Matt did a great job from showing up and bidding on the work all the way up to completion. They did everything I asked for in a total yard cleanup and tree trimming job. I told him exactly what I wanted and he was able to put my plan into reality. My landscaping matches perfectly with what i already had on the other side of the house.

On 4/21/18 I contacted Matt letting him know we needed more rock as the liner was showing in a few places. Matt did the install in August 2017 and we bought the house he did landscaping for. We were told by the owners there was a 1 year warranty as we mentioned how we noticed some dead plants. Matt came out on May 8th 2018 and gave us a bid of $400 to replace the dead plants and rip out a bush we wanted removed. He said it would be a few weeks. No problem, we were fine with that. On June 6th I asked about a timetable as a month had gone by. He said the week after next. That didnt happen and he did not let us know it would not be happening. Fast forward now to July 27 when I asked for an update. He said hed be out the next week. That also did not happen nor did he let us know he wouldnt be coming. Fast forward to August 13th after repeated texts asking for an update in which he said hed be out the following week. That didnt happen, nor did he let us know he wouldnt be coming. I then texted on Aug. 30th, 31st, September 3rd, 6th and 8th with no response. He read the texts, but didnt respond to any. The previous owners spent over $5,000 with him. I had about 4 dead plants weve since removed and replaced ourselves. Its a shame how some contractors treat customers after the money is exchanged. I would not recommend this company presently.
