Highly recommend Four Seasons! From meeting with the designer, Brandon, to Jake, Elizabeth, and Yessy turning a concept on paper into beautiful landscaping, I had an excellent experience. The crew was quick, courteous, and professional. The end result of their hard work was amazing, and Brandon took his time answering all my questions about maintenance during the follow up, which is why I ll be having Four Seasons do more work for me in the future!

Very happy with the entire thing. The process, the planning, the execution and the end result. Brandon was incredibly patient with us as we didn t really know what we wanted (yet were also a bit picky). He also went above and beyond, helping us out with subcontractors when we couldn t be at home to provide the guidance they needed. If you want it done right and professionally, Four Seasons and Brandon are a safe bet.

Designer Megan Polfus was easy to work with and patient with us as our moving-in and construction schedules changed, several times! She made creative suggestions and accommodated our ideas and preferences. The installation crew led by Jake was efficient and knowledgeable, answering all our questions as their work progressed. We are very pleased with our new landscaping!

Doing business with Four Seasons was a gr8 experience. The initial home visit by Jarod and viewing his proposed redesign our front yard demonstrated his understanding of our ideas together with his knowledge and enthusiasm for all things landscaping. It was spot on. Through the scheduling and installation process, there were no surprises. Jake, Eli & Jessie showed up on time and were pleasant to work with. Again - no surprises. We are extremely happy with our decision to work with Four Seasons.

I don t think I could recommend Four Seasons enough. Apart from our backyard looking incredible, everyone we worked with was professional, consistent, and made sure we had nothing to worry about. Ivan and Cody worked on the majority of the project, and we were extremely impressed by their efficiency and attention to detail. We also had great communication with Brandon, who oversaw the project and made sure no questions went unanswered. We couldn t be happier with our backyard, and we look forward to working with Four Seasons in the future.

The landscaping for our front yard turned out really well! We have gotten so many unsolicited compliments from our neighbors. Megan really helped us come up with a design that was modern and easy to care for. Daniel and Gerardo did an amazing job implementing the design. The team went above and beyond by cleaning up areas under a couple of trees that were not part of the design but definitely made a difference in the overall look. Definitely would use this team again for future landscaping needs.

Four Seasons did an amazing job on our patio! From the very beginning to the end. Brandon was a great communicator and easy to work with during the planning stages. Adrian and Esvin were two of the hardest workers I ve encountered. They got to our house early, worked the entire day, took care of the work environment and obviously cared very much about the outcome of the patio. Nothing was rushed and it is all very beautiful and precise. We are very happy.

I had landscape design and installation services on my front yard. Both laborers (Adrian and Esvin) were professional and friendly. They also cleaned up the area nicely every evening before they left.

More specifically, Brandon Opperthauser, Landscape Designer & Horticulturist. I vividly remember Brandon s first on-site visit to my home and my admiration of his knowledge of plants. He took copious notes and pictures, and agreed to prepare a landscaping proposal for my home. When we reviewed the proposal, he listened to my input, and the plan was truly a collaborative effort. Brandon is professional and delivers ten-fold on customer service. We continue to take a phased-in approach to addressing my landscaping revisions. I want to give a special shout out to Elizabeth and Jessi, the Formidable crew of two who know how to hold it down! Need I say, small but mighty with an incredible amount of personal strength and beauty. My words of wisdom: regular maintenance is a must do and transformative. Alexandra was very easy to work with on this part. Installation ran smoothly and right on schedule. Ivan and Leo, who headed the installation crew, worked very hard and were extremely pleasant and helpful when I had a small change to make. The entire process was smooth and painless. Four Seasons did a great job from start to finish designing and installing a new hardscape in my backyard and landscaping my front and back yards. I came to designer Brandon asking for help creating a more beautiful and relaxing outdoor space and he not only created a beautiful design but he was available onsite each day reviewing progress, consulting with the crew, and answering any questions. After completing a brief survey we met with landscape designer Lynn Cavanaugh to discuss ideas, options and pricing. She was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful throughout the planning process, and acted as the Project Manager once the work got underway. The continuity she provided along with the consistency of an experienced two man work team (Jose and Mauricio), made the whole 3-week project run smoothly. Lynn and her team did what they said they were going to do; they were responsive to our questions, precise, detail oriented and very well organized - overall wonderful to work with. Brandon and the Four Seasons crew did an amazing job not only transforming our front yard landscaping but also coming up with an installing a backyard plan that worked with our existing sixty foot maple and completely shaded backyard. Four Seasons did our front landscaping late last summer, and now the perennials are in full bloom! Brandon did a spectacular job with the design and everything looks wonderful. One cluster of perennials didn t make it through the winter and Brandon promptly came out and suggested a better replacement for that particular location and they were put in right away. We re very pleased on how everything worked out.

We received excellent service from Four Seasons Garden Center. The estimate/cost of the job was in the same ballpark as the other estimates that we received from other contractors. Megan Polfus worked with us during the entirety of the job. Of all the contractors we received estimates from, she was the only one who really listened to what we wanted and made recommendations that would help in lowering the cost of the job. I highly recommend using Four Seasons Garden Center for any landscaping needs. Adrian and Esvin also did an awesome job installing a flagstone pathway and small fire pit area. They came when they said they would, paid attention to detail, and finished the job as scheduled. They even took leftover sod and patched a spot with dead grass. I highly recommend Four Seasons Garden Center for any landscaping needs!

Alex and the amazing Four Seasons crew were able to take our ideas and design something beautiful, creating not only a backyard we love but an incredible experience overall. I hired Four Seasons to take a boring backyard and make it into a much more desirable outdoor living space. I met with Brandon in advance and was so impressed with how he took the time to listen to what I ideally wanted and how I would use the space. By doing this he was able to help come up with ideas I hadnt even thought of. When the time came for installation, Brandon and his crew were awesome. The crew showed up on-time every morning of the 2-week project, was so respectful of my lawn and my neighbors bordering lawns. They worked their tails off in the extreme heat and got done a couple of days ahead of schedule. Brandon then came out and did a thorough walk-through with me to make sure I was happy and gave me a lot of resources and advice on how to maintain the landscaping and new outdoor space. I have already booked them to do some additional landscaping work in the Spring. Hire them! They are fantastic to work with!

Brandon and the Four Seasons team did a stellar job on our backyard trees and shrubs. Similar to many reviewers on this page, we had little to no botany knowledge or landscape design ability. We had done some landscaping on our own, but couldnt quite get the look and functionality out of our yard we were going for. Brandon came in with a down-to-earth approach, listened, and understood what we wanted. He then patiently explained some excellent ideas he had on the spot. The specific plants and designs he came up with were original, functional, and accomplished all of our goals. We had lots of questions about maintenance, cost, seasonal changes, warranty, transplanting existing plants, and on and on. Brandon patiently and thoroughly answered each of these questions and built trust by following up promptly with calls and emails. Then when it came time to start the work, the Four Seasons crew started and finished on time despite some truly awful weather conditions. Its been a few days since theyve wrapped up and we are 100% satisfied with the plants, the workmanship, design, and follow-up customer care weve received here. For those reasons, I would recommend Four Seasons to anyone looking for landscape design and installation services. Thank you to Brandon and the crew members who worked hard to make our backyard our favorite part of our home.

The place for answers! I highly recommend Four Seasons for all of your interesting landscape needs. We had a unique design problem with steep slope in front of our new home. They came in and worked with us from inception to completion. We are extremely pleased with our front walk. Additionally we used them last year to complete our back patio. Because of the size of my vehicle side parking would have been a problem with traditional installation of pavers. They took the extra time to reinforce the aggregate and sub soil prep allowing additional weight bearing capacity. I can t say enough about their professionalism and willingness to work with us.

Working with Four Seasons, we were able to get the patio that we envisioned. Our neighbor used Four Seasons for a couple of projects and highly recommended them. They are professional, take pride in what they do (no shortcuts), employ extremely talented workers and leave the work site extremely clean and organized. Although we had some issues arise during the project (like any project does), the owner Glen was extremely attentive to our needs. He rectified every single issue addressed and made sure that we were satisfied. It is rare to find that nowadays. As a business owner, Ive had many contractors for other projects over the years and can say with certainty that Glen was the MOST professional and strived to please us with a great end result. Which he absolutely did. Four Seasons is a highly reputable landscaping company that I will definitely use again in the future.

Be very cautious when entering into a retainer with this company. While the quality of their work is historically excellent, the person to person interaction is difficult, combative, and inflexible.

We worked with Keira on designing and installing a patio and walkway in our backyard. We had several specific concerns including poor drainage, limited access, and preserving our existing landscaping. My husband and I were very concerned that the materials, color scheme, and design of our new hardscapes sould reflect our preference for a natural look while fulfilling our requirements. We could not have been happier with the results. Keira came out several times and tweaked the design until we were 100% happy with it. The crews were friendly, skilled, and cleaned up the work site every single day as if it were the last. The crews respected and took care with our existing landscaping and communicated every concern. Even after the work was completed, the office staff followed up and sent out a crew to touch up a couple of very minor problems caused by a hard rain. Everything has been wonderful since the work was completed a couple of months ago. Highly recommended.

I just had my front and back yards landscaped by Four Seasons Garden Center and I love the results! Keira did a wonderful job with the design and shes checked back with me several times to answer questions and check on my plants. Everything was done in the time frame they gave me. I wish I did this years ago!

I would not recommend working with this company. They will not even bid out a project or give you any price point, it is $1000 to have someone come out and look at your property.

Lyn Duffey did an amazing job designing, planning, and overseeing the installation of our new front and side landscaping. We have worked with several landscape companies in the past and Four Seasons is by far and away the best. In addition to the beautiful design, it has been refreshing to work with a landscape company that does what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it. Four Seasons did an amazing job landscaping our lakeside property! Four Seasons installed a rock patio and retaining wall at the lakeshore, a fireplace patio and walkway, a new lush green lawn, and four different garden beds with landscaping that blended native species and hardy perennials to create a cohesive look with unique interest in each area. Both times involved creating a whole new landscape/hardscape front and back. We have received excellent service and have really enjoyed working with the owner, designers and crew. From design to implementation, Four Seasons really helped to bring our vision to reality and simplify the process. What I appreciate the most is that they stand by their work. They worked with us to create the yard space that we wanted for our homes and maintain it year after year. We higly recommend Four Seasons to all of our family and friends.

Four Seasons Designer, Dena Serrato, met with me on several occasions at office and my home to envision possibilities for front walk and wall, and complete back yard design and plantings. Once the design was accepted she recommended materials, plantings, etc. All coordinated with views from windows, seasonal color changes, and more. This was a major job including more than 10 trees, dozens of bushes and dozens more perennial plantings plus flagstone patios, brick walls, and brick walks. Excellent service and very customer-oriented. The crew that did the installation was fantastic. Arrived on time daily. Worked without idling. Cleaned thoroughly each day so all public walks and passages on the property were spic and span. Work was completed on time and according to specifications. I have done major landscaping projects at previous homes. My experienced assessment is that Four Seasons Garden Center & Custom Landscape company and all the staff and contractors who worked on this project are First Class.

Four Seasons Garden Center has always been one of my favorite places. Last year (2014) their designer, Dena Serrato, designed and partially landscaped my small back garden. She did a really wonderful job and accommodated us each time we asked for specific changes. It has transformed a rather ugly non-descript garden into a delightful out door living space. Four Seasons does an amazing job for all of our landscaping needs. We purchased our house a few years ago and the yard was, well, a disaster. There were plants, trees, and flowers everywhere. As our designer, Lynn Cavanaugh, said, There is no design intent! Lynn and her team are highly skilled professionals who take the time to understand how you want to use your outdoor space (including taking into account our dogs needs) first before they start any project. They then present a variety of designs that fit a range of budgets. They truly want you to be happy with the results and feel that you got good value. The project management is excellent. The team keeps you informed every step of the way. At the end of the project, everything is put back perfectly. What I like most is that they blend in the landscaping with the house and existing plants. It looks like it has been there for years instead of looking like new construction or too manicured. Of course, if you want that look they can do that. After the re-landscaping, Four Seasons does all of our maintenance. Its so nice to come home and have a perfect, maintenance free yard! I highly recommend them.

Four Seasons was great to work with! We called Four Seasons and within a week we had an appointment with a landscape designer at our home. Emily listened to our ideas, made suggestions and came back with a beautiful design. Together we made changes and came up with the perfect plan for us. It included a new walkway and porch, lighting, railings, removal of the overgrown landscape and the new landscape. From the first meeting Emily instilled confidence in us. As in every project there are unforeseen issues and each was handled with a smile. We were certain that they would be handled to our satisfaction and they were. The communication was great and the process felt seamless. The landscapers were friendly and always left the project clean. We plan on using them again this summer for our backyard maintenance.

Extremely professional staff! Loved our project manager Emily, she was quick to return emails and phone calls . We used them on our residential project and was so pleased with results that booked them for our commercial building in Troy. They have a large client base (with good reason) so dont hesitate to make an appointment.

We had a wonderful experience working with Four Seasons over the last three years to design and install beautiful landscaping around our home. We started our project with the front yard where Four Seasons suggested an elegant curved brick paver path with steps leading to the front porch. Both sides of the path were decorated with perennial plants and flowers for a low maintenance landscape that pleases us each year. The centerpoint was the flowering dogwood tree that Four Seasons installed. In the following years we asked Four Seasons to create a charming and functional brick paver patio and garden space for our small back yard. In our experience, Four Seasons exceeded our expectations with great designs, flexible options and a very courteous and professional crew. Special thanks to our Four Seasons designer Dena for her careful planning and attention to detail in all phases of our project.

We hired Lynn Cavanaugh of Four Seasons Garden Center. She did an incredible job from start to finish. She took into consideration what we wanted, even though we changed our minds several times, and looked at the specifics of our yard to include deer, sunlight, soil type and moisture. She and her team transformed the appearance of our home dramatically. We hired her in 2013 for the front of our home and again in 2014 to transform the back of our home. I have had a terrible experience - after a huge investment! Issues were not promptly investigated - poor quality plants - poor plant suggestions in landscape design. I regret working with them.
