First year with TeeTime. Had the winterization and 2 applications so far. Very happy with the service and communication. Very detailed when explaining what was applied and what to expect. Very happy with the service we have received. When I first called and inquired what they do I had probably a 45 minute conversation and I felt sure after that that we wanted to try TeeTime. I Very glad I did excellent customer service!!!

Will not do any business with company that has service rep that do no listen and speak in a rude tone to the customer. I checked and saw that they got only 2.1 out for 5 in BBB - no wonder!

I almost gave up on my weed infested dry brown lawn. We tried Tee Time Lawn Care and it made the weeds less of an issue. By the end of the season the good grass was gaining ground. Now the grass is thick and dark green. The guys that do the applications are ready to answer any questions or my concerns. Keep up the good work.

Great service, not pushy, on time and professional

For the past few years we had used another lawn care service, S-G. Being a service which isn t year round and not at the top of my mind I continued to forget that their customer support had the personalities of a one week old dead Walleye in addition to seeing absolutely zero benefit from their products. After canceling their services (and receiving their emailed confirmation) for close to two months I received their plan for our property regarding the upcoming year. I sent another email advising I had told them to kick rocks and sent over their confirmation email to prove to them that yes, I despise you people. My neighbor had been using Tee-Time and had always seemed extremely satisfied. I now know why. Tee-Time is timely, efficient, their products are a huge benefit to our lawn and most of all from the customer care to the technician they are all extremely kind and easy to get along with.

Ive been using Tee Time Lawn Care for many years. They always call a day ahead of time to let me know when an application is due. The techs are careful with my property and will stop and answer questions about the application and are responsive to special requests regarding problems I may have in a particular area of my lawn. After they are finished they blow off the sidewalks and driveway with a leaf blower. You can pay per application or receive a generous discount for paying for the whole year up front.

They do great work at a fair price.

I enrolled with Tee Time last year. At first I was skeptical, but I have to admit my lawn looks great. I was interested in the mole and vole control. For 2023 I enrolled in the Tee to Green program with GUARANTEED mole prevention. I am pleased with the treating of the yard, but I had moles and still do. Not one thing was done to treat the issue. I am on the fence as to whether or not I want to continue with the company as nothing was done when there was obvious activity in the yard when the yard was treated throughout the year nor was it noted on any of my work receipts...

This company allows me to require verbal confirmation before my lawn is treated. This helps both of us, as I can be sure lawn is mowed and cleared of any debris before they treat. Staff is friendly, and appears knowledgeable.

I ve been using them since mid 2000 and the only problem I ve had was administrative which this year has finally been worked out making me extremely happy. They call letting me know when my treatment is scheduled, which is very helpful. It allows me to push it back if conflicts with yard guy. All the service personnel that come to the house that I have interacted with have all been professional. The staff at customer service have always been polite and answered all inquiries I ve ever had. They do seem to have a large turn over in sales personnel and when I ve called for a service, didn t get a return call from the person I spoke with, but added it the next year with a another new person (they all seem to be in the learning phase, which is ok if they follow through). Overall I get the service requested/paid for.

But, in 2022 they started charging me $78 extra and would never explain what it was for, and now they re charging me interest on it! What? I ve called them numerous times but all they do is yell and say I need to pay or they ll report it to collections! This is not how you treat a recurring customer! I will no longer give them my business and I caution anybody who does!!

110% DO NOT use this company. Being a former employee I can tell you that no tech is trained or licensed. They have no sort of pesticide test or safety procedures whatsoever. If you can walk, they will hire you and send you out to treat lawns without any experience. Techs would have to take over responsibilities of mangers because they were too lazy. They took money out of my paycheck without explanation. I was sent to Plainfield for a week with a coworker and was told we would be reimbursed for food. We were never reimbursed and never paid for the 8 hours of drive time. I quit two days into the new pay period, working 16 total hours between those two days, and never received pay. I even have screenshots of text messages from a manager telling me to illegally sign a name on an paycheck they gave me. Use literally any other lawn care company, because this one is terrible.

Technion left a bill in my mailbox and left. I checked my cameras to see if any service was done and there wasnt any done but yet he left me a bill. When i called the office the manager acted like i was lying. I told him time after time cameras dont lie. The manager still insisted he did the work. I even said there was no evidence of fertilizer on my lawn. The manager still tried to say it was done. So i finally said screw it cancel my service with you. I will never recommend teetime to anyone anymore and also i will tell this to as many people as i can in the ofallon area.

Started with Tee Time in Fall of 2019 with aeration,seeding. With 3 treatments of 7 done this year so far and our lawn looks great! Much improvement! Responsive to doing spot treatment of weeds.

We ve always been happy with their service. We have time to do it ourselves but they do such a great job that we have kept them for many years. We receive a lot of compliments on our pretty yard.

I have received 3 calls from Tee Time Lawn Care. Every time they call me I ask to be added to their Do Not Call List. They continue to call. I am on the National Do Not Call list as well. Please do not support this business. After posting this review I received another phone call from Tee Time. This time they are begging me to take down the review. After about a year, Tee Time replied claiming I have been removed from their database yet when I check email spam folder I see an email from them nearly every day.

I have used Tee Time for years and I noticed that my weeds were not being treated although I have been getting charged for months. I have been working from home due to COVID so I decided the next time they come I would observe. I watched the guy do a figure eight in the front part of my yard like he was in the Indy 500 and not treat the majority of my yard nor the weeds. He spent the 10 minutes max he was at my house loading/unloading his spreader and putting gas in it because it ran out. I called Tee Time to give them a chance to make it right and the representative took the position that if we missed a few spots we can come back that was my best technician failing to even acknowledge what I witnessed essentially calling me a liar. If that is your best technician I can see why you are getting the reviews they are getting. When I called I was open to having them come back out or adjusting my bill however after receiving the response I did, I communicated that I would take my business elsewhere. The rep seemed pleased with my decision. Never use these people again.

There is no way the positive reviews are from real customers. First time out they didnt fertilize half my yard. Second time was unbelievable joke. He did a figure 8 in the yard and left. This company is no better than they were a few years ago. I dont think the guy has ever fertilized a yard before in his life. Lazy office managers need to get off their @ss and get out and supervise. Should not have summer hire kids doing lawn fertilizing which no zero about lawns. Should of never left the other company. Stay away So according to the company they are giving me back only $49 of the $200 I paid of the 4 applications. I only got 2 applications. 1st time they only did half the backyard. I had them come back out. The 2nd time he did a figure 8 in the back yard and didnt even do the fence in portion. I paid TG $100 to come out to fix their mess. I dont see why I only got $49.

Just witnessed their business truck driving through stop signs, driving at least 65mph in a 40mph zone and almost rear ending other vehicles. If this is any reflection of their business, I d look elsewhere.

Tee Time Lawn Care is horrible. Their applications do not treat weeks at all. Their customer service is terrible. They aerated my sons 2 year old lawn and destroyed the sod. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Tee Time has to be the best lawn care in the St Louis area. I have been using them for several years now and I really appreciate the fact if I have a problem outside of my normal applications they drop by and take care of the issue - such as the late summer pop-up of Nutsedge.

Tee Time Lawn Care has done a excellent job with consultation (thanks Dalton!), applications and discounts for several years now. Ive had to change lawn service companies in the past because they have always burned my lawn during the hot and dry season. Also, other companies did not use all organic applications. My lawn has never looked better.

3/26/2019 I do hate to write this, but I feel it needs to be shared. We needed to get our lawn serviced with moles and a little seeding, we did speak to some guy who said he was a manager on the phone over this past weekend. He was very nice and talked a good sell to us about what he felt we needed and what he could do for us, he was even going to put our lawn in as ASAP, to get us started, part of the deal was to call before they came, due to the fact that we have a dog and I work from home. I cant just drop my calls with clients to answer a door and that was suppose to be put into the account, CALL FIRST. I had to race down the stairs to see who was at my door as I needed to begin work fairly soon, how inconsiderate of this company to not call as requested and it was suppose to have been put into the account, ASAP account, call first and all the treatments and seeding. Well, today, 3.26.2019, a guy shows up at my home, a NEW EMPLOYEE, he told me to just fertilize my yard, no mole treatment???? I had the employee call his work and there were several conferenced employees and the GM (??), was rude and uncaring and told his employee, tell her we will have to get back to her and you have to move on, you have other things to do today. REALLY??? I overheard him, what a jerk! This place has no concern for NEW business, customer appreciation and they LIED!! And heaven help you if you have to deal with Jess, she is totally rude!! I dont need to start doing business with any company that is this incompetent to handle their part of the arrangements!!! I will look at a more responsible company... this one failed!!

I needed to update my original review from 3.2019. Prior to the companies response and trying to lay blame on just their technician, the company sent me a message trying to get me to change or remove my review and if I did they offered me $50 to $100 off of their services, LOL!!! You have got to be kidding! I did not even respond to their message to me and now they wrote this response, it was the GM that was rude and Jess the CSR, the technician that was new, did nothing wrong, he was there to do the job he was sent to do and that is it. Wow, this company is getting worse and worse as they move on. I read more of the reviews on this company, it seems they run this business passing the buck on taking ownership, from the GM that spoke to me on the telephone a month ago. And the comment - we hope to serve me in the future, ha!, I dont do business with companies like this one, forget it!!!

I had used Tee Time for 3 or 4 years and never had a real issue with them. Yes, they call you a lot to sell extra treatments, but they were never too pushy. Fast forward to the fall of 2018. They were scheduled to come out and aerate and seed the yard like they did every year. So the tech comes and starts to aerate and seed. Now the ground was already soft from previous days rain. It starts to rain while he is getting started. He gets the back yard done and has left ruts from the tire tracks. He goes to the front yard and starts doing it. He hits the cover of the water meter that sticks up out of the ground and blows a tire on the aerator. The tech does what he can to get that heavy piece of equipment out of the lawn, but in the process he makes quite of few ruts and in several places tears the grass and dirt completely out. He comes to the door and explains to my wife what had happened. This is where it turns ugly. I come from and call them to ask what they are going to do to fix this. Im told they will leave a message for the manager and have call me. No call back. I call back after a couple weeks and get the same response. No call back. This goes on until late November when Im told that it is now to late to do anything because it has gotten too cold and would have to wait until spring to get it taken care of. Now mind you I have not paid them the $150 for the job. I told them when my lawn was repaired I would gladly write them a check. So spring comes and I get more of the same run around. I finally call them and tell them I wont be paying the bill at all and I am going to contact the BBB. Suddenly, the manager is available to speak with me. He tells me that there have been some circumstances beyond his control that have prevented them from taking care of the issue. He agrees to come and meet me to discuss the problems and will bring dirt, seed, and sod to repair the lawn. He comes out at the end of March 2019. I show him all the issues and he says he will fill in the holes with dirt and seed. I asked about the sod and he explains he was unable to get any, but would come back it later that week. I told that when he brings the sod back I would give him a check to lay for the service. It is now May 6th, 2019 and I have not heard or seen him yet. I called a couple of weeks ago and was told he was in a meeting, but they would have him call when he got out. No call back again. I think I have been more than patient with them and Im done. Needless to say I wont be paying that bill because Ill take them to court first. They can just write this one off. I have also switched lawn companies. I guess they would have been okay had I never had an issue. Very poor for what is supposed to be a customer service oriented company.

I called Tee Time Lawn Care this morning prior to them opening, left a message and was called as soon as they opened. Kimberly Green called me back and very quickly got my questions answered and my problem resolved. Kimberly is one of the finest individuals I have every had the pleasure of speaking with at Tee Time. Couldnt believe when one of their representatives called after my 2nd treatment just to check and make sure I was happy with the results so far. Was very pleased with results the first year. Technicians seemed to be less proficient after that. Was told that weeds were just particularly bad last year. Last straw was when the tech left our rear gate open and our dogs ran away. Our call was not returned about the incident but they were definitely calling when it was time to get paid.

Would not recommend this company to anyone. I started using them early this spring and have had several treatments to rejuvenate my yard. The first treatment was great. It had gotten rid of a lot of my crabgrass. However, since then I have not noticed any change in my yard, in fact the yard now looks worse than when I started treatments. I have noticed since the first treatment that there are still weeds all over my yard. I was told when I signed up that I would receive free service calls if I noticed any weeds after the treatment. I have called now a couple weeks in a row for service calls and have not heard back when told they would expedite a technician out to spray. I called to cancel my services today and was forced to pay for this months spray even though it had done absolutely nothing to my yard. Extremely disappointed with my service from this company.

For greener healthier lawn

Had Tee Time come out for the very first application and they broke the tip off of the vinyl fence post clear off. Cannot be repaired (unless glued). NO RESPONSE from the company. TERRIBLE.

I have used T-Time for over five years now. They REALLY do a good job and my lawn looks so good. Not every tech does a perfect job - were all human! But whenever Ive had an issue or a problem, their service representatives have been extremely polite and they have sent someone to take care of any issues that I may be experiencing. I wouldnt think of using anyone else and Ive referred them to several neighbors and friends.

Tee Time has lovingly taken care of our lawn for the last 5 years and I couldnt be happier. My lawn looks better than my neighbors & their products are environment friendly, which our dog also appreciates!

I held my herbicide applicators license for about 5 years working as a groundskeeper and hired tee time this year to take care of my lawn as I dont have much time anymore. My lawn is in the worst shape it has ever been in after a very mild summer. They have consistently came out and serviced the lawn without applying weed control. I wait to see weeds curl and discolor and it does not happen. I had a service call 2 weeks ago, they did not flag the lawn and once again zero evidence of any weed control being used. I literally have more weeds in my lawn than I have ever had. I have sprayed weeds professionally before and continually see no evidence of any weed control being applied to the lawn all summer. Its embarrassing as my neighbors use other services and have weed free lawns. Broadleaf weeds, crabgrass, nutsedge have been present all summer without any control. Now Im getting chickweed popping up as temps drop. I could not be any more dissatisfied with the service.

I had a complaint because my lawn had a lot of weeds. It may have been because the initial application was done with the ground still partially frozen. Emailed with Kimberly Green and she got someone to come out and individually spray each weed in my lawn. Can t ask for better than that. This was the first time I had a problem in the 4 or 5 years I ve used Tee Time, and they responded. I ll be using them again next year.

We have had Tee Time service our yard for several years. We were first connected because they provide organic products. We continue to have them keep our yard in prime condition because of their staff and their service. The folks at Tee Time are very easy to work with, helpful and prompt. I recommend them to everyone.

Called. No call back. Forget them

Called to have aeration and Seeding done for fall. They came out and threw seed in my yard. Called back to find out why it wasn t aerated and they claim I told them it was too expensive. I never said such a thing as I asked for a quote for both since it s fall and that s what you do! Plus they told me it would be in a few weeks when it was cooler and they came the extra day when it was 90!

We have used T-Time Lawn Care on several houses over many years. They have done quality work and were always quick to respond and address any issues in a satisfactory manner. The office is professional and focussed on the customer. Highly reccomended.

Terrible service. I caught them multiple times completely SKIPPING service on my back yard. (And had friends with similar experiences in the same neighborhood). They always came back when I called them out on it, but ridiculous. The final straw was when they completely skipped the AERATION of my back yard!! I dont understand how the service can be so terrible to expect me not to use my eyeballs and see they clearly skipped 70% of my yard --- its not difficult to tell if a yard has been aerated or not! Almost laughable. Dont waste your time or money.

Have had them service my yard and I was not seeing the result so went ahead and cancelled the service but they however came and did the treatment twice so I called them and did let them know about the service I did not authorized. Now after a year they are calling and harassing me saying I owe them for that service. I have tried to explained them nicely that I don t owe for that since I did not authorized that service. They keep asking me the date I cancelled, how am I supposed to have that recorded , wasn t it their responsibility?? They keep saying they have my second call only on record when I called them to let them know. So to keep this short if you are not happy with their service and are cancelling do have them in written or ask the persons name, the date and time you called and keep it safe because you might get call after a year saying you owe them and if you cannot provide them with the time and date then you will be getting their call every week until you pay.

Been with Tee Time for 4 or 5 years. Grass & weed & varmint control is a slippery slope in this STL area. Have had 3 different companies in past 10 years. Have stayed with Tee Time the longest. No one is perfect but Tee Time tries the hardest of the three.

Exceptionally pleased with the knowledge and genuine conversation the sales dept rep provided in addressing my lawn care needs. Customer service did a great job as well.

I used Tee Time for a couple of applications. They stripped my lawn with the first fertilizer application. Evidently their technician wasted trained very well. Not sure they ever applied weed control. Got nothing but excuses when I called to complain. I fired them. I was surprised when they emailed me a bill recently. Haven t used them in a year and the account was settled before I fired them. Evidently they try to con past customers with fraudulent billing. Other reviewers have had the same thing happen to them. Not a reliable lawn service company to deal with. The Better Business Bureau will catch up with them soon, unless they go belly up first.

Tee Time signs you up for automatic billing without your knowledge and then continues to harass you for yard service you never should have received in the first place. DO NOT even think about using this company, and search for someone reputable.

This is based on service provided from initial/follow up phone contact. I was contacted by Jason last month, in response to Thumbtack request to remove overgrowth of weeds, vines and shrubbery. He was very responsive to what I was needing and what the company could do; understanding it was only a one time need he did not push me to do more than I wanted and offered exceptional price for treating lawn. I recontacted him and he again took time to cover thoroughly what would be done, there was no change in pricing or no contract commitment/one at a time basis with one free followup and potential for 3rd treatment if needed at same pricing. There did seem to be lack of cohesiveness between those in field and office personnel; was called wrong name and given a husband I didnt have and quoted wrong address, when I was transferred to lady who was to obtain contact/scheduling information. Awaiting appointment for first treatment and chalking that up to just a busy day.

Damaged trees from drift. Tore up sprinkler system. Poor customer service wouldnt have them back!

Look I did order service from Tee time at this property I live in Glen carbon and my family has only used tee time back in like 2013 and the name on the invoice wasnt anyone we k own so here is the issue treated my lawn killed my yard killed damaged 2 trees killed flowers and my yard is now bare so wasnt spose to be on my property and killed 5 thousand to 10 thousand dollars worth of stuff I am contacting my attorney cause I call up there and they wont do business with me and hang up the boss Brandon says F off real mature business. Also they are not licensed as of today I know of for inside pest which means they are not spose to spray on your foundation of your home if Im not mistaking

My yard has been treated by Tee Time for 2 years. The first year it was okay. This summer my yard has been overrun with various kinds of weeds, while some of the grass has been killed. The weeds are really flourishing, while my grass looks pretty bad. There are spots in my yard that looked fine before the last treatment, but once the technicians were done large spots of dead grass appeared. I talked with a manager and he basically blamed me for my yards problems because I chose not to use their aeration/overseeding. I wish I could provide pictures, but this site wont let me. My yard would be a warning poster to NOT USE TEE TIME. I have ended my relationship with Tee Time and will be utilizing another company starting next month.

The service was good.

First off, everybody I have spoken with at Tee Time is extremely nice. The only problem is the service. This was my first year with Tee Time and even though my lawn looks horrible, I was willing to give them until the end of next year. That is until I schedule my aeration and over-seed. After three weeks I finally called to see what the hold up was and I was put on a hold due to payment I did not know I owed. That is bad for business. Follow up: After being convinced of the mole treatment, just had a mole ravage my yard. $59 x 4 treatments = complete waste

I hired Tee Time to do my winterization and my fall aeration and overseeding for my lawn as I had bare patches. The lawn this year has the exact same bare patches as before, what a waste of my money. I am so disappointed. I will be trying a different lawn company this year and we will see if there are better results, but I definitely know they will not have worse results!

Tee time had try to maintain my yard for a couple of years. They basically just pick up a check giving a Very bad service. Please think twice before using them. I rate them very poor.

I think Tee Time does a very good job. Ive had them for 6+ years and have had no problems with service, billing, or rude sales people. They do sell a lot of products and they do call you and let you know about their products. You can ask them to not call if youd like. Ive actually tried a few of the products that I didnt think I needed and over time Ive realized that I did need to re-seed my lawn and that I did need to treat the lawn for grubs. Tee time calls me the day before they will be at my home. I work from home so I get to see them apply the product. Any lawn company will tell you that weeds will come back every 6-8 weeks if not treated. Even the DIY sprays say to apply every 2 months. Thats why Tee Time recommends 7 treatments. I tried doing fewer treatments and noticed the weeds. My neighbor and I attempted to buy all of the lawn treatment materials and do the work ourselves but found that Tee Time was cheaper. FYI if you pay your bill in full at the beginning of the year they give you a 10% discount which is nice.

I have been a customer of Tee Time for only 3 months. Already I have noticed there salespeople must be paid on commission and attend different training sessions. I have had 3 different salesmen contact me pitching different types of services and treatments. For example: seed/over-seeding, grub control, mole control, 7 step. My biggest complaint is the complete lack of communication with this company. I signed up for the seeding after I was promised it would be done this past March. No one bothered to call to let me know they overbooked themselves and i needed to reschedule for the fall. (this would not have been such a big deal but half my yard is dead due to a fungus last year). I spoke to one salesman that wanted me to sign-up for the 100% guaranteed mole treatment that would get rid of there food source (the grubs) and they would place poison traps, and they would remove all of the dead moles. (this guy was in my yard for 40 minutes). I just go off the phone with a third salesperson that tried to sell me the grub control service. I asked her if this was the same as the mole control. Here reply was we dont offer a mole control. I have always been told grubs are the moles primary food source. She politely told me i was wrong. Earth worms she said. She finished by saying that Tee Time can guarantee the grub control but not the elimination of moles. So, be careful. On the other side i do give them credit for attempting to save my business. I just hope they can follow through with that promise.

Their service is awful!! Terrible!! They destroyed my lawn, because theyre techs are not licensed by the state to do their job! If you read the good reviews they were posted by the company!! Just look at the date Jan 7 2011. They are not open for the season until February!! So run away from this company, please dont make the mistake so many before you have!!!!!!!!

Had a saleman stop by my new home after he noticed my yard needed some TLC. I had been working hard to elimnate the Johnson grass that had over taken about 65% of the yard. His pitch was this company could eliminate the Johnson grass with one application. Since I had been having similar results and just lacked the time to finish, I hired Teetime to complete the job. About a week later, a nice technician came out to complete the task but informed my wife that the yard would need a minumum of about 6 applications. Hence my wife called Teetime to discuss and was told shed hear back from a manager (Michael). He never called, so when the bill arrived I dutifully completed the comments section detailing my dissatisfaction with what I believed to be mis-representation by the original saleman. We heard nothing until about month later when another sales rep called the house to inform my wife that I had signed up for the Teetime lawn care program. I had not done so, and clearly indicated again our displeasure with the original service and now our displeasure with the assertion I had signed up for further service. My only phone conversation with the company was on the night of the original sales pitch and then only to confirm the one time Johnson grass treatment. So based one my experience, I caution anyone considering Teetime to listen carefully to any discussion you may have regarding service and beware of what I feel is a bait and switch tactic. Coincidently, the single treatment did not work hence I continued the Fertilome Crabgrass treatment which did. Update: Since this original input, weve received two more phone calls regarding continued service as part of my signing the company as my lawncare provider. This despite directing the company reps to remove us from the call list. Interestingly enough, one conversation was with a manager who first identified himself as Chuck only to later refer to himself as Jeff, Chuck - Jeff (or whatever his name may be) informed us he cannot remove us from the system. Hence I expect this will continue. One more point of fact, I did file a Better Business Bureau complaint regarding this incident.
