I have used H2O irrigation for the last three years. Before them, I had my sprinklers opened/closed by a company in Greenwich which would always send 2 different guys every time I needed service. There was no consistency with their employees, and one season while winterizing, they actually blew water into my basement. Enough was Enough. IM SO GLAD I SWITCHED TO H2O. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and its usually the same team that services my system year after year. Their office manager is also very friendly and works with you for your scheduling and billing options. The joys of working with a small business is the consistency in staff. I think we have all been there when we have an issue and then get directed and redirected to different people. The advantage with H2O is that its the same person who will find and fix all of your issues. I never received any pressure to upgrade my older system, and they always show up when they say they are going to be there.

We have not had any mechanical issues with the system, they respond immediately to any questions we may have with the system and they send reminders at the beginning and end of the season to remind us to schedule our opening and closings. We have been working with them for years and it is one of the few mechanical systems that I dont need to think about - it just works!

H2O installed my irrigation system 2 years ago. They performed the installation quickly and efficiently with very minor grass damage as promised. Hardly noticeable and surprised that there wasnt any damage at all. Since then they have helped me with programming several times promptly. When I sodded my front lawn I solicited proposals from several local irrigation companies. Although H2O was based in Norwalk, not exactly in my neighborhood, Domenick and and his team seemed like the right fit. Their price was competitive and the proposal was comprehensive. We set a date, they arrived on time, did what they needed to do and left the property as clean as it was when they came in. Domenick spent a good deal of time explaining the system and when I followed up with questions several times as I was learning the system, he would answer the phone and even stopped by the house, no questions asked. I later had to add a few heads to a small area, and again, he sent me a clear quote, was there on time and the guys did a great job. We recently had H2O Irrigation Solutions (a local Norwalk company, licensed and insured) install an underground sprinkler system in our large, sloped front yard. We had the best experience with them! The owner was extremely helpful and very patient when we had lots of questions about the job. The office manager was so very helpful and accommodating. On installation day, the team showed up on time, and got right to work. They were very careful with our lawn and even spread grass seed in the areas where they trenches were the lines were put in before they left. They finished the entire job in one day plus one hour the next day. Plus they set us up with an app that you can control from your phone. All that and yet the price was so reasonable. If you need a new irrigation system, or service or repair on an existing system, this is the company to contact!

I am new to the area and needed my irrigation system winterized. After calling a few places, I was able to get in touch with H2O. I spoke to Maria who was so personable and great to talk to. She was able to fit me in even with a tight schedule. Josh the technician arrived and he was excellent as well. Super helpful on explaining to me how my new system works etc. He took care of the winterization and answered all my questions - I did not feel rushed or like I was bothering him. Dominick and his crew did a tremendous job on my sprinkler system. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. When we bought our house about 6 years ago we had a system but we changed our landscaping layout completely and sprinkler zones needed to be added and adjusted. They took care of everything.
