Completely satisfied with this company. They came out to meet with us to go over our options for some major work we needed done in our backyard. Then they patiently took the time to make changes we wanted and rewrote the quote. Once we finalized our plan, they came out, equipment and all, and completed a project that I thought would take a week, in about two days. Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for landscaping work.
Called and spoke to them on the phone. They made it so easy for me. I haven’t been able to do my lawn myself the past few months due to my pregnancy no games no frustration. They came right out took care of it so that my baby shower went perfectly, thank you so much. You have no idea how appreciative I am. The young lady on the phone was absolutely amazing.
I'd never heard of Capital Landscapes when I found them online, but was desperate to have my lawn aerated for fall overseeding. I'd called 6 businesses for a quote and Capital was the only business to return my call, w/in 24 hrs, and spoke to a very professional woman who took my information and emailed me a quote the next day. The quote was for the exact price of renting an aerating machine (which weighs over 200lbs), and I gladly accepted. They sent a guy over who couldn't have been nicer a few days later, who did my lawn and was very conscientious about cleaning up. I was able to pay my bill online (great service, btw), and the whole experience left me wondering why all services can't be this easy. Could not recommend Capital Landscapes more highly!
Amazing workmanship and attention to detail to clear up your landscaping situation - this company’s employees, Adam and Michael, did an amazing job of putting together a reasonable quote and completed timespan for my small job. The price may seem a bit steep, but the workmanship and levels of care they delve into for the project show why immediately. I am so proud and appreciative of the customer service and follow-up they provided. The photos speak for themselves!
Michael and team did an incredible job transforming our patio and landscaping. From initial consult through the end of the project Capital was efficient, quick and extremely helpful. Our family loves the design Capital came up with and they executed it flawlessly, including accommodating the various changes we asked to be made during the project. The onsite crew were amazing - always working and leaving the job site as if they were never here. Cannot recommend this team more!

I wish I could give 0 stars. The failed to effectively cut my lawn on the first visit. Several areas in my back yard were missed and my back yard was not edged/trimmed around pavers or yard furniture. I reported my concerns including pictures. I was not contacted about my concerns. Week 2 they returned and only cut my front lawn. I called and was told that my rear yard was not cut because my kids car was blocking access to the rear yard. I was at home in addition to my kids so we could have moved the car. The real problem is that I have 2 gates to my rear yard and they could have accessed my rear yard using the other gate. When I informed them of this they claimed they rang my doorbell (I have ring doorbell so not true). When I informed them that I had a second gate and that I was home I was then told that they didn't mow the rear yard because I had excessive dog waste in the yard (also not true). At this point I let them know my total dissatisfaction with the service and I cancelled all future services.

Most of the guys do a great job! Sometimes i get a lazy crew they dont trim . I use them for my rentals as well.

I cant say enough good things about this company! Theyre professional, personable, and prompt. Heres why I say that... Professional - my every interaction with Captial Team was met with a high level of professionalism. Everyone was fantastic -- the office staff, designers and the installation team. Personable - everyone is friendly, patient and they really put the customer first. The owner has done a fantastic job in assembling a world class team. Kudo! Prompt - the most unexpected thing about my experience was how fast they executed my landscape design. I signed the contract and placed a deposit on a Sunday evening and 12 hours later my landscape was transformed. I cant wait to have them back next spring for another project!
Been using Capital Landsape for 3 months now. They do my lawn weekly and charge a very reasonable price. I recently emailed with a complaint that they were skipping on one area of service and immediately got a response that the supervisor would come out himself to take care of it. Thats what I call customer service!

I reached out to Capital Landscapes to help me out in a pinch. The lady that answered the phone was super sweet and very helpful, she took down my info and told me I would receive my lawn mowing quote in my email before end of day. 15 mins later I had the quote, it was very reasonable so I accepted it. They were able to get me on the schedule the next day and the guys that came out to cut were just so professional and made sure that my lawn looked great!

Awarded bid for neighborhood lawn care service. Did a horrendous job early spring, missed areas, etc. rather than take accountability and fix the problem, they quit and left our community with no vendor. Buyer beware, this company is a stay away if you re in the Brighton area!
I called Capital Landscapes at the beginning of the week for a lawn maintenance quote. I see them in my area cutting other lawns and they always do such a great job so I figured I would reach out. The lady that answered the phone, I believe her name is Amanda was such a delight to talk to. She was very helpful with answering all my questions, and just had such a great personality. A few hours later I had a quote in my email for their seasonal lawn maintenance package that was so very reasonable that I didnt hesitate to approve it and sign with them. Since I had signed a little late I expected to be put on next weeks schedule but they were out the NEXT day and did a phenomenal job! So glad I noticed them out in the neighborhood!
I reached out to Capital for lawn mowing as we work too much to maintain it ourselves anymore. The process was so quick and easy. The price was fantastic and once I approved the quote they got me right on to the schedule. Its been a long time since our lawn has looked this fantastic. Now that our lawn maintenance is covered, I think I may have Capital come plant some flowers in the front for me! Amazing company! Definitely recommend!!

Capital Landscapes did a great job. I had surgery and wasn t able to mow my lawn, so I reached out, and they were very responsive to my situation. Came and did a full mowing, edging, and cleanup.
They came out to clean up my fence line removing trees etc. and did an awesome job. They went above and beyond cleaning it up for us and prepping us for a new fence install. I plan on scheduling them for some other services as well!

Owner was awful to deal with, very hard to get ahold of and cancels appointments.
We had them come out to clear some brush and till the area behind our garage. They did a great job clearing and removing the brush, however there is excessive growth from the previous owner of the house that they said they would till out. There is still a ton of surface level growth that wasnt touched, so I called them and let them know. The man said he would come out to inspect last Friday, but didnt knock on the door or communicate that he had been there, I didnt know he came over until I called today. He said that it was tilled, and thats just the quality of work that they do. So we need an actual professional landscaper to come out that will stand behind their work. The price would have been fair if they would have done what was expected, but since they didnt we feel we got ripped off.
Even after sending out a text confirming our appointment time, they never showed up or even called. Completely unreliable and unprofessional.

Do not recommend for tree trimming !! I have massive trees around me and I asked them at the time of the service why they wouldn t take more because it really looked like they were not taking enough to protect my property. they spun something about only dead branches X distance from the house. But it was clearly not thorough even to my untrained eye. large branches fall constantly and after this storm it s absolute carnage. Dozens and dozens of branches, some massive, slamming on my roof, my car, etc. it s extremely uncomfortable and especially aggravating seeing as I paid $800 to prevent this.
Very disappointed with snow removal. We are approaching 24 hours since snow has fallen and still hasnt shown up to plow.

I would highly recommend Capital Landscapes for any outdoor project. Michael and the crew were amazing to work with. Michael came out to provide an assessment and estimate. We received the estimate within a few days and had them build a back patio and landscape beds. We will definitely be using Capital Landscapes for all of our future projects.
