I ve had Archway for several years. Prior to their service my grass was awful looking and not in good shape. Since using them for the yearly treatments and cutting it s changed dramatically from not so nice looking to plush green grass that looks great. Highly recommend them.

Archway Lawncare does a great job with 6 lawn treatments a year. When they come I get a detailed email with what was applied and any instructions for me. I don t have to pay annually as they auto deduct after each visit. I have also had them plug and seed before.

Archway does a great job of mowing, trimming, and fertilizing our lawn. We have been using them for 10 years. and they are very dependable. The office is responsive when I ask for extra care with something.

I would give them excellent however, Ive been a customer for over a decade, maybe 2 decades, They used to cut my grass on Thursday. Somehow I got booted to Mondays, I have parties on weekend and grass is really high by time of party. They refused to change me due to what is best for them not the long term customer.

Since partnering archway Several years ago, my grass has never been greener and more weed free. Several of my neighbors have engaged the services since then.

We have been a client of Archway Lawn Care since the spring of 2018. DESIGN LANDSCAPING The first project was on our new construction home in Charlestowne Crossing Subdivision in St. Charles MO. Brett had suggestions on the type of trees, bushes that would be low maintenance. The special design n color concrete edging. Rock and mulch was an added plus to the overall completion of project. Our project was completed on time as promised, with professional and hard working team members. The team shown us respect and if any changes needed to be made were handled with a positive attitude. GRASS CUTTING, TRIMMING, AERIATION AND SEASONAL FERTILIZER We are senior citizens and need assistance in regular grass cutting, seasonal fertilizer and trimming of our bushes. We take pride in our lawn and have been completely pleased with the results over the last 6 years. Looking forward to doing future business with Archway Lawn Care. We have used Archway Lawn Care for many years for all of our lawncare needs from mowing, maintenance, leaf removal to landscaping our front and back yard. They are amazing and Id recommend them 100%! Additional ... we have continued to use them for more projects and EVERY experience has been wonderful! They are fantastic!

I was given a quote. They came out last Tuesday to mow (never told when they were coming). I noticed they didn t mow the backyard. I reached out and was told they were going to come Wednesday to mow the backyard but they never came. When I reached out again they said they are coming today for the weekly mowing but I was expected to pay the full quote given for last week and this week even though they didn t do the work for the quote. I cancelled the service. I do not recommend using them. Edit to include a response to the owner below. I am not confused and provided the full story.i received an email that your crew was here for 21 mins on 4/2/24, that is a Tuesday, when the weekly mowing is supposed to be done. I was told you guys were coming back Wednesday to mow the backyard, which was not done. The grass is not growing fast, you did not perform the services that were agreed upon, but then wanted to charge for them. No need to respond with any more excuses.

I had Archway aerate, overseed, and fertilize last fall (2023). Now in February 2024 my lawn looks better than it ever has. The two gentlemen who treated my lawn were professional, friendly and answered several questions that I asked about how to maintain a good lawn. I was so impressed that I am using Archway to fertilize my lawn this year. Great job!!

Always a great service and great workers

I got my aeration done, and the folks were in just too much hurry to finish the job and get the money..I can see the results now - my lawn is all weeds..poor performance..would not recommend.. Couldnt find way to reply to your response so adding here - I did mention to the person who called me few weeks later that how I felt, and the lady simply said thanks for the feedback with no follow-ups or re-do service..so I didnt waited 5 months and told upfront but all in vain..

This is by far the best value for the $. They do good work and are easy to work with. The only problem we encountered were small changes in the design that were not what we expected, but they were minor and again these guys saved us thousands for what was done and the end result has received many compliments from neighbors. Will definitely use them again.

I have used Archway for lawn seeding, landscape curbing and now sod installation. Brett and his team are great to work with. The install fast and the quality is great! No need to shop around, give Archway a call.

We started using Archway less than a year ago and they have completely turned our yard around! We used to have unruly crabgrass and dandelions all over the place, but now it s nothing but green grass! Danny set us up on a yearly plan so we don t even have to worry about scheduling our next service. With three kids, it s hard to keep up with lawn maintenance (and the last thing we want to worry about on weekends!) so having a company take care of it is awesome. Every time someone comes to service the yard, they are quick and always clean up any mess. We ll never NOT use Archway!

Called Archway Aeration to schedule a law areation special found on one of their valuepack coupons. The scheduled time came and went. No show. I emailed them, no response. I finally got someone on the phone and was told my address was incorrect in their system. It was corrected, and my appointment rescheduled... Again, no show. Another service provider took care of it promptly after.

I have been using Archway for a couple of years. First aeration was $79.00. I live on 1/4 acre lot and have a 1 1/2 story , 3,000 sq foot home plus a built in pool with retaining wall and 6 large flower beds. This year they charged me $108.00 for aeration. I have around 5,000 sq feet of grass. Unbelievable that they overcharge a valued client plus put a $79.00 aeration sign in our yard without asking. I just don t believe they are fair to their clients.

Yard has never looked better, we look forward to Mondays when Archway arrives.

They did an awesome job, helping to renovate my lawn and redo my landscaping around my patio. I will definitely be using them again!

I had them Top Dress my lawn- They aerated my lawn and used lot of compost, a lot of seed! Cannot wait to see my lawn in a few weeks! They come exactly on schedule- very professional!

This company deserves zero recognition or Stars. We were disappointed with the professionalism of the person handling our account, whether she was in the office or remotely. Her tone and lack of customer service orientation became apparent when we had a complaint about the crews poor job. The crew that was assigned to our residence did not show any care or value for the work they were supposed to do. As a result, we decided to cancel our services and found a much better company that is attentive, tactful, transparent, and genuinely cares about their clients. We want to warn potential commercial and residential clients about Archways bid responses. It seems that their primary concern is revenue rather than providing quality service. Please read their responses to any reviews that have a complaint. Commercial clients that have bid solicitations; remember quality and curve appeal is most valuable for your company s ROI.

I hired Archway to perform core aeration on my lawn. Archways prices are very reasonable for the times that were currently in. They performed the task as planned and were very accommodating when I needed to reschedule. They made sure that I marked the sprinkler heads, and they were careful not to damage them. They left my property in good condition and posted a sign of their services. I will definitely be calling them in the future.

Archway has done several landscaping jobs for us as well as yearly aeration and overseeding. They have always been professional and perform quality work.

They managed to leave my back gate open and both my dogs ran off. Still haven t found them. I do not recommend this company what so ever. If they re not smart enough to shut a gate behind them they re not smart enough to take care of grass.

I have been using Archway for about a month now. They mow my yard weekly and I utilize their 6 month lawn care program for fertilizing and weed control. In the past 3 years I have went through 3 different mowing companies. I m pretty sure I ve finally found the one. They are reliable and their guys do a great job. I love having everything accessible online in the customer portal. Not too mention my grass is greener than ever, after a short time with them. Compliments from my neighbors as well. I used the lawn treatment service for one year. Prior to that my lawn looked great. The service was a complete waste of money. My lawn has never looked worse. I would not use the lawn treatment service.

After getting bids from 3 other companies who did not respond to my interest in hiring them, i am so impressed with the customer service I received from everyone I encountered at Archway! Quick responses and very professional! Brett came out right away and I had a bid that same day! They were able to fit me in much sooner than I expected! The hard-working employees did an amazing job on my landscaping and installing two French drains. I am so happy I made that call! Archway is doing my fertilizing, weed control and aerating too. It s so refreshing to know that there are still companies out there that believe in good customer service!! Great job guys!!

We have used them for lawn aeration the past few seasons. They are professional and do a great job and are mindful of the markers we place for underground wiring .

They are quick, affordable and show up when they say they will. You could probably pay more with someone else if you want but it really doesnt require a degree in horticulture to aerate a lawn. Thanks for great service!

Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. They ll give you a estimate for services and then come back with a much higher estimate and blame the help. Mine was over $200 more than the original estimate. A good company would honor the original bid and chalk it up as a loss but not Archway.

I inquired about a job to be completed on my property, after a week Bratt came over, we had a very nice chat. After two weeks passed I still do not have any understanding when and if I can expect my estimate. I sent a few emails to get an ETA, but the last two emails are still unanswered. I tried to call - there s auto reply. Chat in Facebook - same story. There are other similar comments about the same communication issue, so it looks looks like a pattern. I m really disappointed, don t waste your time!

Great service! Fast and friendly

I scheduled lawn aeration but cancelled the appointment by answering reminder emails sent by Archway. This was one of the ways the instructions indicated for cancelling. I did this twice because I didnt have time to mark my irrigation sprinkler heads. Unfortunately, I was awakened at 7:15am the morning of the appointment by 3 men doing the aeration. I attempted to stop them several times but none of them spoke English and finally had to run in front of the equipment. Luckily I stopped them before any damage was caused. The office called me to apologise and I was not charged. They indicated they had not gotten to their emails so Im not thrilled with the lack of a good process to communicate with the customer.

Despite cancelling our service a year ago, Archway started charging us erroneously in April of this year for a property we no longer own or reside in. While the quality of the lawn service may be okay, their business practices and account management is abysmal.

Started off good last year, but this year has been terrible. We are supposed to get our grass cut weekly and even sent them an email to confirm that we are on the weekly schedule (not the two week). Turns out after looking at my cameras that Archway wasnt even the one cutting my grass, they subbed it out to a company called Mission Lawns whom Ive never heard of. This is a liability. Also after calling with no response twice last week, and emailing, they finally get someone to show up to cut the grass in the pouring rain. Everyone knows you dont cut grass in the rain with that heavy equipment (it leaves ruts, tears up the lawn and doesnt cut evenly). At that point I decided we are done with Archway. Still have had no response from their team. Steer clear.

I have been a customer of Archway Lawncare for almost 4 yrs now & they do a fantastic job!! , they always do a very professional job & leave my yard looking nice. My yard is 1 of the nicest looking on our street Thanks to them. The staff is extremely friendly, my only negative would be that it is hard to communicate with the employees that service my yard, because they are Mexican, maybe have 1 employee who could interpret or who understands English better...but other than that they always service my yard as scheduled & always do it in a extremely quick & thorough manner. Their focus is on Satisfying The Customer which unfortunately is becoming more rare in businesses today. Archway is a treasure!!!

This company is terrible! I have been told three times now that someone is coming out to my house to service the landscaping and three times all NO SHOWS!! Just this morning I was called saying I was third on the list for the day and they would be out. NOPE!!! Extremely frustrating. It has been weeks since I initially called needing service and still NOTHING! *Update after their response below* On Friday (third time you no showed) you even called me back at 4pm and assured me someone was still coming out to complete the work that day) If there is an issue due to a death dont just keep lying to your customer that someone is going to show up.

I had an appointment for aeration. The morning of the appointment they called and said they couldnt find my house because they had the wrong city in their system, even though my street address alone comes up with no problem on Google. They corrected my info in their system and assured me they would still be out that day. They never showed so I called and left a message and they didnt return my call. I called again the next day after they still didnt show and was told theyd TRY to fit me in the following day. Which was 2 days after my appointment. I told them to forget it. Horrible customer service ! I wont be using this company again.

Archway exceeded our expectations in every area. They were great! They pulled out our 33-year old landscaping, constructed a beautiful stone wall, brought in topsoil, planted new shrubs, installed bark, and poured a finishing curbing to outline the landscaping. Brett, the General Manager, stopped by each day to check with us and review the job progress with us to ensure they were meeting our mutual expectations. He had a very talented, customer-oriented, polite and hard-working team that did the work. They organized all their work and materials, were neat and professional, and cleaned up the work site each night. Some of our neighbors have had other contractor do similar work, they had skids of materials, piles of bark, and dumpsters in front of their home for several days. In contrast, Archway cleaned up our yard at the end of each day, removed all debris immediately, never needed a dumpster, and kept all the materials on their truck. We are extremely pleased with Archways workmanship and especially the finished project - and would highly recommend them.

We scheduled for lawn aeration, overseed and fertilization. The workers were prompt, did a great job and the price was less that it would have cost us to rent an aerator, get grass and fertilizer.

These guys have been taking care of my lawn for 2 years now based on a recommendation from a neighbor. Best service we ve had. The team is professional, curtious, and reliable. A year ago, my yard was the embarrassing one -- while mostly weeds, the grass that WAS present was half dead and unhealthy. Brett & Archway worked tirelessly to give me a beautiful, healthy, green lawn. Most recently, I had curbing installed along the side and back of my house. Brett took the time to make sure that it was done exactly as I wanted, and his crew was professional, efficient, and did absolutely beautiful work. I cannot recommend Archway enough for anything your lawn needs. Their prices are very reasonable, theyre prompt, professional and most importantly, they do beautiful work. I am so excited to finally have a yard that I can be proud of.

These people are the worst in the industry. They never answer their phones or return emails then they show up and do work that was never asked for or cancelled and then they try to bill you for it anyway. I am taking them to small claims court and will never use them again. They bait-and-switch with Promises of low aeration prices then jack up the prices on everything else.

I took advantage of an offer found in a coupon pack- a really great value for aeration, fertilizer, and seeding. Scheduling was quick and payment was as advertised. Quality work was completed on the scheduled date- very happy!

I would give them no stars if I could. Set up appointment for aeration and dethatching of my yard so I could over seed, they set me up for September 27th. thats when they would be in my area. knowing this was getting a little late for my seed to germinate before the frost I took a chance and booked it.. The day before they are to come they called sorry we over booked cant do your lawn till the following week. With not being around next week seed would not be able to be put down. I will definitely find a new company in the spring. I like how I give a honest review and your over booking becomes the clients fault. Just shows what kind of a company you are.

I have used Archway Lawncare for 10 years. They treat me like family. They are notthing but professional at every interaction Even during the Spring and Fall when they are the most busy they find a way to fit me and complete the work we request. We have the best looking lawn in our subdivision. We love Archway and wouldn t think of using anyone else!

Having a Nest camera viewing my yard, I was able to watch the crew aerate my yard today from work! They hit every spot of my yard twice and it was obvious who the crew leader was, who directed the other staff and did a final walk through before his team put the equipment away. I will be reusing Arch Way Lawn in the future and recommend to anybody. Extremely fair pricing and they show up as scheduled.

Still waiting for a callback from Archway. They butchered my lawn and my neighbors lawn when they aerated. Large ruts were made and they have not returned my call in 3 days. How unprofessional. The photos show seed that I put down not Archway.

Archway recently aerated my yard along with seed and fertilizer. My yard had a few bare spots and watered as instructed for a week. After a week, I was seeing grass, and was glad I went with Archway. Will definitely call them for regular treatments coming next year. Thank you Archway!

I actually just wanted to leave a compliment for one of your crews that was out on Tuesday. I live on Hannah Dr in Wentzville and the fella driving took note of my three small kids playing in the front yard and made certain to drive really slow as he went by (twice). It seems like a tiny gesture but it s a big deal on a busy street with little ones. So much so that I kept thinking about it and wanted to give them a shout out. Honestly could not be more pleased with this company. Hired them to do a large landscape job for me. Had a lot of questions over several weeks while we planned it out. They showed tons of patience and made sure I understood expectations and options. On the day of the job they showed up right on time. They then allowed us to visit with them to make sure we were all on the same page for plant placement and what to expect. While they expected it to take more than a day, the crew worked non-stop the entire day and finished the job. I imagine they were all exhausted at the end of the day, but they all stayed around and put in a lot of detail work at the end to make sure they left my property as they found it - almost no trace of them being there (except the obvious footprints in the yard). Management followed up to make sure we were satisfied, then followed up again after the weekend to make sure things were still good and answered any remaining questions. You would definitely be doing yourself a favor for giving them the opportunity to bid your landscape work. I know this review is glowing, but they did a great job. I want to make sure and state that I am in no way related to the owners of the company and was not provided any sort of discount in exchange for a positive review. Im a pro-labor guy. After speaking with the crew that services my properties, I am much more comfortable giving these folks my money. Their staff is always very clean cut and friendly. Communicating my concerns with staff or their management has always been painless. After the recent storm I was unable to help a close family member with getting her s safe path to the mailbox. Archways staff did not hesitate to help me/us out. I know they had bigger issues that morning, but you would not have guessed it. I guess they really mean it when they say, no job to small. Archway has mowed and fertilized our lawn as well as a handful of meighbors for the last few years. There is no question we all enjoy the best lawns on the street all for a very affordable price. My favorite part is that I am spending my Saturday morning enjoying my children or going for a run while all the others are turning over their push mowers!!!
