Do not even request a quote from this company ever !!! Last fall I requested a quote for yard cleanup for the leaves. Never signed a contract or got the work done. This spring they started showing up at my yard saying I have an annual contract signed with them!!! I stopped them from cutting my grass right then. Called the business and they keep sending me bills with no services provided. I requested many times by phone and email for proof of contract and they won’t respond to it!!! Never use this company. They are fraud and will trap you into trouble.
We do not recommend. Using this company for mowing has been way more stressful than it needs to be. After much research, I chose to go with this company because of the Google reviews and because they appeared professional in their Google responses, in taking personal accountability. I convinced my husband this was the right business to move forward with for lawn mowing even though their quote was exactly twice the amount as another competitor that did our neighbors lawn. I was wrong. Initially service was fine. My in laws did mentioned in the spring that it looked like the grass wasnt getting cut in the back and there was no edging. We started to notice it too and brought up the edging to the owner. It wasn't a big deal, he was receptive and the service became more consistent for several weeks after that. Late summer, we noticed several bald spots of missing grass and so we turned off our sprinklers altogether for the rest of the year and seeded. The grass would start growing back then we'd notice more bald spots on top/near the existing ones. We then reached out to inform them to see if they could avoid those spots specifically so our seeds had a chance to do its thing. They did recommended that we avoid over waterering but we had already stopped watering altogether for quite some time so we figure they would just leave those areas alone. Unfortunately, after our request/ feedback, week after week giant pieces of grass kept getting ripped out of our lawn from all over the place. We looked back at some footage and saw that the individual mowing our yard would run over an area that was already bald, repeatedly while avoiding the areas that actually had grass. The retaliation was so outrageous. We didn't want to get anyone in trouble but our evidence did not lie, nor did our neighbor's. Week after week they were doing this and when we raised this issue, the response was very accusatory, again accusing us of overwatering even though we already said the sprinklers had been shut off all together for quite some time. We get that kids may not feel like mowing and may even get frustrated but the behavior and response was not productive. We asked for a refund of 1 lawn cut to perhaps try to remedy our disappoinment but they refused. With Fall clean up, it never happened. In Dec when it wasn't clear if they would be able to do it, we found a couple of other companies lined up ready to do it, but we could not get a hold of them to confirm whether they would in fact be able to meet the scheduled obligations or not. So, we just waited and waited for them and now it's January and they are converting fall cleanups to spring cleanups. We have deep empathy for small businesses owners and the challenges they may face. However, the issue is accountability. The inconsistent service, absent communication, lack of respect was really disappointing. These are our experiences only. Again, everyone seems to have different experiences and to their credit they were fully cordial until we provided feedback and let them know of the damage. We just cannot work with a business that damages our lawn for 6 weeks straight and then pretend that they did not act in this ridiculous manner because we gave feedback or had a request. It's just not reasonable. We did ask to discontinue our service and I just hope there isn't any more funny business and we can just leave this working relationship once and for all. :(
Had a last-minute work that needs to be done and the customer service was extremely fast at responding. The work was done quickly and professionally and I was able to close the sale of house with no issue thanks to Priority One! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing some work done to their yard.
We had just moved into the area and had actually used reviews from google to hire them. They showed up on time as promised, did a very good job around the edges and the lawn looks really good. Very happy with the service and plan to use them for most other services required for my lawn.
We hired this company to mow our lawn. The first cut was immaculate and we were SO impressed. As the weeks went on this quickly changed. We noticed there was careless, uneven mowing throughout our yard, siding was chipped off of our shed in multiple places, they broke some of our garden decor, and each cut became progressively worse. When trying to communicate with the company, emails, phone calls and voicemails were left and never returned. The only way we could contact the company was to be home when they came to mow our lawn and discuss our concerns.
They did a great job! This was our first service and the lawn was long! It hadn’t been edged in weeks due to previous service not showing up for several weeks. It looks great! The edging is perfect and every blade of grass is cleaned up. Customer service answered every question quickly and professionally. All account info and billing is online. I’m really happy!
Hired this service last year for a weed and feed program. They billed me multiple times when they didn't show up. I called the office each time and each time they said someone would call me back to explain but they never did. My lawn is still recovering from all the weeds I got last year due to these missed treatments that I paid for. Back to one of the nationwide companies. In response to the owner, here is the receipt for the weed and feed quote.
This is the second year that we have used this company. Excellent service during the 2019 season so we signed up early to have them this year. There were a few times in the spring when they didn’t come out for a few weeks because of the rain. But it is October 3rd and no one has been out for our weekly mowing since August 26th. I have contacted customer service 3 times and have been assured each time that a subcontractor would be out that week to mow the grass. They have never shown up. There seems to be no accountability or transparency. I would love to support them if they can get back to the level of service that they’ve had in the past.
Being a landscaping business myself out of Burbank Illinois, Ive seen their work and the nail it, knock it rite out the park.
I switched to them because I like the online billing. Had to fire them 3 weeks later because they messed up billing from day one, kept coming on different days and the final straw was when they mowed only half the yard and left. Nobody calls you back or emails you back - its a bad experience!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company is basically pulling a scam. Right now were in talks with both our credit card company, local police, and an attorney. Pretty evident this point that this company is committing fraud by encouraging people to commit to large sums of money and then just not showing up and not responding to any phone calls. Again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Worst lawn care company I ve ever experienced. Treats employees like dirt and rips off customers on a daily basis. I would never recommend to anyone I know.

They have stopped coming for lawn maintenance service for a month now. I have called and left several voice messages to the owner to cancel my account but havent gotten any response. The email address with which they send us the bill doesnt exist anymore.
Company has gone MIA. Cannot reach by phone, messages are never returned. Email is no longer in service. Been over a month since last service and cannot get any kind of response. Just left high and dry literally. When they did service young guys show up and cut without quality in what they do, never edged the property, left areas not cut. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Contacted BBB to report as well. New company I am with says the same thing happened last year as well with them leaving customers in the lurch.
These guys are the worst! Our lawn hasn t been serviced for months to the point that we got notice from the city. These guys show up when they please and when it rains, they give that as an excuse and don t show up even weeks later! They are not responsive either. Please stay away from these guys.

I was looking thru some of the reviews and this one cough my eye (Anne Lamacchia) I called Priority, and they confirmed that this was a holding deposit waiting on an estiment and scheduling based on work loads. I ve been a customer for 2 years now. The customer service is prompt and polite, the lawn service is well done and their pricing is fair. The owner is down to earth and shows genuine care for his customers.
Scheduled a leaf clean up for the end of November, sure it was a little late on my part, but Ive had no communication regarding the job and its still not done 3 weeks later. Im off to go do it now with snow/frost on the ground. Thanks! Edit: I see the owner has replied to this post, this is the most proactive communication Ive had from the company. Sad it had to be after I left a poor review. No call or email explaining delay was ever sent my way. Your portal was not mentioned any of the times I called, I always was told that they would reach out. But anyway I already called and canceled so you can take me off the schedule. Thanks.

After being pushed back for 2 weeks and told we were being marked as urgent we never got an answer on when we would have our lawn cut and had to buy a mower and do our yard ourselves..customer service was very nice that isnthe only good thing i have to say
Online invoicing and payment is convenient. The actual service? Meh. I requested lawn aeration and seeding. They subcontracted out the aeration in early May and never got around to doing the seeding, which ideally should have been done immediately after the aeration; I assumed it would be, which I thought was a reasonable assumption. I understand that seeding should usually be done in either spring or fall and now it may not be the best time to seed, but no one ever contacted me to touch base or let me know that they didn t forget about me. The subcontractor they used did a good job with the aeration, but it s not rocket science. I m leaving an extra star because Covid threw a wrench into their season. Maybe under normal circumstances these things don t happen. I m generally underwhelmed.
Hmmm... I get that their crews all got sick with covid. But we were charged 3 times when we didnt get service. So I recommend against giving your card information on their website. I cancelled my card to avoid any further charges from them. I support small business, and I wish them better luck.

Priority One Lawn Care was prompt and courteous. Even though my request was for a single project, they responded in a timely fashion and performed a thorough clean-up of the yard, giving it the same attention as a seasonal contract would receive. Their service is both professional and personal!

I ran into the Priority One Lawn Care crew while out for a walk in my neighborhood and asked for a quote. I called in the number and within 10 mins I had a quote, which I accepted. They came by and cut my lawn that same day about 2 hours later! I asked to be moved up in the schedule (used to be Thursdays), and no joke, 2 hours later my lawn was getting cut. Highly recommend this crew!!!
