Norwalk Lawn & Outdoor Power Equipment in Norwalk

I brought my Greenworks 80V Trimmer to the store to replace my worn out Bump Head. Since it was very difficult to find the part, they took their time to replace my old trimmer head with a NEW One while I was waiting. Plus, they explained how to thread the strings & how to replace certain parts easily. They only charged for the Bump Head part!!! I appreciate that they went beyond selling me the parts, service, & explaining to me how to run & replace the parts. They are Awsome!!!

Took 6 weeks to get Lawnboy repaired; I kept having to follow up; "we'll call you" - no phonecall. Today it was FINALLY ready. I brought the mower home, went out 4 hours later to cut my lawn, and gasoline is leaking through the carburator. $150+ and I still can't use it. I'll go over to CT Lawn Equipment -

Excellent service. Went to use my mower for first cutting this spring and the primer bulb was leaking gas. Dropped off the mower and had it back 3 days later at a reasonable rate. Lloyd is top notch.

Owner extremely unfriendly very unprofessional. Went to get a gas power sprayer fixed do to a water leak at the pump. When I walked into the place he was cursing out an actual client telling the client on the phone that "all you f*****g landscapers are all the same and want things done yesterday" Well hello... that's why we are PAYING you to do a service it's not like you are doing anything for free pal. On top of everything else he said it would take 10 days before I hear from him on what was wrong with my sprayer. After 8 days stopped by to check and he said he was "waiting to hear from Echo on availability for the parts" but yet he had said he hadn't even looked at it... smh If you are an Echo dealer you shouldn't have to wait anytime to find parts for anything it should ALL be at your fingertips... hence "computer " would NOT recommend anyone going to this place due to the lack of professionalism, wait time to get your equipment back and service in general. You would think being a business owner you would greet your customers with a hello good morning! Nope not this guy... I got to hear a customer getting cursed out and as for my greeting was " I'm not open yet it's not 7:30" meanwhile it was 7:27 and then he proceeded to ask what do you need? Pal I suggest you get a different attitude if you plan on staying in business and treat your customers with kindness and respect.

This place is great. We got our snow blower in for yearly service a bit late. Lloyd makes sure that we get it back before the first winter snow. Thank you so much. Highly recommended, very nice, knowledgeable, and reliable service.

I bought a brand new exmark 60' and got a grate deal thanks to the incredible owner. I also had one of my other mowers serviced and they had it fixed faster than anywhere else I've taken a mower too and the pricing was good too. Geat guys, fast service and good prices, I would definitely recommend them.

The owner cares about his customers. He fixes items quickly. He sells top quality equipment. He will always take time to chat and troubleshoot a problem, even with a clueless homeowner like me. I lived in Norwalk for 10 years before he opened up his own shop, and I was repeatedly dissatisfied with the small equipment shops - I am glad he is in business, and I recommend him to anyone.
