We have just had our small garden lawn returfed. The complete process from providing the quotation to carrying out the work was exemplary despite the poor weather this May. City garden services did a great job of rectifying an area of my garden that another company had left in a state. I had a good experience. Quick contact, in-person visit, and quote for large hedge trimming. They came back shortly after the first visit to finish up part of the work that was missed and then completed the job exactly how I wanted it. The communication and standard of work by the team was excellent.
Jamie and the team did an amazing job - removing old turf, supplying extra soil, sorting the ground and laying new, neat turf. They took it all away too saving me the job! Great value and great people - a pleasure to have over and have asked them to quote for another job already. Looks great.

Ordering the turf was easy and taking delivery was done to fit in with us as much as possible. She also passed on sound advice for laying the turf with including after care. These people did a great job of tidying up half an acre of out of control bushes and plants at the back of my properties. They showed up promptly and took all the rubbish away with them. A reasonable price and prompt, efficient service.

Brought some turf from them. Very good quality nice and thick. Got 20 x1 meter rolls for the the price of 13 rolls if I would of Brought from B&Q. And the difference in quality is huge

I had City Garden Services come and lay turf lawn to our new build back yard. They were very thorough in advising what was required, prepared the ground well and waited for the right weather before laying the turf, keeping us well informed along the way. It looks amazing. I had some turff delivered and was very impressed with the quality of the grass. As I laid it I was a little sort, so phoned up to pick some more up and the lady there was so helpfull in making sure I got the same cut. Would definitely recommend

Really great. transformed a nettlebed into a lovely lawn. Really thorough preparation and lawn settled really well - it looked fantastic after the first couple of waterings and now, a couple of months later looks like it has been in place for ever.

Value for money and quality service, from warehouse guy (danny) to the office lady (donna) and special mention to the delivery guy, ur superb and forgot to ask ur name...thanks for the tips on turf laying. Way better than d big warehouse superstores. Will recommend coz that is how ive known your store. Even if my d lawn wont grow, i will still use them again. Hope they wont change.

These fabulous boys have transformed the bottom of my garden with raised beds, new side gate fitted, base for my new shed which the firstly had to remove old tree stumps and roots. They are friendly, hard working and proper gentlemen! Would recommend and have them again to complete any magainork I dream up.
First Class all-round service. Top quality turf supplied - looks fantastic, and has been down about a couple of weeks now. One or two of the thirty five rolls of turf were not in perfect shape - neither am I for that matter - but still completely usable. In fact some of the part-used turves I binned were subsequently recovered and they look reasonable too. Delivery was prompt and on-time, driver who offloaded the supply was friendly and helpful. He got on with my dog and that always earns a brownie point. The lady I spoke with in the office was pleasant and gave me some useful advice. Price-wise, Im no expert but the turf seems very good value for money, certainly I will opt for turfing again rather than purchasing a box of grass seed and leaving the result up to chance. I worked hard to prepare the surface soil and City Garden services high quality product has complimented my efforts. Thank you! Would have no hesitation in recommending this company based on my experience of them.
