Left trash on every mailbox on our street, can't even afford a stamp, definitely can't afford to do a good job. Edit: Now they've left a snarky reply despite violating solicitation and littering laws. Trashy!!! It isn't my responsibility to subsidize your failing business, stop littering in Palos Heights. Also if you look up their HQ, it looks like a Scooby Doo ghost town, I'd steer clear of these folks.
This company is a major liability. They should have their business license revoked. Their drivers are extremely reckless. I spoke to the driver about this once already. They climbed the NEIGHBORS shed and roof to trim their clients bushes WITHOUT permission. They justified their actions because they didn't have a ladder. Per usual they were dangerously speeding on Halloween with a street full of kids. (Another neighbor had to call the police on them) and then they were texting or something while driving as shown in pictures on Halloween with kids in front of them. I've tried to contact their office continuously for a week and no one answers phones. Stay far away.
I used this landscaping company for lawnmowing and fall cleanup last year as the previous owners already used them and it was midway through the season when I moved in. They cut down 3 beautiful bushes in my front yard without asking me or even telling me they did it. I had to call them several times and it wasn't acknowledged until this year. I gave them the option to do landscaping again this year, if they replaced the 2 bushes and were able to do full landscaping as well. We signed a contract and they started. They came for spring clean up and were supposed to mow and edge the yard, weed all beds, replant two of the bushes they cut down last year, and generally clean up the yard from the winter. This is all in writing. They left weeds in the beds, didn't plant the two bushes, there are now weird holes in my lawn, they left my hose out across the yard, and then had the audacity to act like I was asking for too much on contracted work. Do not use this company unless you want them to destroy your yard and then leave it that way.
We've now used three brothers landscaping for over a year and the team does phenomenal work. While slightly less expensive than our last lawn care company, the team approach to our property has taken our lawn and garden to the next level. We really appreciate their diligent work.
This company was very professional, knowledgable, and prompt to respond to any questions. The team worked well together to provide efficient and beautiful landscaping results. Their costs are fair and reasonable. Definitely exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend them and would use their services again if I ever had the chance.

The landscape crew is courteous and take pride in their work. Best of all they are consistent workers. The crew exceeded my expectations.

Sub par service. Tore up the lawn and left gouge marks from their wheels on multiple occasions. Left patio with lawn clippings all over. Damaged figurine. If you address concerns with them they dont take any responsibility for damages.

We have used Three Brothers Landscaping for over 20 years. We always have a great crew of guys doing the work, always on the day if the week we prefer and always doing an excellent job.
Contacted Three Brothers to come out and give me an estimate on repairing my lawn. Me an a employee scheduled for him to come out on June 15th. He came out, we talked and I gave him some ideas. He understood and said he would send me an estimate in about a week. He explained that he was low on manpower and trust me I get it. The pandemic has turned things upside down. But we are looking at almost a month here and I ve called and sent emails with no response at all. I would have much rather him to tell me he couldn t do it.
This company said they will be able to remove our over grown landscape, come up with ideas for a new design, and implement that design in August of 2021. A representative came out in May or June to discuss our needs, but we have not heard a word from them since then. We shall see how responsible this company is. Stay tuned.
Carol and Bob K. Orland Park My wife and I were extremely happy with every aspect of our landscaping project. Overall they do an excellent job and we have referred them to several neighbors. Where they fall short is on their replacement guarantee. At the completion of the installation, I explained to them that wife is allergic one type of plant that attracts bee stings. They agreed to replace them. Since then we have several other plants that need replacement. First few calls were very positive and they confirmed that they would get to it before year end. After almost 1/1/2 years they are not returning our calls. Too Busy I Guess ! Two days after posting the above I received a call from the the project manager apologizing for the situation and assured me that he would take care of things next week. Well it been 7 weeks and I have not seen or heard from them. Now it almost two years of promises. O Well.

I have had Three Brothers take care of all of my landscaping and lawn maintenance for more than 10 years. They ar are very reliable and prompt about anything I needed.
