This was our first time using you guys as our lawn care provider and my impression of the first cut was not what was not what I expected after looking at pictures when I was reading about you. It was a rush job,the area underneath my trees was not cut but the outside was. My backyard was a rush cut and when I said to blow off the concrete...I didn't mean for the weeds to be blown onto my grass. I understand it was hot ... we're not looking for perfection...but we expect our yard to be a reflection of the core values you presented to your employees after hiring them. First time not satisfied...next time we will be looking for better...would you want your yard to look somewhat cut...we want to continue our relationship with you...but the man or men who came here will cost you our business real early in this business agreement....overall not satisfied with the work done at my home
We are new to using Augusta but I was immediately impressed! They are very thorough and paid a lot more attention to things I didn’t expect. They guys I’ve met so far have been extremely professional and kind.
First mowing visit and better than I expected. Entire job was fast and thorough. Yard is recovering from last years drought so some bare spots but looks better after their cut. Did a great job edging.
I've been using them for a few months now. They are very good about keeping the schedule and showing up on time. I'd like to fax that they usually finish pretty quickly, however sometimes a bit too quickly. Occasionally they will miss a little patch of grass or forget to blow the patio and driveway after they are done cutting and weed eating. Overall I would say I'm satisfied but they could tighten up a little bit on the details
I was very pleased and impressed with the job Augusta did at our Condo complex. Although the lawn was long and shaggy (had not been cut in a month), Augusta did a great job of cutting, edging, and blowing off. I was especially impressed with how neatly they mowed around the oleander plants. Thanks for the great job!

Augusta service was the best. Caleb did a great job on our lawn the first time by himself, and then he and another team member did my whole yard in less than we 30 minutes each time after. Everything was neat and just like I wanted. Super professional and willing to answer questions. I would highly recommend.
Jonah Howell and Caleb Ramsey showed up at a timely hour! They were both very professional and listened to what I needed done, especially on the back side of my property. They did the job though and professional. I would highly recommend August Lawn Care Service to others in need of lawn maintenance and or lawn cut.

Came a day late and did not weed eat in between my neighbor and I at all.Blade was dull so my grass was chopped up. Bad service. 0 stars!!

Very corrupt. Gave me a low ball estimate. Cut my lawn several times then sent me a bill for 4 times the estimate. double billed me several times and couldnt get them to reverse charges. I canceled my service with them and hired someone else and they showed up anyway and charged me again.
