GreenThumb Notts North launched in 2002 and our team now consists of 8 staff including 6 professionally qualified Lawn Advisors. We treat over over 5,000 lawns each year with the average customer receiving 7 lawn treatments a year. In 2021 our treatment plans evolved introducing new and exciting advances in lawn care products. Our seasonal treatments now start in January with our exclusive Spring Ready fertilizer, which will ensure our customers lawns will all look amazing as soon as spring is upon us. We have also incorporated an Oasis treatment into our basic programme to help keep lawns greener for longer in the dry summer months. We recommend that every customer receives the basic five treatments per year as a minimum.

Shocking customer services I have had 3 separate bills from company even though I have cancelled my service. After numerous phone calls with head office as no one seems to answer at local office and I have been promised numerous call backs. Unfortunately I have not had 1 and they still turned up to do my lawn again even though I have cancelled this. Spoke with gentleman who agreed all bills sent are incorrect as each treatment I had was £18 yet the bills were ranging from £130-£170. Spoke with Rebecca at head office on 20/10 who promised me accounts would be calling back that day to get issue resolved. This was my was 23rd call in total which is why I’m now leaving a negative review in the hope it makes someone pull their finger out and contact me to sort this issue.
