GreenThumb Nottingham East in Nottingham

Used Greenthumb for a few years but their communication has never been great, not sure what systems they use to manage their customer base but clearly nothing good! They apparently updated their system and we ended up not getting some treatments at the end of last year. Got them back in to review our lawn, was that their office would be in touch to set up treatments... nothing after 2 weeks so I chased and the responses back from Adrian/Holly?? were very unprofessional and disappointing. Would highly recommend not to use them.

Have used green thumb for over a year, and my lawn has improved dramatically. The staff are on time and polite. I would recommend green thumb to anyone's garden that needs TLC

Absolutely awful. Green thumb as a company as a whole was extremely unprofessional especially Sam. Over the year I paid for Greenthumb they missed appointments did not provide the service to a good standard and cancelled our payment without even asking us. Sam called me regarding our direct debit being cancelled and was not apologetic in the slightest. In fact he stated that he believed my husband called up and cancelled it without telling me. This was not the case and the fact they couldn’t take responsibility for their mistake above all else is disgraceful. I would never recommend green thumb. Awful service
