Brian was clearly the best,, a favorite in the area by all accounts. He came to our place on time; looked it over (it's a big job, $30-$50K), listened to wife's ideas & had some great ones of his own that we really liked. He promised to have a plan "By Monday or Tuesday next week." Almost 8 weeks later we're still waiting for it. He told us several times, "It's coming tomorrow," & now lately: "I sent it to your email." Several times. No plan or quote, yet, however. Not sure I'd trust him to do the work, now. Would he even show up after we hired him?
