I wish I can give them zero stars. I prepaid for the entire year and this was worse thing I did. I am not sure if those people that are giving them 5 stars are their employees or family members. This company is horrible. My lawn was never full of weed and fungus like this year. I don’t know what are they spraying or if they even know what they are doing. They took my money and never have me on their schedule. I have to call them every time to request service. We are in August and summer is almost over and my lawn looks so bad. They claim their service are guaranteed but never redo anything and I have requested a manager multiple times, they say they will come and take a look and never do. Please be aware of this company.
Andy serviced my yard today and did a fantastic job. The yard is a little tricky and I usually have to give technicians some instructions the first time they are here but Andy got it all right including hand spreading fertilizer in areas inaccessible by the riding spreader. A++ job Andy, thank you.
Exceptional Service from (Mike) at Custom Lawn Care! I've been using Custom Lawn Care for two years now, and Mike has been a game-changer! He's the first technician who took the initiative to knock on my door and ask about my concerns before applying the treatment. This personal touch allowed me to show him the specific weeds I wanted to tackle, and he quickly identified the type and applied the perfect solution. Mike's professionalism, knowledge, and representativeness are top-notch! This is our 2nd year having them treat my lawn, highly recommend. Mike Hall (service tech) was very professional and explained everything he was going to do today. Asked if I had any questions and was on his way to apply our 1st application of the year. He even blew off the sidewalk and driveway, making sure all the fertilizer was on the grass.
All good! I appreciate the detail and game to fix when an issue pops up. Keep up the good work guys. See you next season!

Covered all the areas well, even a walk around with hand spray the areas that outside the application on the cart. Workers very friendly as well. Gave good directions on our dog being able to go in the yard. Did a great write up on directions concerning new grass seeding as well as addressing the Wild Violet.
Customer service is poor. They answer my lawn questions based on how much money I m spending on their product and not on facts. The reps who treat my lawn are professional and courteous, however.

Eddie from Novi branch was awesome. He rang the doorbell to introduce himself. There were lots of branches in the yard as I was gone for over five months. Somehow he was able to deal with this. I also saw that the used a blower on the back side walk. Nice.

First application of the year is always the hard one with the lawn still being very wet and soft, and David does a great job of working around this challenge. Well see him jump off the chariot and push it along through the soft spots so he doesnt get stuck. This guy is a pro and knows his business. Very pleased with his work.
Service technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He let us know what he was applying to our lawn and made recommendations for the new seeded areas.
Custom Lawn did a fantastic job fertilizing and applying weed control,at the start of this 2023 season, they also did a great job today of Mosquito, tic and flea control My tech George Nasser was very knowledgeable about explaining that they dont apply product to plants that pollinators frequent and that was a real concern for I have a lot of plants that attract Butterflys. Hummingbirds and bees I was concerned about harming our much-needed little flying creatures. Im so very impressed by Custom Lawn and their employees, My lawn looks the best it ever has in spite of having another company take care of my lawn for the past several years, so glad I switched to Custom Lawn . My yard started this season in terrible shape. With Custom Lawn doing regular treatments it has had a total change. Yesterday I asked about some grass which turned out to be crabgrass. Custom Lawn immediately treated the areas. I am anxious to see the results. I cant wait until next season to see my new lawn.

Orion came to aerate my yard. He walked the yard with me to address any concerns before he started and understand any hazards. He was quick but also thorough and made sure to do a good job covering the yard. When done he stopped to ask if I had questions. Very pleasant and a great experience based on his interaction and work.
I prepaid for an aeration in April of this year. I found out in August that I could not have the aeration done because I have too many sprinkler water pipes going through my backyard and electrical wires. Your company said they would refund my money in 2 weeks. I called August 10th and August 17th and I still have not received a refund and now its going on October of 23. I feel this is poor business on your part I want my refund I did not get the service please refund my money in a timely manner . I would not do any more business with your company because of the way you conduct business. I prepaid for the service I expect a refund soon back on my debit card or cut me a check like you stated.

We just had our final treatment on our Dunham Lake Estates home here in Hartland. Just wanted it known that we are extremely happy with the services we received this season. The technicians who came here were friendly and thorough every time as well as very respectful of our property! They really go the extra mile, beginning and ending with great communication! The reminder texts are great and give us plenty of time to get the dog toys picked up, etc. Our lawn has never looked better! We already look forward to hiring this company next year!
