to weed my own flower beds, and trim my own bushes the last two years. I've noticed they come about every 10 weeks to mow. In the summer months, this is definitely not acceptable. Once their services improve, I will be glad to write a raving review for this company.
