The crew showed up early on the scheduled day, and did a good job on the lawn. They also did a good job cleaning up the grass clippings on the driveway and sidewalks. The price was reasonable too.

I hate to leave a less than stellar review, but this is a true reflection of my experience. We have been a client of Antonio s for several seasons and supported ARLS since the early years of his business. Service was satisfactory until this season when it took an unfortunate dive. We recently parted ways with ARLS due to numerous changes to our scheduled service day, several billing errors, and the final straw was our gates being left open way too many times, resulting in our three dogs getting loose. Thankfully they were never hit by a car, but our pet s safety is of paramount importance to us. We tried to be accommodating to their schedule changes, but the last change was not communicated to us nor were we given the courtesy of a heads up. Which leads to the problem with their messy billing. I was told if I put a credit card on file, there would never be a billing error. However when the service day changes from week to week, there was no way to know when we would be charged, so that simply did not work for us. For a company who was not only cutting our grass but providing pet waste removal, it seems common sense to secure gates upon departure. Our gates were left open several times, despite repeated requests to close the gates. We gave them another chance after the inconvenience of numerous schedule changes and billing headaches, and the very next service day our gates were left open. We simply cannot employ a service who does not respect our property and puts our pets safety at risk. I feel a responsibility to share our experience with other potential clients, especially if you have pets or expect your gates to be closed. I wish we had received the 5 star experience so many others have enjoyed, however the service we received was anything but.

I appreciate the timeliness of their communication and the fact that they stick to the agreed schedule. They do a good job and even though we had some yard art up for our son s birthday, they were able to work that area without damaging the signage.

Cancelled first appointment, then requested pics of my landscaping project the night before they were due to come out for the 2nd appointment. They then tried to reschedule the 2nd appointment and push it to a late date. Dont waste your time with this company. Getting an estimate is harder than pulling teeth!

Very respectful and good customer service

This is my second season using A.R. Lawn Service, and I couldn t recommend them enough! They keep my yard looking great, and they re always professional and on time.

I believe in supporting small businesses, so when I realized I wouldnt have time this year to do what I wanted, I decided to give them a try. Called them with relatively short notice for aeration and some light clean up. I was A little late with the clean up schedule but they gladly referred me to another friend. The came and did the aeration and left my property immaculate. If I hadnt already started fertilizing, I would Have given them the opportunity. Depending on how far they go, I am considering recommending them to my mother in Chicago! Overall very happy thus far.

Could not provide the service I needed

AR did a decent job of cutting the grass. I supported this business while he was still in high school. Price went from $17 to $32 within one season. One time I paid extra for yard clean up but the leaves were just blown against the fence and not cleaned up.

When my elderly father fell ill, A.R Lawn Service was willing to mow a very over-grown lawn and get the yard back into shape. They communicate clearly using their website on when their dates of service change and payments are handled through simple and easy invoicing on the site. We will be renewing our service for the 2023 year as we were quite happy with the service we have received.

Professional, courteous, let you know if circumstances prevent them from cutting the lawn on day that they were scheduled (Weather) and the day when they will be over to accomplish the lawn maintenance.
