Pioneer Tree Service did phenomenal work cutting down a very large old growth maple tree. Unfortunately the tree had a fungal infection, decay and root rot so it needed to come down. They came to our rescue when a large limb from the tree crashed onto our roof, the arborist Caleb and his crew meticulously removed the limb sparing nothing to get the limb down safely & securely. Watching them work in their very, precise and professional manner, instilled great confidence in me knowing I made an excellent decision to hire them for the jobs. I highly recommend calling Pioneer Tree Service for all your tree/arborist needs. I will definitely use them when our other old growth trees need trimming. Excellent work today by Evan, Darien, and Richard. Wind-sailed 75ft fir , Removed completely 60 ft locust, Trimmed Madrona, Removed 60 ft fir, Cleaned up branches all done safely.

Pioneer did a great job taking care of our grass in the front, undergrowth in the back, and adding some nice rings for our trees. Local, courteous, timely, couldn't ask for anything else.

The customer service from Pioneer was next level. I had already contacted another company and was told they'd be out when they could. With an overgrown yard and a toddler I didn't have time to wait, after giving the other company a week and half. Pioneer called and setup an appointment for someone to get me a quote the next business day. They came out, and got the quote to me same day, and were able to schedule the work the same week. They were in contact with me the whole time answering any questions I had and did an amazing job getting my yard in shape.

Caleb and his crew removed and trimmed trees for our Condo association as well as for the homeowners. True professionalism, Caleb explained everything in detail to me before the work began. During the process, I found some limbs going over my fence that we haven't discussed. When he was finished with the labor we discussed, he and I spoke about it the limbs and Billy and Ryan chopped those limbs and went above and beyond to clean that up for me for a price $. I was so happy, I offered them tomatoes from my garden and they picked the tomatoes them selves and ate them right there. Really good group. I will do business with Pioneer Tree Services from now on, to do the things I need done. I appreciate a great business like that in this town.
